I have listened to this many, many times over the last few years. I am so grateful for this recording. On a personal note, it has helped me be able to maintain compassion in a truly abusive situation, while also acknowledging that even though I have been wronged I should not and cannot succumb to hate. Thank you. Thank you for the reminder that my own mind is my most powerful ally in self love and love for others. Thank you.
