Welcome to your inner spring activation meditation.
I invite you to get yourself into a comfortable position,
Placing a hand on your heart space and a hand on your womb and softly closing down your eyes and just allowing yourself to be present in your body,
To allow your awareness to just land right here,
Right now.
We're just going to begin by taking some nice deep breaths but as you breathe in ensuring that you inhale through the nose and allow your breath to fall out through your mouth,
In through your nose and allowing the breath to fall out through your mouth and as your breath guides you closer and closer to the present moment just feeling all the thoughts and all the places that you need to be,
All the things that you need to do,
Moving to the side as you begin to focus on your womb space,
Focusing on this beautiful creative intuitive center on your body,
The space that has just entered her inner spring,
The time of vibrancy,
Of motivation,
Of birthing new ideas into the world.
With your hand on your womb space feeling that connection as your inner spring is activated in your womb and feeling this motivational,
New refreshed energy traveling up through your hand,
Up your arms opening the heart space,
Feeling your heart opening,
Blooming like the flowers in the springtime,
Recognizing the colors,
The feelings,
The sensations throughout your body as your inner spring,
Your follicular phase is activated and as you feel your heart space opening like a beautiful flower and the creative energy flowing from your womb,
I invite you to ask aloud or in your mind,
Asking yourself what creation desires to be birthed through me,
This inner spring,
How can I bloom even more,
Knowing that whatever popped straight into your mind is exactly what is meant for you,
Knowing you are so supported to take action,
You are so supported to be seen and it is your time to bloom,
It is your time to be seen as the beauty that you are,
Coming back to that breath now,
Feeling the air move in through your nostrils and falling out between your lips,
Feeling that refreshed energy that's filled your body,
Filled your soul as your inner spring has been activated and knowing exactly what you're to do next and knowing just how supported you are,
Focusing on your breath,
Allowing your breath to bring you back to the moment that you are in,
You may wish to bring a little bit of movement into your body,
Moving the hips a little bit and when you're ready,
Softly opening your eyes,
Keeping your gaze down and just staying in this position until you're ready to completely come back into your sacred space.
