With every inhalation I invite you to open yourself up to receive.

Giving yourself a complete,
A full permission to soften.

You're opening up to receive.

You're softening.
Eventually,
Release any technique.
Allow the breath to fade away.

Maybe you want to start bringing in gentle movement.
Rolling your head from side to side.
Circling the wrists,
The ankles.
Let your body guide you.
Let your body lead.
Maybe you want to bring your arms overhead.
Move into a full body stretch.
Sigh,
Yawn.
Maybe you want to stay in that space of no movement.
Whatever the body is craving.
Knowing that there is absolutely no rush.
Roll over to your favourite side.
And whenever you feel ready,
Giving yourself another moment here.
Checking in,
Asking yourself what,
If anything,
Has shifted from beginning of practice to now.
