Transcript

Let's go through a deep healing meditation.

And to go through this,

We want to consciously connect to creation,

To source,

To God,

To whatever you want to call it,

But that higher power,

The universe.

And we want to connect so deeply that we merge into it.

And as most of us know,

Source is just pure love and joy.

It's endless bliss and nirvana.

And by melding into that,

It becomes all that we experience.

We become bliss and joy.

We become nirvana.

We become love itself.

And that's part of our journey of raising self-awareness to the point of understanding that we realize that we ourselves are expressions of love.

In fact,

We are love incarnate.

And to be able to experience the joy of that,

We have to go into it.

We have to observe it.

And only then can we understand that this is true for ourselves.

So let's go on a trip of joy,

Abundance,

Love,

Nurturing,

Light,

Safety,

Comfort,

Just bliss and nirvana.

Now let's get comfortable.

As always,

You can do meditation sitting up or lying down.

It's completely up to you.

But let's make sure that your spine is straight.

So if you're sitting up,

Make sure your back is straight,

Your shoulders are back,

Your neck is relaxed,

And it's straight.

If you're lying down,

Try to make sure that you're as straight as possible lying down.

Let's do a quick body scan to make sure that our bodies are relaxed and that we're not holding too much tension in certain areas because that will impede us from having a great experience,

A deep meditative experience.

We always want to be as relaxed as possible.

So if you're sitting up,

Just make sure your shoulders are relaxed,

Your neck is relaxed.

And if you're lying down,

That you're soaking into the mattress and you're completely relaxed.

Let's bring our attention to,

Bring your attention to your forehead.

We keep a lot of tension there.

So relax your forehead,

Relax your eyes,

Your ears,

Your face,

Relax your neck.

We can hold a lot of tension in our neck and our shoulders.

So let's relax our neck and our shoulders.

And if you need to,

You can move your neck around a little,

Move your shoulders,

Just wiggle,

Wiggle them a little for them to relax,

Relax your arms,

Relax your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your back.

See if your hips are relaxed,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your feet,

Your toes.

And be in that place of comfort and relaxation.

And certainly your thoughts must be firing off right now to say,

Hey,

You can't relax,

You have so much to do.

But there's always time for that.

And guess what?

It's time for you now.

It's time for you to be with yourself.

To discover yourself,

To learn about yourself,

To enjoy some relaxation.

Everything else can wait for you.

If you're lying down,

Soak deep into your mattress.

If you're sitting,

Sit in a way that's as comfortable as you can be.

As comfortable for you as possible.

If you're resting your back on something,

Feel that you're resting your back on something.

Feel supported.

Close your eyes if they're not closed already.

And start to pay attention to your thoughts because we want to calm our minds down so we can connect to source unless you're already feeling connected,

Which would be great for you.

Let's see what our minds are trying to bring to our attention.

Have a look at all the visuals,

The thoughts that are coming and going.

And while you're doing that,

Also be aware of how your thoughts are interacting with your emotions.

Because when certain thoughts arise,

Your emotions react to those thoughts.

Sometimes emotions arise first and then thoughts react to them.

It's a cycle.

It's a play between your heart and your mind,

Between your emotions and your thoughts.

And so just observe all of this happening.

And notice yourself noticing that you're observing.

Observe that you're observing yourself.

And however way you're thinking or feeling,

It's totally fine.

Accept all of your thoughts and your emotions.

We're not going to try to sweep any thoughts under a rug.

We're not going to push any emotions away.

We just want to leave everything as it is.

Meditation is to observe our nature.

It's not to try to interfere with it by telling ourselves how we should be thinking,

How we should be feeling,

How we should be reacting.

All these should dos and must dos,

Have to dos.

Let's do away with those expectations for a little while.

And just be the observer.

And while you're observing yourself,

Begin to visualize in your mind that as you're breathing,

So now bring attention to your breath.

When you're breathing in,

You're breathing in healing white light.

This is life force energy.

It's prana.

And the healing white light is coming from source.

Creation.

Divinity.

Heaven.

God.

It's light that is divine.

It will cleanse you.

It will purify you.

It will forgive you.

So what we want to do is we want to take a deep breath in,

Pause for a few seconds,

And then take a deep breath out.

And when we exhale,

We want to exhale anything that we're purging from our system.

Any thoughts or emotions that don't service us.

And the act of purging doesn't mean that we're pushing these thoughts or feelings away.

We're actually letting go of them.

We're allowing divinity to heal us.

So it is actually you're breathing in light,

Then you're exhaling surrender.

And when you breathe in light,

Breathe it into your entire body and exhale from your entire body.

So let's begin.

Deep breath in.

Hold for two seconds.

And exhale.

Deep breath in,

Healing white light.

Hold.

Exhale,

Surrender and letting go.

Deep breath in.

While you keep doing that,

Imagine that when you breathe in,

You're breathing in that light from head to toe.

It fills your entire body and you're bathing in it.

It's not just that you're breathing it in,

But it is starting to form around you.

And there's so much of this loving,

Healing white light.

This is all the love you have ever wanted.

This light brings you a tremendous sense of safety.

And as the light comes towards you from all direction and it starts to submerge you in it,

You breathe it in more deeply.

It's now in and out of your body.

It's all around you.

So deep breath in.

In order to receive the healing from this light,

You have to breathe with intention.

So your intention while you're breathing is to be healed,

It's to be forgiven.

So as we breathe in,

We're breathing in with focus,

We're breathing in with intention.

And we're bringing in healingness into ourselves to become healed.

Imagine a life where you feel healed.

How incredible would that be?

Where you don't feel hurt inside from your upbringing or suffering.

You're not reminded or plagued by all the times you felt treated unfairly.

You feel healed.

You feel that you've forgiven people,

That you've forgiven them.

And so imagine going through life feeling completely healed and experiencing life non-personally.

And so that's what we're doing.

We're allowing ourselves to be healed by divinity.

Deep breath in.

As you breathe in more and more,

You're feeling cleansed inside.

All of the muckiness of day-to-day life and obligations and things that wear us down,

Our blue days,

Down days,

All being washed away.

And what you're being,

What it's being replaced by is love and joy and nirvana.

This is God healing you.

It's source healing you.

It's divinity.

And if part of you are resistant to it to say you don't deserve this,

Well,

Guess what you do?

We all do.

We all deserve to be happy.

We all deserve to feel loved.

We all deserve to be loved.

And there's nothing wrong with allowing ourselves to feel love and safety,

Trust.

So let's enjoy this.

And so as you take your breaths in,

You're pulling in heaven into your body,

Into your mind.

You're cleansing your body and you're exhaling with great intention to surrender.

It's with great intention to let go.

This healing white light,

It surrounds you.

It's cleansing your body's energy,

Your aura.

Let's start to let go of our bodies a little bit from this visual image that we have.

What happens if we,

You see,

We're breathing light in and it's around us.

What if the light really came in?

What if we absorbed it from our skin?

We're not just breathing in,

We're absorbing it in.

You're starting to absorb and take in all of this light.

And as the light comes into your body,

It goes deep into you.

It cleanses you.

It's washing away everything that's held you back in life,

All your hurt and your pain,

Hesitation,

Self-doubt,

Self-esteem.

Just washing everything away.

It's washing away your body's injuries,

Your medical ailments,

Aches and pains.

You're receiving healing right now.

Continue to be open to it.

Be as open to receiving this healing as possible.

Accept it with your full heart,

Your mind,

And your whole body.

It's okay.

It's okay to receive this.

You deserve it.

You deserve it and you're worth it.

Take it all in.

And as you're taking it in,

Your focus moves to the light itself.

Away from your body.

Away from your physical being.

Focus only on the light now.

Only on the light and its properties.

Properties meaning what color you see it as.

It could be orange.

It could be white.

How it makes you feel inside.

What it represents,

Which is love,

Light,

Forgiveness,

Divinity,

Heaven,

God.

Be with this light and only focus on the light now.

God is just pure bliss.

It's just joy.

There's so much love.

And it's intense.

Go deep into that light.

You're going so deep into the light that all you're noticing is just light.

All you're noticing is just love.

Love,

Love,

Love.

Go deep into the love.

This is all for you.

It's all the love in the world.

It's all the love of divinity.

And as you're going deeper and deeper into this love,

Have you noticed that all there is,

Is just love?

There is only just love.

Your body is,

Your body is dissolving away.

You are dissolving away.

This is a very intense moment.

And there's deep healing happening to you right now.

And accept it with your,

All your heart.

Your body is dissolving into the light,

Into the love,

Into divinity,

Into God,

Into creation.

And there's almost none of you left.

And that's okay.

Just like the caterpillar becomes the butterfly,

You are transforming,

Transmutating from your physical body into being one with creation,

One with love,

With divinity,

I am the light you say to yourself.

I am love itself.

I am all of creation.

I am the heaven that I sought my whole life.

Are you buzzing right now?

What's it like being love itself?

It's just pure nirvana,

Pure joy.

There's so much peace.

There's so much quiet.

All the safety in the world.

And you've given this to yourself.

And so that means that you can go through life,

Bringing yourself back to this,

Being in this as much as you want,

Because you are love and you are the light.

All right,

You're free to hold the space for yourself as deeply as you'd like.

Or if you'd like to come out of the meditation,

You can slowly start to bring some attention to your body by moving your fingers and your toes,

Moving your arms a little bit,

And slowly opening your eyes.

At your own pace,

Whenever you feel ready to do so.

Otherwise,

If you'd like to continue,

You can go as deep as you like.

You can just continue to feel as much of this love as you want.

It's yours for the taking.

It's all you anyways.

You are the light.
