The Full Abundance Change Me Prayer,

Which is included in her book,

It's Not Your Money.

How to Live Fully from Divine Abundance.

Here is the prayer.

Divine Beloved,

Allow me to give with complete ease and abundance,

Knowing that you are the unlimited source of all.

Let me be an easy,

Open conduit for your prosperity.

Let me trust that all my own needs are always being met in amazing ways,

And that it is safe to give freely as my heart guides,

And equally,

Let me feel wildly open to receiving.

May I know my own value,

Beauty,

And worthiness without question.

Let me allow others the supreme pleasure of giving to me.

May I feel worthy to receive in every possible way.

Change me into one who can fully love,

Forgive,

And accept myself,

So I may carry your light without restriction.

Let everything that needs to go,

Go.

Let everything that needs to come,

Come.

I'm utterly your own.

You are me.

I am you.

We are one.

All is well.

This poem is a powerful and tender invocation,

A prayer for surrender,

Abundance,

And deep interconnectedness with the divine.

It calls for the transformation of the self into a vessel of unrestricted love,

Compassion,

And generosity,

Recognizing the divine flow of giving and receiving.

The poem asks that you be a conduit of divine prosperity,

Trusting that your needs will be met by an infinite source.

This reflects a deep faith in the abundance of the universe,

A surrender to the belief that life is inherently generous,

And that all needs,

Material,

Emotional,

Spiritual,

Will be fulfilled in the right way at the right time.

The prayer encourages letting go of fear that often accompanies giving,

Affirming that it is safe and natural to give freely from a heart guided by love.

In tandem with the plea to give,

The prayer more importantly asks for the grace to receive,

Another essential element of the divine exchange.

There is an important recognition here that receiving is just as sacred as giving.

It wants you to be open to the gifts,

Love,

And support of others,

Knowing that receiving freely reflects one's worthiness.

The idea that one must be worthy to receive emphasizes the importance of self-acceptance and self-love as the ability to receive flows from a deep sense of one's inherent value.

The closing lines where the poem affirms your oneness with the divine encapsulates the essence of the entire prayer,

A return to unity.

The dissolution of separation between the self and the divine is the highest form of liberation,

Recognizing that all that is given,

Received,

And experienced is part of a larger divine whole.

In this way,

The poem is not only a prayer for personal abundance,

But a recognition of the sacredness of life's flow in all its forms.

It speaks to the inherited connectedness of all beings and invites the listener into a state of alignment where love,

Generosity,

And trust can move freely without obstruction.

It encourages the release of fear and self-doubt and embraces the reality that all is well when one aligns with the divine flow.

For this meditation,

Please find a comfortable spot or position.

Sit or lie down in a place where you can relax fully,

Allowing your body to settle into a state of ease.

Close your eyes gently and just breathe.

Allow your breath to be natural.

Go inward,

Leaving the social constructs of the outer world to solve.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension with that breath.

Let's do that again.

Letting each exhale carry away any stress or gripping.

Now bring your awareness to your heart.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath.

Imagine your heart is cocooned by a soft,

Warm,

Glowing green light.

The light is the essence of divine love and abundance,

Ever-present and infinite.

Within each inhale,

Breathe in the light of this divine presence.

Feel it filling your heart,

Expanding and growing brighter,

Radiating warmth and comfort.

And with each exhale,

Imagine releasing any tensions,

Doubts,

Or fears that may prevent you from receiving or giving freely.

Let them dissolve into the ether,

Knowing they no longer serve you.

Together,

We will repeat silently or whisper and affirm the prayer,

Divine Beloved,

Allow me to give with complete ease and abundance,

Knowing that you are the unlimited source of all.

Let me be an easy,

Open conduit for your prosperity.

Let me trust that all my own needs are always met in amazing ways,

And that it is safe to give freely as my heart guides.

And equally,

Let me feel wildly open to receiving.

May I know my own value,

Beauty,

And worthiness without question.

Let me allow others the supreme pleasure of giving to me.

May I feel worthy to receive in every possible way.

As you breathe,

Feel yourself becoming more and more connected to the flow of the divine energy.

You are both the giver and the receiver.

Continue repeating with me.

Change me into one who can fully love,

Forgive,

And accept myself,

So I may carry your light without restriction.

Let everything that needs to go,

Go.

Let everything that needs to come,

Come.

Let's affirm our oneness with the divine.

Let the following words fill your heart.

You can repeat along with me.

I'm utterly your own.

You are me.

I am you.

We are one.

All is well.

Feel the deep peace and reverence that comes with this recognition.

All is well.

Sit in the stillness for a moment,

Just allowing this truth to permeate your entire being.

When you're ready,

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly open your eyes.

For this prayer to deeply become part of you,

Please listen to it for a full 56 days.

Just like the caterpillar in the chrysalis,

It needs time to mature and transform.

Only then,

When the moment is right,

You can truly appreciate the beauty of its form.

As it emerges,

It does so as a butterfly.

Wings unfurled,

Lifted in grace and beauty into the sky.

In the same way,

This prayer takes time to evolve,

Deepening and folding,

As you give it space to grow by continually listening to it.

Through patience and reflection,

It will blossom.

And when the transformation is complete,

Its full beauty will be revealed.

Know that you carry the energy of abundance and divine connection with you as you move throughout the day.

Namaste.

And I want to thank Blossom Violet here on Insight Timer for this dreamy composition.

Please continue to enjoy the beautiful sound journey,

The Grace of a Butterfly.
