I found this chakra session much easier than the first two. As the format is the same I’m thinking because I probably have more difficulty with the other two chakras. Again an excellent recording with straightforward, calm instructions. Will definitely repeat and recommend and I am looking forward to doing the rest of the sessions. Thank you 🙏
