Use this technique first thing in the morning for a quick burst of energy and alertness or when you are feeling fatigued and need to reboot your energetic system. The pattern is as follows: inhale for a count of 6, no hold, and immediately push out all of the air in your lungs for a count of 2 and back to the inhale right away. Recommended for practitioners who have some experience in breath work. Light-headedness may occur due to deep inhalations and quick exhalations. Use as a guidance tool every morning to awaken your fullest self.

Welcome to Energy Boost,

Breathwork for energy and alertness.

This quick guided breathwork meditation is a technique used first thing in the morning,

Or anytime you feel fatigued and in need of an energetic boost.

This relaxing breathwork provides the body with the appropriate stimulation and oxygen to the blood system,

So that it can function at the desired state of the user.

This awake pattern,

6 seconds in and 2 seconds out,

With no pauses in between,

Floods the circulatory system with oxygen and increases blood flow through the body and specifically through the brain,

Firing up the whole being,

Creating alertness and a boost of clean,

Natural energy.

Listen to the uplifting music and follow along with the breath count to experience a profound difference in your state of being.
