Use this technique first thing in the morning for a quick burst of energy and alertness or when you are feeling fatigued and need to reboot your energetic system. The pattern is as follows: inhale for a count of 6, no hold, and immediately push out all of the air in your lungs for a count of 2 and back to the inhale right away. Recommended for practitioners who have some experience in breath work. Light-headedness may occur due to deep inhalations and quick exhalations. Use as a guidance tool every morning to awaken your fullest self.
