Yes,
Isn't it beautiful to be out there in nature?
Showing us so beautifully that life is so abundant.
Yeah,
Not only in nature of course.
We can be totally at peace and quiet and silent at home or while being in traffic even.
This can also be a nice practice in a way to find peace and quiet in the midst of all circumstances.
Also while doing the dishes,
Maybe noticing our thoughts,
Noticing that they might not be very bright.
Each timeless moment,
This one as well and this one and this one,
Kim.
We have this beautiful opportunity to calm down,
To soften and to notice the breath again.
Sensations in the body.
And automatically a more spacious Kim arises,
So to speak,
A more spacious ribbon.
Almost dissolving in a way.
Less Kim,
Less ribbon.
And less you that is listening right now.
Less identified as being this person that needs to do a lot,
Needs to change.
That feels contracted most of the time.
Although not even noticeable,
But this contraction is very subtle at times.
Maybe you can notice this right now,
Kim,
As well.
When tuning into this more spacious,
Open,
Loving,
Non-personal awareness,
Maybe it's possible to notice that the whole experience of life sort of softens.
Tension in the body releases slowly.
Ah,
Yeah,
This breath releasing the subtle contraction.
And this beautiful opportunity again to be kind to all that we've been experiencing also in those moments where we seem to not be too kind to others maybe or to ourselves.
We have this opportunity right now to be kind.
May I be well,
May I be happy.
I would say it's so important to add this to our life,
To our practice,
This kindness.
May I be well,
May I be happy.
Maybe repeating this again and again can also be very helpful when people are not very kind to you.
If this is happening in your life,
To immediately in those moments repeat this within yourself.
A unkind message coming in to then repeat within yourself,
May I be well,
May I be happy.
Others do not even have to know this,
But it's such a beautiful shift when this is happening because we're so used to receive messages or situations,
Experiences that are creating a contraction,
This shock.
And we're unconsciously trying to deal with it,
Maybe reacting again.
But within my own experience it's very helpful to in those moments repeat this little mantra,
May I be well,
May I be happy.
And when your whole body-mind system in that moment is opening up more beyond this feeling of being this me and the spaciousness is more palpable because of repeating this may I be well,
May I be happy.
You can then in those moments really feel that love is at play,
Is at work,
That love is always underneath every experience even when you're shocked.
And especially somehow when this reminder is coming up in that moment automatically within a stressful situation suddenly life is reminding us to repeat within ourselves,
May I be well,
May I be happy.
It shows that love is there,
It's life itself,
This beautiful principle of life is helping you as this human vehicle right there and right then in that timeless moment you are shown that life wants you to feel okay,
Wants you to notice that love is always underneath all and within all experiences.
Even when it feels terrible or undoable somehow,
Again and again,
Moment to moment life is showing this precious opportunity to soften,
To be kind,
May I be well,
May I be happy.
And this goes beyond this little me,
This I,
But it's an entrance somehow a key to a more spacious loving experience.
And this key is given by life and it might happen today because of listening again to this message.
That's why all that I am sharing is related to repeating by listening.
It has been so helpful in my life and it still is.
This also sitting down here connecting with you Kim how wonderful,
How beautiful life creating this opportunity all automatically happening showing that we are capable of resting deeply moment to moment.
And this beautiful nature,
Yes Kim you are so right,
Nature is such a beautiful entrance,
Such a beautiful key as well.
Each time we notice the beauty of nature,
The birds,
The trees,
The smells,
The leaves,
The sun,
The wind,
The rain,
Stormy weather,
Stormy feelings,
All so beautifully showing that life is so precious.
Yeah and so hard at times,
So difficult to understand why life keeps coming up with challenges.
And simultaneously it's showing that it's possible to be happy.
It's to be trusted deeply.
Can you feel this Kim right now?
I do.
Even when there's this slight identification happening like I can do this,
I can feel this,
I can understand.
Even when this is slightly there,
Somehow,
Somewhere,
Locationless,
Deeper it seems.
There's this knowing,
This deep knowing that all is so well and so fulfilled already,
So loving.
And what a contrast life is always.
