Soft Encounters | Part Eight: Teresa

Oh! Gracious serendipity delivered these words to my fingertips, just when cconnection and shared softness was needed! Thank you Ruben and Teresa. I was resting, feeling sad and lonely, and via an unconscious process became triggered into a trauma memory. I saw this, picked my self up and went to sit on my balcony in the sun. My cat sat on my chest and I felt nurtured and at peace.
