The biggest shift in life.
When will it occur and how?
Let's explore this for a while and start by taking a deep breath and another one in and slowly out.
One more time.
Deep breath in and out.
Yeah.
When in your life will you prioritize non-personal awareness?
That in life which doesn't change is always stable,
Always present,
Beyond any experience?
When do we as these human vehicles choose to prioritize this,
This is-ness,
Instead of thinking,
Worrying,
Getting caught up in the drama of life?
Can it be a simple choice,
A firm one maybe?
Can you firmly decide to no longer emphasize all that seems to be going on in life?
Can you firmly decide to fully stop?
Can we do this now,
As the wind blows?
Can we notice that something is totally still,
Silent,
Stable?
Or is it too tempting to emphasize feelings?
Most likely,
Yes.
We all want something and most of the time we want things to be different.
But for once maybe,
Since you're listening right now,
Can we in this timeless moment fully stop?
Just a full stop.
As if all you know to be so true,
Or at least think you know to be so true,
Hasn't ever been there.
It hasn't,
But maybe just firmly decide right now that all you've known hasn't ever been present.
Just fully stop.
Nothing left.
Just erase everything,
Delete it all.
Nothing has ever happened.
Nothing happening now.
Just nothing.
Beyond experiencing,
Beyond any feeling.
Just nothing.
And can you sense the release in prioritizing nothingness,
Even when experiences seem to happen?
Raindrops falling on the leaves,
All seemingly so,
But in fact nothing of all that is truly happening.
The only thing that is real is beyond all experiences.
Imagine that.
Beyond imagination.
The only thing that's real,
Which is you,
Doesn't even know about your life,
Your drama,
Your feelings.
Let me say that again.
Nothing,
Truly nothing,
Is known by the true you.
And still,
That which you are is truly complete,
Doesn't need anything.
A deep sigh of relief,
Maybe.
Wouldn't it be beautiful to notice this?
More and more so.
And might it be helpful to firmly decide to place your focus on this is-ness,
Which is nothing,
And from which all seems to arise,
Creating this grand illusion,
This beautiful play,
Which sometimes isn't beautiful at all,
Seen from the person we think we are.
And this is all fine.
Somehow life is also very helpful.
Life itself,
Helping us to wake up from this illusion.
Many beings waking up and pointing towards that which has no words.
Like the words that are now spoken,
Only pointing to something beyond that which you think you are.
So leave all thinking once more.
Don't emphasize feelings,
Memories,
Just for the purpose of this practice.
Imagine all to be gone,
To have never happened.
Fully stop once more.
Now be quiet for a bit.
And you can once more fully stop.
As the raindrops fall on the leaves,
Something isn't happening at all.
And that's what you are.
You are not happening.
And as a smile arises on my face right now,
Knowing that we are not happening,
I wish you a beautiful day in which many of these moments will be palpable.
May a smile arise on your face as well,
Knowing that nothing is truly happening.
May trust arise by prioritizing non-personal awareness.
And may this full stop bring you even further beyond all.
A beautiful shift that might bring peace beyond all suffering.
As the wind starts blowing here,
I say goodbye to you,
Beautiful being.
Much love and many blessings.
Until we meet again.
