So the goal is set and the path,

It seems clear and we're on our way.

And then what happens?

The challenges start coming and it's taking us much longer to reach our goal than we thought it would.

We find ourselves beginning to wonder,

Am I being too unrealistic?

Is this good enough?

So how can we ensure that we don't in fact decide to dilute our goal and settle for fifth,

Fourth,

Third or second best?

So how do we remain unstoppable and unbreakable?

So the first is how clear is your goal?

So how determined,

How focused is your goal?

Is it tangible in your mind's eye?

Just imagine what it would be like to be the you that you can envisage.

So make it as tangible and real as possible in your mind's eye and allow yourself to begin to experience being you.

And at the same time remind yourself that this is nothing new,

That the inner and original spirit of human beings is of truth and goodness and you're just returning to this.

So sit in silence and connect and experience your original truth and goodness.

So how would we go about this?

And the point is the things that we talk about here are totally,

Absolutely realistic and possible.

It's just that we get caught up in,

You could say,

The unrealistic and impossible.

We get caught up in the obstacles that are on our path.

So I would say,

Thinking about this a lot,

I would say that the first thing I need,

Because without this very first focus,

Is faith in the Self.

Otherwise,

How can I be unstoppable and unbreakable?

It just would be unrealistic.

I need faith in myself.

So how can I have faith in myself?

And this is where we see some form of introspection,

Some form of thinking,

I need some habit,

Some people don't seem to like the word meditation.

But if you look at us all as human beings,

We think and we have things we have to think about.

And so to be able to think through whatever it is can show us how things work.

But if we never give ourselves a chance to think and we're always so filled with worries and concerns and things to do and apprehensions,

How are we going to get round to actually looking at what's actually happening and who I am?

So this is why we say meditation or some form of thinking.

I remember years,

Many,

Many years ago when I first put my toe on the line with this and I had not a clue what was going to unfold.

And I heard something that I thought was very wise.

I was very impressed.

And it was an outside talk.

It was nothing to do with this.

And someone said,

He talked,

He gave a lot of big names that I'd never heard of.

He says these were the big famous people who headed up all the big multinational companies of the world.

They were all multimillionaires and powerful people.

What did they have in common?

And I thought this is interesting to hear.

He says they take time to think.

And I gave a few examples of how one particular person who had a huge entourage or crowd of people that he supported with his ideas and his energy really,

How he would go away every now and again into his office,

Shut the door,

Nobody could go in.

He would sit for hours.

And they said if you ever actually were able to look in,

He was just sitting.

So I mean,

A lot of people hadn't even heard of meditation these days.

So it seemed a sort of weird thing to be doing.

But seemingly he was sitting and he was looking at all the things that needed tweaked and nudged and shifted around a little bit.

And he said at the end of that,

He would come out and he'd call in his big boys,

The ones that were now going to listen to his information and take it out into whatever area they were in.

And he would say this is to happen,

This to happen,

This is what we need to do,

This is what we need to do,

Or we need to have a meeting and discuss this,

Boom,

Boom.

But he'd worked all out in his mind so that when he then shared the information,

He was halfway there.

And he said that this is what all these really successful people had in common,

Was they took time to think.

Now Raj Yoga Meditation tells us that this is something we can all do,

Which is why we keep saying take time to think.

Everything that comes into our lives that we want to influence or change in some way will be happening coming from our past.

And whatever,

There'll be not just one thing,

There'll be lots of habits that we have.

And these things that come from our past and we have developed different ways of handling things.

And these different ways of handling things,

I will have used the same attitude on these things possibly over and over and over again.

And but life changes,

We change,

Circumstances change,

People around us change.

But if my attitude stays always the same and maybe I didn't have great success a lot of the time with those attitudes,

But then it was over and that was it finished done,

So it didn't work.

Forget it now,

It's away,

Onto something else.

If I keep using the same attitudes over and over again,

I'll get the same things that sometimes work and sometimes don't work.

So the secret is when I take time not to look at my big multinational company,

But to look at myself and see my strengths and weaknesses.

There's no point just looking at my strengths because I'll get carried away on a crest of a wave that is not realistic.

Because the minute I start on something I will have obstacles.

It seems to be the way that life's energy works at this point of time.

I need to know my weaknesses,

Know that I shrink or I falter or I get too brave or I go for it too much or whatever it is I do.

But then the other secret is once I know my weaknesses to focus on my strengths,

Not my weaknesses.

And when I practice Raj Yoga meditation,

Raj Yoga meditation says all your energy,

All your power,

For everything,

For all your body systems,

For your thinking processes come from the soul.

Your habits are recorded on your soul.

So if I forget the energy that's driving everything and focus on the thing that's being driven,

Then I'll feel I have got a success,

Not quite what I wanted.

If more and more I can focus on the energy that's driving the ship,

Then more and more I can have clearer and clearer understanding of how actually I can be happy.

Peace,

Happiness,

Harmony with other people,

Relationships.

Over and over we've said here relationship is everything.

Relationship is everything.

But first it has to be relationship with myself.

So I know how I work and I know that I'll falter on this or I'm not so good at that.

But I have strengths which I can also use so I can forget the faltering and just be aware but encourage myself to have that strength.

So obviously when we do Raj Yoga meditation we also look at the divine.

So a lot of people not into that,

We know that.

We're not here to be forcing any religion or anything but to know there could be an inner strength or power even within your own track to hold onto it.

The other thing that's really good and I think almost anybody of any path would support because it's common sense.

If you're going on to straighten anything out with yourself the best way to do it is as early in the day as possible before all the problems and obstacles have come in to pull your head away into their particular area.

You want as clear a mindset as possible.

So if early in the morning or very,

Very early in the morning you happen to be able to give yourself that time because there are very few distractions at that time because who is going to be out there bed talking to you at that time unless they're like-minded people also thinking of spiritual things or things they want to clarify with themselves.

Clarify maybe with another energy.

So I can be absolutely an ordinary person with no great big name or status and I can become unstoppable and unbreakable with a simplicity of truth and a big heart and sincerity.

And so this can apply to anybody not just to someone who heads up something big.

It's get to know myself and then feel so,

We can feel so challenged by obstacles.

We'll feel so uplifted by your strengths because quite often we say for every obstacle or every problem there's the flip side of the coin which is the solution.

There's a solution for everything.

It might not always be what we think we would like it to be because we twirl things around into sometimes not a really practical shape and think it should work.

This is why if I have a clear head early in the morning I can see that I'm going off on a bit of a tangent that sounds good but however just bring it back into line.

And I'm talking about the it of ourselves,

Of our own lives.

And the more that I can concede that there is a strong sense of goodness in the self the more empowered we become because we are very,

Very powerful,

Wonderful and beautiful personalities.

But in today's world we're not focusing on that.

We're focusing on our worries,

Our problems,

Our disenchantment and what we want are the things that are often unattainable physical things can't afford.

Boom,

Boom,

This problem,

That problem,

Can't get this.

Hmm,

Hmm.

But it's not what it's all about.

And if I could get that other inside bit correct you might find that you're not so much running after these things and maybe you'll find that gosh there's things you didn't see that are worth a fortune emotionally and spiritually and mentally and physically to us.

It's like our priorities change and when I even think of changes of attitude and I was thinking because I look at myself a lot throughout the day how I think and attitudes are funny things you don't always know because it's like an automatic here comes something and here's my attitude already.

It's already and I think it's very normal and sometimes I look and I think what on earth?

Okay use this attitude and you'll get that not very pleasant outcome.

That's why we say relationships are important because I need to kind of think how to make it okay.

If I'm just totally just pushing forward with aggression of some way then I'll get an aggression back.

So,

It's a tricky problem,

Unstoppable,

Unbreakable but it's quite clear that first I need to have faith,

Faith in myself and then I need to look at change of attitude and I need to look at thinking my way through my life's obstacles and maybe not obstacles,

Gifts and feel gratitude for the gifts because quite often I think to myself some silly little thing annoys us,

Oh such a silly but we don't think it's silly till we stop and we think my goodness look out into the world and what's this trivia that you're using all your energy thinking if I could just have this or do this and out there what's happening?

So this gives me faith in myself because just by that way of thinking you have got compassion,

You have got mercy,

You have got generosity and you change your more selfish way of thinking into seeing the bigger picture.

So this is a rather wonderful thing to do and by the law of energy when I start to think in that way not only am I starting to value myself for my capability of being more broad in my thinking but I start to put a bigger and bigger value on other people because everyone's entitled to be who they are,

What they are and what happens is we think we can change other people,

We think it in the wrong way,

We can influence by good relationships and come into harmony but when we think we can change or want to change that's when people put up barriers so I need to be more and more learning to accept but not just accept but to value so again it's all to ourselves the way we think,

The way we feel what is it I want,

What are my goals?

Do I want to have more understanding of how this picture fits together of life?

Do I want to have a bigger overview?

Do I wish to bring out the best in myself?

Obviously what Raj Yoga tells us as well are all the virtues that I'm able to see in myself and do my best to practice,

We do our best to practice,

It's a higher energy and it acts as a protection for us whereas if I go down a negative track where I want to destroy or hurt it hurts us,

Can bring us incredible trauma,

Sadness and pain and it can take a while to try and take it away from our thinking energy and our attitudes whereby if I'm creating attitudes that are useful and helpful in my life's journey for me it always has to start with you,

It's just like in the aeroplane you have to take the oxygen or you're of no use to your child,

No point giving your child the oxygen and you're die,

What is it going to do?

You have to take the oxygen yourself.

So we can be unstoppable and unbreakable,

Unstoppable in our moving forward to fulfil our purpose in our life,

Unbreakable that things don't go right the way we think they should go,

We don't crumble to dust,

We just go okay,

That's the way it is.

Undaunted is a good word,

Undaunted,

A really nice thing to stop you breaking is to be flexible,

Not to be too forceful,

This is the way,

This is my way,

Which is why Raj Yoga gives information and says this is good to do but people go and do something else then but that's the way they want to do it,

Everybody's different,

We're all such a variety,

It would be terrible if we were all the same,

It would be an awful world if we were all the same.

In a lot of ways it would be quite nice if we came a bit more into harmony but you wouldn't want to be the same because the whole wonder is actually in the difference,

You wouldn't want to keep meeting yourself over and over and over,

You went out for the night and here was somebody exactly like you,

Exactly like you,

You're like oh gosh I'm bored with this,

I'm fed up,

I might as well stay in.

It's the uniqueness of each and every one of us that's the wonder.

It's the uniqueness of each and every one of us that's the wonder.
