Like any skill, meditation requires practice to achieve satisfying results. More and more people are adding some kind of meditation to their daily routine either as an effective antidote to stress, or as a simple method of relaxation. By doing a little meditation every day, it soon becomes a natural and easy habit, which generously rewards you for the effort it involves. Meditation enables you to embark on this inward journey. Raja Yoga meditation gives you a clear spiritual understanding of yourself, helps you re–discover and use the positive qualities already latent within you, enables you to develop your strengths of character and create new attitudes and responses to life.

Nature and spirituality.

How can I impact the environment?

Can I create a consciousness that is selfless?

I take so much from nature and yet I forget to give back.

I am able to give back to nature through peaceful thoughts and subtle vibrations.

Do I use everything in a worthwhile way?

My thoughts,

Words,

Actions,

Time,

All my energies.

The body is lifeless without the soul.

The soul uses the body to play its part in the physical world.

Am I creating peaceful thoughts?

Peaceful thoughts bring me into a state of relaxation.

Beautiful elevated thoughts help nature ascend.

They help nature to return to her original balance.

Let's take everything to the smallest unit and build from there.

The smallest unit of time is one second.

The smallest unit of consciousness is one thought.

The smallest unit that keeps the body alive is one breath and one heartbeat.

One second of peace.

One breath of peace.

One thought of peace.

One heartbeat of peace.

I relax.

One second.

One breath.

One thought.

One heartbeat.

Peace.

One second.

One breath.

One thought.

One heartbeat.

Peace.

Relaxing my body and breath depends on my thoughts.

What are my thoughts?

And what effect do they have on the body?

Things will not just happen.

Nothing happens unless I do something.

The soul is in the body.

The mind is in the soul.

I feel the connectedness.

I am able to give back to nature through peaceful thoughts and subtle vibrations.

One second of peace.

One breath of peace.

One second of peace.

One breath of peace.
