Don't delay. Use every thought and every second to remind yourself of the beauty you are. When you remember you are a being of light, a soul then you can move away from worry. Worry is a waste of energy and we all have the power to change our worry habits. Meditation can help. Peace is your right.

Oh,

Maybe everything will be better tomorrow.

No,

That very second,

I can make things better by appreciating who I am.

I'm so,

So lucky.

I'm practicing my original nature of peace.

For our yoga meditation,

We're constantly encouraging everyone to practice peace.

So why do we constantly encourage you to practice peace?

Because peace is the foundation of all human beings,

Energy-wise.

And when we lose our peace,

We lose our power,

Our strength,

Our happiness,

Our kindness,

Our friendliness.

Yes,

We may practice some of these things,

But it takes a lot of force and a lot of effort,

And it's like a physical use of energy rather than spiritual.

When I practice peace,

I'm able to access these energies,

Those real energies of strength,

Courage,

Determination,

Power,

Love,

Kindness,

Happiness.

The first thing is to be peaceful and then think of those energies.

So I was thinking that if we're not practicing these energies and we feel worried,

Wondering,

Hoping,

Praying,

Trying really hard for things to work out,

Whatever they are,

In my life,

For them to happen,

Please,

Please let this happen.

Oh,

I hope I get this.

Oh,

I hope this happens.

Oh,

Oh gosh,

What's happening here?

Oh my goodness.

Worry.

If I worry,

It's a waste of my energy because whatever's in the drama of life is in the drama of life.

It's going to happen.

I cannot say stop because it's made up of the thoughts of billions of souls in the world,

All the different ways,

Energies coming together,

Attitudes,

And this creates the drama.

Now,

I'm also part of the billions,

But I think that in the physical level,

My thoughts would be very tiny amongst the billions.

But when we become spiritually aware,

There's not so many become spiritually aware.

And my thoughts become very powerful.

And I realized that there's no point in hoping or wishing or worrying or getting so upset and distressed about what's happening,

What isn't happening.

I wish this would be,

I want this,

I want that,

And I never have this or that,

Or why is this happening to me?

These kinds of thoughts will make me very weak.

And in fact,

Maybe even make me not very well,

Not very healthy also.

Take away my power completely,

Whatever power I have left will be quickly removed by worry.

The opposite is the benefit of doing meditation,

Practicing peace,

Calm,

Stillness,

Silence,

Is that whatever thoughts I think,

I become aware,

I'm told,

It's part of the teachings.

These are my thoughts,

My energy,

And they're coming from me now in the present time.

I'm not hoping,

Wishing,

Praying,

Upset,

Annoyed,

Fed up,

Hopeless,

Angry.

I can be very positive,

Like whatever's happening is happening.

And I use my best energy thinking,

Well,

Let's just stay calm and peaceful and let's be appreciative and let's send good wishes to the world because the world is in such a state of distress and many people are so upset and wondering,

Why is this happening to me?

I've always been good,

Why is this happening to me?

So that way of thinking is making it worse.

So if we can really focus on the good fortune we have in practicing being peaceful.

First of all,

I uplift my own energy with these thoughts.

I don't get pulled down by distress,

I uplift my energy by my understanding,

To appreciate what's happening,

To observe what's happening and to choose not to be daunted if things are not going my way because meditation isn't a magic wand that makes everything go the way we want it to go.

But I understand that it's great to understand,

To know that,

So it didn't go my way,

But I'm okay.

And thank goodness,

I understand to be cool and calm about it.

And actually anything that happens is passed usually in a second,

That's it.

That scene is over,

We're into something,

Oh gosh,

What's this now?

Here's something else.

Now if I'm worried,

I'll be worried about the next and then worried again.

But Rajoga says,

In the present moment,

Your energy is you,

It's alive,

It's fresh and it's very,

Very powerful.

I can uplift myself through not going down the track of worry or upset or hoping or wishing or desiring or none of that because a lot of the time it doesn't come to fruition,

That's just a waste of energy.

So I hoped and I hoped and I hoped and now it's gone,

But that never happened.

So what did I do?

I pulled my energy down during that time,

Whereas if I just go,

Okay,

Whatever's in front of me at the present,

I just be thankful and grateful and lighthearted and cheerful,

Capable,

Strong,

Have understanding,

Have kind feelings,

Have determination,

Feel peaceful and safe.

And for some reason,

We've done something very good that's made us deserve feeling peaceful and safe.

So we practice silence,

Stillness,

Peace,

Happiness,

Love,

Appreciation,

And then we see that every second that we can bring ourselves into this awareness is so beneficial.

It's lifting me up from the brink of,

Oh,

Disheartenment,

Feel hopeless.

Oh,

Why did that happen?

How did it happen?

Oh,

Oh,

Maybe everything will be better tomorrow.

No,

That very second I can make things better by appreciating who I am.

Who I am.

I'm so,

So lucky.

I'm practicing my original nature of peace,

Steadiness,

Stillness.

So I continue to use the energy of my thinking to create thoughts and feelings of peace,

Love,

Good wishes,

Good wishes filled with peace and love and send them out to the world.

I use my thoughts.

I use my mind the way I want to use it.

I want to be peaceful.

I am peace.

Bringing my attention to the center of my forehead,

Looking out through the eyes and the awareness that I am thinking energy.

I can look at the center of Sister Rose's forehead and visualize a point of light.

I am a being of light and I have the awareness that I'm looking at another being of light.

Peaceful,

Unique,

Eternal,

Thinking energy.

Choosing calm,

Soothing,

Strong,

Cool thoughts.

Reassuring myself.

Remembering my peace.

I am a peaceful soul.
