Om Shanti.
So meditation understood.
To clarify peace,
Peace is our strongest energy and peace is not a weakness.
People can think now to be peaceful is to be weak,
To be soft and they see anger as a strength.
People are scared of anger but anger is a weakness and peace is a strength.
Peace is not just a strength,
It's your greatest strength.
Peace is the strength that takes you on your journey from the beginning through the middle to the end.
And peace helps you in all situations.
And if I use anger it's a sign that I have lost control,
I have no strength,
I don't know what to do.
So there's a fear in someone who's angry.
They're scared that they're now weak and they use force to show that they're strong.
So be aware of anger.
And even if you feel hurt about something or have resentment,
It's a quiet form of anger and it can damage us because we feel it's okay to feel hurt,
That I'm justified and I'm resentful of someone or some situation.
Again I can feel that's okay,
I'm entitled.
But it's anger,
It means I'm really angry inside.
And if we think about our thoughts,
Thoughts have feelings.
A thought isn't just a thought,
A thought is followed by a feeling.
So if I'm not feeling good today,
I have to stop and check what have I been thinking?
Why am I not feeling good?
What have I been thinking?
Have I been blaming some situation or upset by somebody or scared of somebody or I have to check this.
My feelings over a period of time are created on the basis of my thoughts and develop my attitude.
So my attitude comes from,
If I'm very angry a lot of the time or worried a lot of the time or feeling that it's not fair,
That will create an attitude in me and then that attitude will come out.
I won't even mean it to come out,
But it will come out that I want to justify that attitude.
It will become my habit to be upset,
Annoyed,
In despair or however.
My habits,
When I put them together,
Become my personality.
So I don't want a personality of being upset or having despair or having to justify things all the time.
I don't want that attitude,
I don't want that personality.
Because at every step my attitudes,
Which I have created through situations and put things together into a package,
It becomes my destiny.
It's quite hard to change it once it becomes my destiny.
So I have to have a look at what is it that upset me,
What is it that I put into some forms of resentment.
I think it's okay because I'm quite quiet.
And I'm quite quiet because with some of these habits I don't have the courage even to put them into anger in case I'm challenged.
And then I justify and find ways and put them into attitudes and then my attitude becomes my habit,
My habit becomes my destiny.
At every step in life this personality that I create becomes my destiny.
So Radyoga's saying,
Peace is your greatest power.
So if I can concentrate on peace,
Love,
Happiness,
Kindness,
That will become my habit and that will become my attitude.
Peace,
Love,
Happiness.
When I understand how circumstances affect the self,
I can realize circumstances affect everyone.
And when I see that some people are affected by anger,
Well,
They must have been affected by others being angry.
And then I realize that I don't want to cause people to have attitudes based on how I've interacted with them.
If I've interacted with them with some form of annoyance or dislike,
The soul picks it up.
Even if you cover it up,
You think you've covered it up quite quietly,
But if you have a feeling of dislike,
Even you're smiling,
You haven't actually made that soul feel welcome in your company.
And if I do that,
I'm encouraging souls to have attitudes of being defensive and annoyed.
So we must encourage ourselves to be peaceful,
Kindly,
Loving,
Strong,
Straightforward,
Determined,
Happy-hearted.
That's Radyoga.
And encourage people to have faith in themselves.
So they should not come into interaction with any yogi souls that are practicing meditation and go away feeling disheartened.
They should go away feeling a bit lifted,
Even if it's just a little bit lifted up.
That's our job.
That's our new job,
Our spiritual job.
And we have to do it for ourselves and we have to do it for people we come in connection with.
Okay,
Aum Shanti,
We'll have a minute.
Within this human form is the point.
The point which is eternal,
The point which is infinitesimal,
The point which is light and life.
In the centre of the forehead,
I,
The point,
Live.
And from this vantage point,
I take care of this physical body of mine.
I am responsible.
I am responsible for myself.
I am also responsible for this body.
I,
The point of light,
Responsible for myself,
Need to give myself the things that I am made up of.
Within I,
The point,
Is peace.
Within I,
The point,
Is love.
I am the embodiment of peace,
Of love,
Of purity,
Of joy.
I,
The point of light,
Am truth.
That which is eternal,
That which has a connection with the eternal being,
Is that which is true.
There's a role to be played on the world stage,
And the stage,
And the drama,
And the role are important.
But most important of all is the point.
I learn to take off my physical costume and just stay in the awareness and radiate the original qualities that are within the point.
Everything I am is here within the point.
Om Shanti.
