I invite you in this moment to find a quiet place to rest to be still and to know that he is God.
As you begin to breathe breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth begin to feel the breath anchor the mind to the being.
As God created man he breathed life into him.
As you breathe feel the presence the power the assurance the awareness of God's living life spirit presence within you your breath your presence and as you exhale letting go of the resistance the rigidness and the spaces in between psalm 37 2 for like grass they soon fade away like springtime flowers they soon wither as you begin to breathe know that God is your breath your life your being and like the grass that soon fades away and like the springtime flowers that wither trusting and knowing that our life is in the grace and the grip of God's hands as you breathe into this awareness allow your body to release to feel safe to surrender to soften to sense the nearness and as you listen to your body hear the breath feel the breath maybe take in the surroundings and the awareness that life is active and moving and going on and as you experience this maybe you can feel yourself laying in a field of grass or surrounded by springtime flowers and you can feel the breath of the earth laying in a field of grass or surrounded by springtime flowers and just sensing seeing and smelling this experience and noticing how precious life is and how tender it is knowing in this moment that the wicked and the those that do wrong are much like the grass or the springtime flowers that wither and yet God holds us in the grip of his hand imagine yourself being seen being felt being known being heard every thought every moment every feeling is safe every moment every feeling is safe as you surrender it as you lay it down as you see and feel the green grass and you see the springtime flowers noticing that our life is but a breath here today and gone tomorrow and as we notice that we take gratitude for every breath for every experience and for the ability to breathe to listen to experience to see and to take in our environment of beautiful smells and God I thank you that like the grass I know that the wicked and those who seem to prosper will soon fade away in their wickedness and God I thank you that the springtime flowers are a reminder of the tenderness and the fragility of man thank you that I do not have to envy those who do wrong in their wicked ways but that that wickedness will wither away in the presence in the presence the nearness of the holiness of God I draw near to you God and I feel safe and protected in this moment and as you just settle into your breath feel your body surrender release renew and also notice where you may continue to hold any resistance rigidness are there spaces in your body of regret that God is asking for you in this moment to lay it down breathe into it and as we just take these moments of resetting understanding and knowing God says says I am with you
