It's beginning by feeling where your body meets the surface that you're sitting or lying on,
Allowing yourself to get into a comfortable position and remembering that there's nothing that you have to do.
This time is for you to come into and commune with your intuition,
With your mind,
Body and spirit.
Go ahead and set the intention for the session over the candle flame on behalf of your highest and greatest good in perfect comfort,
Alignment,
Empowerment and peace.

This feeling of abundance,
Feeling of creativity and that all that you do is creative,
That your existence in itself is creative and that when you allow yourself to take up space,
It's a gift to the world.
It's a permission slip to others.
Taking some of this rosemary essential oil.
I'm going to start here actually up the muscles of the jaw,
Seeing if we can and inviting you in but never forcing anything.
If there are these internal shields that you'd like to practice laying down at your feet and maybe for me it's definitely the tension that I hold in the muscles of my jaw,
Definitely for one,
The tension that I hold in the eyes,
The base of the neck and softening through the whole front of the face.
Hearing the message,
Brighter days are coming,
Which I really just appreciate.
How can you hold that sentiment in your heart physically,
You know,
The brighter days as it will,
You know,
Remain dark here for the winter that brighter days will come and then as a metaphor for trusting,
For being hopeful and optimistic,
I'm actually going to come in.
I have this little,
It's a bell that I actually just bought and I like the way that it sounds for clearing.
So I'm going to,
I don't know how it's going to translate over zoom,
But I'm going to focus on the throat chakra here.
Just use the sound of the bell to clear anything in the throat chakra that's ready to be let go of.
So those are like the,
It's like the lower mind,
Maybe the subconscious,
Um,
The things that are on repeat.
And then it's also about like how we talk to ourselves,
How we express ourselves,
Body language,
Things like that.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling,
Just sending in that energy of like clearing.
There's like a waking up here in the throat chakra.
There's a,
A channel that is being cleared.
And really this channel is the bridge between the heart space and then the third eye and the crown chakra.
So hovering here over the heart and the crown and the third eye,
Seeing a lotus flower here in the heart space,
Like a pink purple lotus flower that grows in the mud,
Trying the Reiki symbols into your heart space,
Connecting us through time and space,
Remembering the energy knows no bounds,
Smoothing this bridge between the crown chakra,
The third eye and the crown chakra,
Down the throat,
Down to the heart.
Maybe feeling this moonlight,
If it feels good to picture that moonlight energy traveling and spreading through the front body,
The chest,
The shoulders,
Taking some dried cedar,
Hearing that beautiful crackling.
With this,
We send in the power of taking up space,
The power of us leaning into our compassion,
Our sweetness,
Our trust,
Our hopefulness,
Our optimism,
The power of those things,
Our ability to go with the flow,
Like that little crab being pulled,
Our ability to be vulnerable and know that we don't have to do it alone.
We don't have to have all the answers.
Where can you find creativity in this moment?
Is it the meal that you cook?
Is it the song that you sing,
That you hum?
Is it the time that you spend with your loved ones?
The conversations you have,
All of these are just proof of living,
Being alive,
Being alive is to be creative,
Being part of the vast systems of the universe that the planets would all have various advice for you that you are not here on accident.
Continuing to take this cedar,
Allowing it to really help ground you this week,
Using it to come back to be where your feet are.
To be where your body is.
Taking a deep,
Full breath all the way into the lowest point of the body.
Yourself basking in this moonlight and with it receiving whatever you may need.
Maybe a word comes to you or an image or a feeling,
But imagining this moonlight infused with exactly what you need right now.
And the reminder that you are exactly where you're supposed to be in this moment.
So I'm going to take a deep breath in.
Practicing patience,
Compassion.
I'm coming here to the root chakra,
So the space at the base of the spine.
I'm going to place my hands hovering around either one of your hips.
And I'm really just going to infuse the space with this sense of belonging,
The sense of security,
Safety,
Groundedness,
And using this serpentine crystal.
It is wonderful for grounding,
For remembering in this ancient wisdom of your body,
Of the earth.
It's reminding you that you are connected,
You're not separate,
You belong here.
Seeing all these like different bouquets being thrown at your feet,
Because if you're performing and like kind of this feeling of like when's the last time you gave yourself these flowers,
Like really acknowledged all of the things that you deserve to feel like so proud of.
Taking a deep,
Full breath.
As we begin to close our session,
Just going to send in this layer of lavender mist,
And this particularly is an intention for you for this evening to rest deeply and to wake feeling just more connected to yourself,
More connected to your power,
Your creativity,
More compassionate.
Sending this all around you,
This lavender.
Fluffing it up,
Making it nice and cozy,
Almost like this like weighted blanket if that image feels good for you,
Just like a reminder of a like contact with the physical body with this present moment.
Reminding you that you are here,
That the planets and the stars marvel at you,
That you can live your life with the sense of awe and wonder and compassion and kindness to all beings,
And really feeling content here in this moment with where you're at.
And we will close here with the singing bowl,
And I invite you to maybe place a hand on your heart or your belly or just give yourself some gentle touch.
Feeling into the physical body and sending it some gratitude for all that it does,
And all that it is.
