This full moon meditation honours the gifts of Chandra (moon). Cultivating love, kindness and compassion for yourself and releasing any residual (what is not serving you) that you would like to release beneath this full moon. Hari Om.

Transcript

Welcome to this full moon meditation.

Please take a moment now to set yourself up in a comfortable position.

Allowing yourself to be supported by a chair or the wall if you're sitting on the floor if you need.

Propping yourself up onto some cushions or bolster ensuring that you're warm and comfortable.

Once you've settled into your meditative seat,

Let the spine lift up nice and tall as you soften and drape the shoulder blades down the back.

Let the head rest at the top of your spine in a neutral position.

The chin draws slightly down towards your heart.

The arms and legs in a comfortable position and your hands in a gesture of mudra that is comfortable for you.

You can let the gaze soften downwards or even close the eyes if that feels comfortable for you.

Let yourself settle.

The next three breaths,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Inhaling through the nostrils if that's available to you and out through the nostrils.

And again inhale through the nostrils,

Draw that breath right up.

And this time out through the mouth,

All the way out.

Make any final adjustments you need to your seat.

And once you're comfortable,

Let the corners of your lips turn upwards as you acknowledge yourself for taking time out to connect with Chandra,

With this full moon,

This orb of light that shines upon us this evening,

Today.

Whatever time of day it is for you in your time zone,

Know that the moon is shining her light,

Is illuminating your life.

And you are taking time out to be still,

To connect to your inner light as well as Chandra,

The moon energy.

Let yourself now anchor,

Breathing naturally through each of the subsequent breaths as they arrive without controlling the breath,

Allowing the rhythm of your breath to be as it is.

And in a moment I'll strike the singing bowl and let the sound,

However it meets you,

Vibrate through your being.

A sfx of the sound of a bell And let your next exhale be a little longer without forcing it,

Just exhaling all the breath out and able to spine.

As you breathe in,

Feel the fullness,

The expansion of your inhale.

As we turn now the focus to your inner gaze to that access point,

That doorway at Ajna Padana,

That point in between the eyebrows,

Your eyebrow centre.

This doorway is your doorway to higher loves of consciousness.

So as you breathe naturally in and out through the nostrils,

Allowing this wave of calm and peace continue to move through your physical body,

Let your attention,

Your focus rest with ease and grace at Ajna Padana.

As you breathe in and out through the nostrils,

Allowing this wave of calm and peace continue to move through your physical body,

Let your attention,

Your focus rest with ease and grace at the third eye centre.

With your imagination visualise Chandra,

The full moon that's upon us at this time.

See her illuminating in her wholeness,

Its orbit of light shining bright.

This moon asks us to relinquish,

To release,

To surrender any resistance to the central,

Anything that we have been harbouring in our physical,

Mental,

Emotional bodies.

So with intention now allow yourself to bring forward what it is that you would like to dissolve beneath this full moon.

What is it that you are ready,

So completely ready to release?

Once that's brought forward,

Cup your left hand onto your right hand just in front of your heart,

Like you're holding a little puddle of water in the palm of your hand and place what it is that you're ready to release.

It could be one,

Two,

Three or more things that you're ready to release.

Acknowledge their service to you and bringing you to this moment,

Thanking them for helping you self realise,

Helping you arrive to this moment of awakening.

Thank you for all that you have presented in my life until this moment.

And now I'm ready to dissolve this.

I'm ready to release,

To let go,

To surrender all of this.

So with intention now release the hands,

Open the palms wide as you spread the fingers and take the arms up above your head,

Reaching up toward the sky.

Take a few deeper than normal breaths,

Not forcing the breath but just allowing the fullness of your breath in and the fullness of the breath out,

In and out through the nostrils.

One more breath here.

Let the arms come down,

Let the left hand now rest over your heart,

Right hand over the left hand.

Chin draws down slightly towards your heart as you breathe naturally once again shoulders soften,

Face soft,

Corners of your lips turned up.

Here you are nourishing,

Acknowledging and connecting to yourself,

To Chandra,

The full moon in all her glory.

You,

Child of the earth,

Bowing beneath this full moon.

This opportunity to start again,

A time for new beginnings,

A time to feel your emotions,

To surrender,

To forgive.

This is the time to tune to your inner nature,

Your inner intelligence,

Your inner guide.

As you surrender all else,

Surrendering all else,

There's nothing to do,

Nothing to achieve,

Nowhere else to be but here in this moment.

As you next breathe in,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am,

As you breathe out,

He now.

Feel free to use this mantra as you breathe in,

I am,

As you breathe out,

He now.

I am,

He now.

As you continue to anchor deeply into this moment,

Feeling your sit bones,

Your feet,

Your whole body rooting down,

Anchoring down deeply into the earth as the crown lifts and expands,

Draws upwards to the illuminating light of this full moon.

Feel your spaciousness.

Feel how vast and expanded you are.

As you breathe,

I am,

He now.

There's no past,

There's no future.

In this moment,

Here you are,

As you are,

This is you in your whole,

Complete self.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Dissolving any criticisms,

Judgments,

Dissolving anything that does not serve you,

Anything that distracts you from being here in this moment.

And have this sweetness for the surrender,

For the surrender into this moment.

Feel that sweetness that there's nothing for you to do,

There's nowhere else for you to be but in this pure blissful moment of now,

Pure blissful moment of now.

Just as you are.

Not needing or wanting to be or do or retain anything else.

Receiving the gift of this breath,

Of this moment in this body,

Beneath this full moon.

Once again,

Open the arms,

Turn the palms up to the sky and with the palms open wide,

Declare your intention to receive.

What is it that you wish to receive beneath this full moon?

What's your desire?

What do you want more of?

What do you want to feel more of?

And quietly whisper that into your Ajna Balani or third eye three times.

Repeat three times your intention to receive beneath this full moon at this time.

And with the palms open,

Declaring your surrender,

Your sweet surrender of allowing what may come and what may go.

And you in your centre of the body,

You accept what shall come and what shall go.

Placing your left hand over your heart,

Your right hand over your left hand,

Take it deep in the natural breath in and out.

As you breathe now let the focus expand in your heart knowing that as you breathe,

As you speak,

As you act,

All of your intentions pure with integrity and authenticity from your heart,

That you speak your truth,

That you express with compassion,

With kindness from your heart,

Beginning with yourself.

And let that love emanate and expand beyond yourself,

To your friends,

Family,

Community and beyond.

In fact to all sentient beings,

You're cultivating this love,

Kindness,

Compassion for yourself and spreading it to those around you and beyond.

And the palms come to meet in Anjali Madhura.

As you bow your head towards your heart and you bow beneath this full moon of Trang Chandra,

Chandra this full,

Illuminating,

Nourishing moon,

We bow with the deepest gratitude for this moment,

For the full moon guide us always.

Excellent full moon guided meditation. I do enjoy guided mediation with more sounds with the guided healers voice but this one without it was still a heart warming tranquil ride. Thank you so very much healer. šŸ§šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø 🌸 ✨
