Dissolve Into OM
The entire meditation revolves around repeating OM in different patterns to activate, energize, and heal three main centers of the body: A (AH) → Navel (energy & grounding) U (OO) → Heart (emotion & compassion) M (MA) → Forehead / Third eye (mind & awareness) The practice aims to dissolve the meditator into OM and OM into the meditator, leading toward deep stillness and spiritual awareness.

Namaste.
Namaste.
I bow with reverence to your God in you.
I welcome you all to this 33rd session of our weekly meditations and it is a privilege for me to have taken this journey so far.
Let us move today.
Today's meditation is a very interesting one.
We will be going deeper and deeper into ourselves with the help of only one word that is Om.
So,
I will be reciting and you can follow me in the pattern in which we do this.
Okay.
Without wasting any time,
Let us start the session and aim of this session is to just go deeper and deeper into ourselves with the support of one simple word Om.
We go so deep that we dissolve into Om and Om dissolves into us.
And Om incidentally,
A bit of theory,
Om is made up of three words A,
U and Ma.
A corresponds to our navel,
U corresponds to our heart and Ma corresponds to our mind out here.
So,
When we do this,
We will do the practice today only of reciting Om and nothing else in various forms and in various ways and various variations of saying it so that we energize those words,
Those parts of the body and we see the effect,
How it happens.
Okay.
So,
Let us start.
Rub your hands together very softly,
Very gently.
Feel the softness of one hand on the other and then touch the forefinger with your thumb,
Straighten and a bit make you bend your rest of the three fingers like this and bring your hands down onto your thighs or onto your knees.
If you are sitting cross-legged,
Let it reach your knees and arms are straight.
If you are sitting on a chair,
Let it rest peacefully on your thighs.
Take a deep breath in and exhale and slowly close your eyes.
Another deep breath in,
Exhale and as you exhale,
Make your forehead absolutely soft.
Exhale all the tensions from your forehead.
We are getting into a journey where we do not need any tension of the forehead,
Any tension of the world.
Phone is also switched off.
We are cut off from the world.
Let us dissolve into the most primordial sound.
Om is the first sound which created the universe.
The Big Bang theory also says there was a vibration in the entire potentiality which was there.
Brahman mein spandan hua om ka aur vishwa ka nirman hua.
So let us take another deep breath in and release all the tensions beneath our eyes.
Let the eyes become very comfortable.
Next deep breath and release all the tension from behind your ears.
Let your neck and ears become comfortable,
Free of any tense muscles.
All the muscles are released,
Intentionally released of anything that is holding it back and when we release,
All those chemicals which were responsible for making these muscles tense,
Those chemicals get into our blood.
From blood they get into the lungs and they get released.
All the toxins get released from all the three,
Four ways of moving out,
Primarily through our breath.
The out breath takes away all the negativity.
Another deep breath in and relax your shoulders,
Both the shoulders.
Let them drop down and in this relaxed position move a bit forward,
Move a bit backward,
Find where the center is,
Stay there.
Move a bit to the right,
Move a bit to the left,
Find the center and stay there.
The two centers are coinciding,
Move a bit up,
Pull yourself up,
Push yourself down,
Come to the center.
You are absolutely centered and your body and your backbone is absolutely straight.
You are in a,
We are in a position,
Positioned to get into the Aum.
So how we will do it?
We will do it in spurts of three.
We will,
Every action,
Every Aum,
Every variation of Aum,
We will repeat thrice.
So first variation is,
We start with our navel and we elongate the AH as compared to OO and MUH and we will do this three times.
Let us start.
Take a deep breath in.
Very good.
Once more.
Take a deep breath in.
Now we will do the second variation in which we will extend the OO part and reduce the AH and MUH part.
Take a deep breath in.
Another deep breath in.
AH.
We will do it for the third time and now we will extend the MUH part of it.
AH and OO is smaller and MUH longer and when OO merges into MUH,
The lips very slowly touch each other.
They barely touch each other and the MUH sound comes from the nose.
Let us start.
Take a deep breath in.
AH.
Once more.
Now we will do four Uchcharan of Aum and all four in which AH,
OO and MUH would be almost equal.
When we say AH,
Our focus will be on our navel.
When we utter the sound of OO,
The focus will be on heart and when we utter the sound of MUH,
The focus will be on the point between our eyebrows,
The trichota.
So AH,
OO,
MUH and we will do four of these.
Even if you don't follow my pace,
Do it in your own pace and a bit plus minus will not make a difference.
But let us do four with the focus on these three parts.
Let us start.
Take a deep breath in.
AH.
Another deep breath in.
AH.
Another deep breath in.
AH.
Keep your eyes closed and as we keep on saying Aum,
Keep on going deeper and deeper inside of you.
Feel the relaxing effect the sound of Aum is having on you.
No thought comes into the mind and there is nothing except this sound which is coming from your throat.
Now we will do five of these Aums in the similar fashion.
Let us start.
Take a deep breath in.
AH.
Enjoy the silence at the end of MUH.
Now when we do the six Aum,
Focus on the happiness that is spreading on your face when you say Aum.
Integrate the Aum with a smile on your face,
Happiness on your forehead and experience the eternal bliss,
Total peace.
Let us start.
We will do six Ucharans now.
I will just guide you.
Same,
The first focus AH is navel,
U is heart,
MUH is forehead and continuously the focus is also on the smile on your face.
Now we are getting deeper into meditation.
We are doing the advanced techniques.
We are controlling our mind.
The thoughts are very very far away from us.
We have gone deeper into the bottom of the lake.
So let us do it six times.
Same,
Focus will be on two things.
Face,
Smile of the face and the three parts of the body.
So let us start.
So first paste a smile on your face.
Make it happy.
Make your forehead happy.
Eyes also are happy.
And yes,
Now let us start.
AH Experience the joy on your face and also experience the joy.
Now we will do seven Ucharans and this time the smile of the face and the happiness,
We will carry it inside.
What I mean is when we say AH,
We will feel our entire stomach is feeling happy.
When I say OH,
Then the heart is feeling happy.
When I say MUH,
The mind is feeling happy.
Slowly we are going inside.
We are going very deep.
We are experiencing the purest kind of happiness,
Joy,
Bliss that is coming in.
So let us do it seven times and focus should be on the happiness of the three parts plus we say the words.
So we are getting deeper.
Take a deep breath in.
AH The body has received a very high quality of healing inside of us.
Please note we have done these seven times along with the happiness and joy and bliss.
The smile instead of on the face,
The energy is transferred to these three places.
The body has received a huge,
Huge amount of healing.
A huge amount of energy has gone in.
And mind you,
Our mind did not move out.
It was always on the go.
So now we will do three Omacharans in which I will not speak anything in between,
But I want you to focus on the gap between the two Omacharans.
Focus on the gap and that gap there is no thought.
It is absolutely zero.
Focus on that and we will see only three Omacharans with the focus on the gap.
Let us start.
Take a deep breath in.
AH We will do one last Ucharan of Om,
A single Ucharan of Om and at the end we will wait for some time before we move.
The gap between the two Oms is the most important point.
In Mandukya Upanishad,
They say we have four states of our mind.
Jagrit,
Swapan,
Sushupti and Turiya.
Om is called Pranav.
That is all these four states are equivalent to Om.
Jagrit is AH,
Swapan is U and Sushupti is MA and the gap between the two Oms is Turiya.
Turiya is that final state where there is no mind and we are completely dissolved into the Brahman.
Focus on the gap.
The aim of today's exercise was to introduce you to this gap.
Let us do one final long,
As long as possible,
Ucharan of Om in our own time.
We will start together and we will finish as per our capabilities and after that we will wait for a few seconds before we move on.
Okay,
Let us start.
Take a deep breath in.
AH Please open your eyes very slowly.
The eyelids have become very heavy.
Open your eyes very slowly.
Bring your hands up.
This thing is your thumb and the finger.
Bring both hands closer.
Rub them with each other without touching.
You can feel the heat of one hand on the other.
Bring it up and on the face and on the body.
So this was today's session.
We come to the end of today's session.
And it was primarily to introduce you to the gap between two Oms.
When we focus at this gap,
We reach the stage of Turiya.
Maybe for a millisecond or a nanosecond,
But we reach there.
Keep on practicing this.
As you keep on practicing,
More healing and more energy will come into you for the next week.
So let us meet again next Sunday,
Same 8 o'clock on YouTube as well as on Facebook.
Please subscribe to my YouTube channel Rohit Bhardwaj 642 and same is for the Facebook.
