Make sure you're sitting or lying very comfortable.
And start by tuning into your breath.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
And again.
Feel your tummy.
And release.
Today I want to invite you to go on a little journey with me.
Where we take the time to nurture ourselves.
Where we can tune in to the places that need some extra love.
Some extra care.
So first,
Close your eyes.
Let yourself become soft in your own gentle embrace.
And start to feel through all the judgement that comes with embracing your own being.
Maybe you feel that you are hesitant to give yourself that extra love.
Embrace yourself.
Or you're still busy with thoughts.
Things that you have done today or still have to do.
Just breathe.
Imagine that we are going to give water to dry places that have been longing,
Longing for water.
That it even became a desert.
Refraining from the nurturing love.
Caused by false beliefs that said that you didn't deserve the love.
That you were unworthy.
But my love,
Decide today that this is your duty.
That you have to water your inner gardens.
That your own heart is not longing for something outside.
But simply wanting to be nurtured by your own softness.
Your own love.
Now place one hand on your heart.
And breathe.
Breathe into that space.
And please remember that this is what is needed.
That by nurturing yourself,
Watering your dry deserts,
You can move forward in softness.
So feel your heart for a moment.
Feel where you have restrained yourself from love.
Feel the places where the ground is in need for water.
Where dryness became so unbearable.
Where the desert became wide and endless.
And now imagine yourself gently pouring the nurturing water up on that desert ground.
And maybe you didn't knew,
But this ground is actually very fertile.
So while you're pouring the nurturing water on the ground,
You can watch what it does.
Do you see the flowers growing?
Do you feel your heart becoming more full and alive?
This is fertile ground that maybe seemed dead and dry.
And now watch it bloom.
Blooming only with your internal resources.
Now keep nurturing and watch yourself bloom even more.
See the sprouts from the ground growing,
Evolving.
Becoming flowers.
You can become in a whole garden.
And watch your inner gardens.
Watch them bloom.
There's nothing needed outside from yourself,
But your own love.
Your own gentle embrace.
Your own nurturing.
And when you run out of water,
Just get some more.
Nurture some more.
And again watch it bloom.
And feel this energy spreading.
Spreading from your heart space all around.
Through your entire body.
And feel yourself becoming softer.
Warmer.
Safe.
In your own embrace.
Your blooming gardens right there within you.
And I want to remind you that all the places that still seem dry just need time to become fertile again.
To be nurtured by your own love,
By your own water.
And by taking this time for yourself,
You set the intention of caring for your own gardens.
And you can be thankful for that.
Thankful that you take this time for you.
You can gently bring yourself back to this space where you are.
And give yourself the time to open your eyes.
Come back into your body.
Put your hands in the prayer position.
In front of your heart.
And whisper.
.
.
Namaste.
