You you Take a moment to get settled into a comfortable position that will allow yourself to feel relaxed and at ease You can sit on the floor or on a chair Just be sure to sit in a way that your spine can be long and upright Try to eliminate any disruptions or distractions Let's begin with a long deep cleansing breath inhaling from the nose and exhaling from the mouth Deep breath in Exhale and release Deep breath in Taking in the freshest cold refreshing oxygen Exhale releasing that old stale energy from the mouth Another deep regenerating inhale And exhale letting go of tension and stress Let's return our breath to whatever is natural to us without forcing or strain Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose as we get even more comfortable and settled Let us now scan our body just being aware of the Without judgment or expectation Starting from the soles of our feet feeling rooted and grounded Breathing nice and slow beginning to feel the breath rising from our feet Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose Exhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose Starting nice and slow beginning to feel the breath rising from our feet Into our legs and hips Becoming aware of the sensations as the breath continues to move up through our stomach and chest Circulating with ease Fresh cool oxygen giving powerful life force energy to our bodies As we feel the breath going through our arms and hands all the way to our fingertips And back up through the arms relaxing our shoulders The breath moves through our chest as the cool air flows up our throat Our neck begins to relax jaw free of tension and our teeth slightly apart As our tongue rests naturally The face begins to soften letting go of any strain we may have in our eyes and forehead We bring a gentle smile to our face as the crown of our head expands and allows for a deeper sense of calmness and relaxation In this state of tranquility let us show appreciation and gratitude,

Compassion and love As we direct this positive vibration and loving frequency inward toward our heart Hold this loving space in your heart As we must fill our own cup before we can fill another's We must look after our own energy before we can give energy to others Take this moment to appreciate yourself To be in love with yourself To thank yourself for taking this time to be mindful and focused on healing With each breath we fall deeper and deeper in love with the beauty and authenticity that makes you uniquely you Allow love to flow with each breath letting go of any negative or self-defeating thoughts as they no longer serve you Making space in your heart to forgive yourself for any mistakes,

Missteps or misunderstandings Inhale and forgive yourself,

Exhale and let go of all the negativity Knowing that you are worthy of love,

You deserve love especially from yourself Understanding that when you have love and compassion for yourself,

This energy radiates and is absorbed by all those around you Spreading love,

Joy and happiness with each passing breath Believing that when you have love and compassion for yourself,

Your confidence begins to soar And all those around you cannot help but gravitate towards your loving light Trusting that in order to see change in the external world around you,

There first must be change within yourself Accepting that you already have everything within yourself to feel loved,

To give love and to receive love from others Bringing focus to loving your body,

Whatever shape and condition it is currently in,

You show love and gratitude for being able to be here in this moment Realizing that we want to nourish and give love to our body by providing it with healthy,

Natural food and drinks provided by our nurturing Mother Earth Paying close attention to the people we surround ourselves with,

Being sure to spend our precious time with only those who love unconditionally And encourages us to be the best version of ourselves Prioritize yourself,

It's okay to say no,

To give yourself a moment for peace,

Quiet and relaxation Or to spend your present moment filled with joy and excitement,

Of doing what makes you happy with no apologies,

You are liberated to give this beautiful gift of time to yourself Giving yourself a break from self-judgment,

Allow yourself to be who you are in this moment,

Dismissing the inner critic and changing the narrative Replacing all negative self-defeating thoughts with their polar opposite,

Positive,

Self-uplifting thoughts Being patient,

Understanding that our inner critic is persistent,

But not as persistent as the infinite love and light and resilience that has brought you to this space,

Right here,

Right now Giving gratitude and appreciation,

Loving yourself for initiating this positive change from your inner world into your external world With a heightened understanding,

That without a doubt,

There is no other person on this planet uniquely like you,

And that person is exactly who you were born to be Gently bringing our attention back to our breath,

Bringing our attention back to the space,

Wiggling our fingertips and toes Rolling the shoulders,

Slowly opening the eyes,

Becoming familiar with our surroundings Taking this positive momentum of self-love throughout the remainder of our day and night We bring our hands to our chest in the prayer position,

Sealing this meditation with respect,
