Hello and welcome to this meditation that has been designed to help you balance your energy,

To help get you ready for the day.

This meditation has been combined with breath work and Reiki.

If you accept this energy,

Please let yourself know and say yes to yourself.

As you're getting into a comfortable seated or lying down position,

Take in three cleansing breaths through the nose,

Releasing audibly to deepen the relaxation,

Setting your intentions for what you want to receive and accomplish today.

As you're getting comfortable settling into your space,

I want you to take the palms of your hands and place them on your stomach.

We are going to do seven breaths in,

Breathing in through the nose,

Feeling the expansion of the stomach and releasing audibly to deepen that relaxation.

As you're going through,

Make sure to take your time,

Show yourself love and grace,

And just relax.

On your third breath,

Releasing slow and audibly,

Feeling supported by the earth or the bed,

Seeing yourself surrounded by a bright light.

The color doesn't matter,

Whatever color is good for you.

Focusing on the last two,

Breathing in and releasing.

And releasing.

Last breath,

Breathing in and releasing.

Taking a moment of slow and steady breathing right at this point and then moving your hands up to the rib cage.

You can either wrap them around or just lay them on the front of the rib cage,

Whichever is comfortable for you.

And we're going to do seven breaths here as well,

Breathing in and releasing with the audible sigh,

Feeling your body relax more and more,

Feeling the light come in,

Releasing the energy that no longer serves you.

You're doing good.

Be gentle,

Be kind.

Remember that where you are today is where you're supposed to be.

Last two,

Breathing in and releasing.

And last one,

And release.

Letting the slow and steady breathing take over.

Your body feels more relaxed,

The shoulders,

The chest,

The stomach,

The hips,

The legs,

Your calves.

Taking your hands and placing them behind the head or behind the neck,

Straightening the spine and doing these seven breaths.

Breathing in,

Nice deep breathing.

And as you release audibly,

You feel your body relax more as the energy that no longer serves you is being released.

You're doing very well.

Take your time.

You're safe.

You are secure.

You're aware you are supposed to be.

And last two,

Breathing in and releasing.

Breathing in and releasing.

Bringing your arms and hands down,

Placing them in the lap,

Taking a moment to sit and feel the energy flow.

And next,

We're going to do three inhales in one breath.

And we're going to do this for three rounds.

Three rounds.

I'll do it with you the first time.

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

And releasing.

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

And releasing.

Taking your time.

If my tempo is too quick,

Do your own.

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in.

And feeling the stomach expand like a balloon.

Releasing.

Let's do one more.

Feeling more relaxed.

Letting the slow and steady breath flow.

Next,

I'm going to have you just relax.

Placing the hands on the stomach.

And we're going to breathe in.

And we're going to hold.

And then we're going to exhale and hold.

Breathing in through the nose or mouth,

Whichever is comfortable to you.

And hold.

And release.

Hold for four seconds each time.

Breathing in and release.

Breathing in and releasing.

Bringing your attention to your stomach.

Feeling the full expansion of the stomach,

The rib cage.

Feeling your chest lift.

Taking a moment to fully release the breath.

Bringing yourself to this calm place.

A place that you feel most relaxed.

You feel most calm.

I want you to imagine this place.

I'm going to count from one to ten.

And when I reach ten,

You're going to be relaxed.

You're going to be in this place.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Feeling more relaxed.

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

And ten.

You are in this place.

You are relaxed.

You are comfortable.

I want you to take a moment.

Take a moment.

And if you agree to receiving the energy,

Tell yourself yes silently.

You are safe.

You are secure.

Where you are at today is where you are supposed to be.

Take in a nice,

Deep,

Slow,

And controlled breath.

And slowly release this breath.

Let's do one more.

Breathing in and slowly releasing this breath.

And I'm going to count from one to ten.

And when I reach ten,

You are going to be here in this present moment.

You are going to be relaxed and ready to start your day.

One,

Two,

Three.

Wiggling the fingers and toes.

Feeling the ground that is supporting you.

Four,

Five,

Six.

Rolling the shoulders back and rolling them forward.

Seven,

Eight,

And nine.

Rolling your head to the left.

Taking your time.

Taking it slow.

Stopping and rolling to the right.

Again,

Take your time.

Take it slow.

And ten.

Placing the palms of your hands together.

Placing them between the forehead.

And taking two last cleansing mindful breaths.

Releasing the energy that's been sticking around.

Breathing in and slowly releasing.

Breathing in and slowly releasing.

Giving yourself a nice face massage.

And when you are ready,

Opening your eyes.
