Welcome this meditation to help you settle back into your heart from a busy mind,
Perhaps a busy day,
Week.
May these few moments together infuse you with a greater sense of vitality,
Trust,
And faith.
So glad you're here,
Taking this time with you,
Moving your body into a more comfortable position,
Be seated or laying down,
And taking a couple full breaths,
Using your breath as a way to expand and nourish on the inhale,
Letting go,
Releasing and softening on the exhale,
And bringing your attention,
Your awareness to the mind,
Noticing it now,
All the activity,
The thoughts,
Patterns,
Perhaps stories.
There's some way to create some distance,
Noticing these thoughts as thoughts,
Mental activity,
The activities of our brain.
Perhaps thoughts could be like clouds moving through the sky,
Zooming out to that broader perspective of the sky itself,
Your beautiful consciousness.
Awareness.
You're taking your attention,
Your awareness down to your heart.
You may find it helpful to place a hand or two over your heart center,
Chest,
Joining this reconnection with your heart space,
Taking a breath here.
Imagine sending your heart appreciation.
And in this moment,
Soft,
Glowing light emanate from your heart space.
Glowing in brightness in the red coat around you,
Holding you in this warm,
Safe light.
In this beautiful moment of connection,
Perhaps there's an opportunity to receive a message,
A message from your heart or simply enjoying this moment of loving awareness and compassion.
Your heart that allows us to connect with compassion to others as well as to her.
You may choose to stay here for a while longer,
Simply breathing along with your heart.
Notice and then shift back to your heart,
Back to your breath,
And your heart to close your day with a little extra care and action.
