Namaste and welcome to day 9 of 15 days of manifestation journey.

We discuss daily habit and practices that can truly transform your life and invite everyday abundance.

Today we are talking about a very simple practice that can have a huge impact on not just your mind but also your beliefs that are subconsciously running your life.

Our mind is a powerful tool but when it turns against us even unintentionally unknowingly it can create havoc and that is what most of us are experiencing.

It's like living in a dream,

In a fog and not being conscious on how we ourselves are sabotaging our destiny,

Our future and what we want to create in our life.

And one of the dominant things that can easily be handled by awareness,

By mindfulness is your mind.

Start focusing on cancelling negative emotions through your mind.

Yes you can do this with a very simple practice.

It will require you to start becoming aware of the narrative that you have going on in your mind,

The thoughts,

The words that come out of your mouth.

You might be saying things on a daily basis that include words like I can't,

I am something negative,

I don't,

I could never.

Whenever you find yourself speaking negatively either internally or externally to someone,

Catch yourself and without engaging or judging the thought just say cancel,

Cancel emphatically.

You could do this out loud if you are alone or even in your mind when you are surrounded by people.

This simple practice of correcting your own thoughts and discarding them like putting that folder in your recycle bin on your computer can beautifully help you let go of any negative emotions that might have arisen from that thought.

If you can successfully start doing that even a few times a day you will start changing your own mindset about yourself which is a crucial step to taking the right action as we discussed in day eight how we have to give ourselves permission to accept the good things because we deserve them and our negative beliefs can keep us from accepting these good things and taking the required action.

So try cancel,

Cancel.
