Fear can feel so overwhelming, even paralyzing, but it is simply energy that’s ready to move. We don’t release fear by pushing it away. Instead, we welcome the fear and meet it with love and compassion. This meditation can be used to release not only fear but any other challenging emotion – the process is essentially the same.
