Welcome to Total Morning Activation.
Sit yourself down,
Get ready,
And we are going to connect,
Ground,
And then activate ourselves so that we can bring the best of ourselves to the day for everyone that we are going to come into contact with,
For all our projects,
For our mission,
And for everything that we are here for.
So we're going to begin with a breathing exercise.
So make sure you're comfortably seated and we're going to be breathing in and out through the mouth.
So we're going to be taking big breaths.
So here we go.
So three,
Two,
One,
Let's go.
So in through the belly,
In through the chest,
And then letting go.
In through the belly,
In through the chest and letting go.
Nice circular breathing.
So no gaps between the inhale and the exhale,
Breathing in,
Letting go.
Really filling up with energy,
With oxygen,
With life,
Allowing that to permeate every single cell in your body.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
Breathing in that energy,
Letting go.
Keep it circular.
Keep it powerful.
Keep it strong.
Keep it connected.
Let's go.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
Really fill up.
If you start to feel lightheaded,
That is okay.
Just keep breathing.
Keep filling up.
Feel that energy.
Feel it.
Breathe it in.
That's good.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
We're gonna do five more breaths.
Really fill up on these last five.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
One more time.
Breathing in,
Letting go on that exhale and then hold.
We're going to hold for about 60 seconds.
Just notice what you're noticing.
Feel that energy in the body.
See if you can bring your awareness to being aware of being aware and just relax the body.
Great.
Keep it up.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale.
Now bring all of that energy.
Up into the brain and hold.
Three,
Two,
One,
And letting go.
Let that energy go.
Let that energy out.
Bring your hands onto your lap facing upwards and just notice what you're feeling right now.
Feel that energy.
You feel that presence,
That love,
That connection,
And just notice that just from breathing.
Next,
We are going to bring up five beautiful,
Powerful,
Connected memories to strengthen the best of you.
And we're going to begin with a memory that you just feel deeply grateful for.
So think of something,
A time in your life,
A moment can be big and it can be small.
Think of that moment,
Something you can just feel deeply grateful for and breathe into that.
Feel the gratitude for that moment,
Whatever that was for you.
Feel it.
See yourself there right now as it was happening.
And if it's out there in the distance,
Bring it closer and step into that moment.
Fully feel it in your body.
Feel the gratitude and the beauty of that moment for you.
Beautiful.
And next,
A moment that you can feel deeply proud of.
So I want you to think of something,
A time,
A moment in your life.
Maybe it was something that you overcame.
I want you to think of that moment.
There'll be so many of them.
Think of a moment that you're really proud of.
It could be a big moment or a small moment.
It could be you telling the truth.
It could be something you've accomplished.
It could be something really big or really small.
Think of that moment,
Find it,
See it,
Bring it closer.
Imagine yourself there.
Step into it as if it was happening right now and feel the pride of that.
Feel proud.
Feel that in your body.
You did that and you were guided for that.
So feel that.
Feel the guidance of life.
Feel the pride from within yourself for stepping into that.
Beautiful.
Now I want you to think of a moment where you felt just deep purpose and meaning.
Maybe this was you helping someone else,
Maybe something different.
Just pull in a memory where you felt just deeply connected and on purpose in your life.
Bring in that memory,
Bring it closer and closer and closer.
And step in to that memory.
See yourself there right now.
This was a really meaningful moment where you felt on purpose.
Feel that.
You were needed in that moment.
Feel that sense of purpose.
Feel that sense of meaning.
Breathe it in.
Next,
I want you to think of a time where you were just in deep love connection or intimacy.
A really beautiful moment.
Think of that memory.
Bring it closer and closer and closer and step into that memory as if you were there right now.
See it as it was.
Feel that connection,
Feel that love and enjoy it.
Strengthening all the best parts of you.
Beautiful.
Next,
I want you to bring forward a memory where you felt deeply powerful in your power,
Courageous in your actions.
Think of a moment.
This could be at work.
This could be at home.
This could be something you've done for a friend or in your life.
A moment where you felt powerful,
Courageous.
Think of that time.
Think of that precise moment.
See that memory.
See yourself there.
Bring that memory closer and closer and closer and step into it as if you were there right now.
And breathe it in.
Strengthening all of the best parts of you.
The gratitude,
The pride on purpose,
Loving,
Connected,
Powerful,
Courageous.
And just breathe that in.
Breathe the totality of all of that in.
Giving thanks for these memories.
Giving thanks to the best parts of you.
Knowing that you stepped into this and you were guided.
Feeling both of that together.
Beautiful.
Now we're going to move on to an energy balancing exercise.
Firstly,
We're going to imagine white light pouring into our bodies from the crown of our head down to the soles of our feet.
And we're going to feel that healing us,
Energizing us.
So feel that light shooting in from the top of your head down into your feet.
Feel that energy coming through.
Loving energy,
Light energy.
Feel it coming through from the top of your head and just permeating every single cell in your being.
Healing every single part of you.
Physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Spiritually.
Feel it.
So receive that energy.
Receive that healing energy,
That light energy.
Make sure your palms are facing up if they're not already and just receive that energy.
See it coming in,
Coming down,
Healing and strengthening the best parts of you.
Feel that.
Really feel that love.
Really feel that light.
See it circulating through your body down into the earth and then back up again and then coming back down through your body into the earth and then back up again.
This infinite energy,
Constantly feeding,
Constantly healing your body.
So feel that.
And then from there,
I want you to hold the energy.
So see how much you can hold this energy.
See if you can expand your emotional,
Spiritual container.
So just feeling more of that loving and light energy in your body and see if you can just enjoy that experience for the next 10 seconds.
Beautiful.
Now from here,
I want you to put your palms facing outwards.
So raise your hands up and face them out.
And I want you to imagine giving this energy to those that you love,
To those who are in your life.
Maybe even people who don't even know that you're giving it to them,
But just give that energy freely to people,
To places,
To things that you care for,
And just see that energy rippling out into the world.
Knowing that there is an abundant source of that energy.
It is always coming in and through and you're just giving that energy to others.
Feel yourself giving that energy to others.
Feel them healing without you having to do anything at all.
Just the intention.
Beautiful.
Now we're going to move on to a resilience exercise.
This is a nervous system exercise to help strengthen all parts of us.
So we're going to work through a little exercise with the nervous system just very quickly.
So I want you to quickly tap into those feelings in your body that you were feeling before that love,
That gratitude,
That white healing light,
Feel that in your body.
This is called the ventral vagal part of the nervous system.
And I want you to see a whitey green light just emanating through your body,
Feeling love and connection,
Feeling all of the best parts of you.
So feel that in your body and anchor that,
Remember that,
Feel that because next we're going to intentionally go into slightly more stressful situation that maybe you're dealing with in your life.
And then we're going to go in to another direction in terms of where you might be shutting down and from not fully stepping into your connected power.
And we're going to bring all of that together.
So firstly,
Feeling that love,
Feeling that connection,
Feeling that strength,
That courage,
That love,
And then just giving yourself a little shake.
So kind of shake your body out.
And now I want you to imagine something in your life right now that is creating some type of stress.
It could be a partner.
It could be something at work,
Whatever that is for you.
Think of that situation.
And just begin to feel that stress a little bit in the body.
Notice that reaction that you would have.
Feel that stress in the body.
This is an activation without connection.
So we're going to bring in connection to that.
So feel that stress in the body,
Allow yourself to feel it.
One,
Two,
Three,
And then back to connection.
So go back to that green connected state.
Beautiful.
And I want you to give yourself a little shake.
Come back to neutral.
Take a breath.
And now I want you to think of something in your life where you are shutting down from.
This is a shutdown response.
Something you're shutting down from.
Maybe you notice your shoulders dip a little bit.
Just go into that just a little bit.
Feel it.
Three,
Two,
One,
And then bring back connection.
Bring back those empowered parts of you,
That love,
That connection,
That strength,
That courage,
The real you.
I'm going to quickly run through that once more.
So we're going to,
We're going to run through connection,
Activation,
And then deactivation.
So feel that connection first.
The best parts of you,
The strength,
The courage,
The love.
Feel that in the body.
Breathe that in.
Exhale.
Give yourself a little shake.
Quick breath.
Bring forward that situation that's creating stress.
Disconnected activation.
Feel that stress.
Feel it.
Three,
Two,
One.
Now go green.
Bring in that connected,
Loving,
Strengthened part of you.
Feel that allowing your nervous system to regulate and build resiliency through these different states that we all naturally feel so that you can bring the best of you to all of the challenges that you will inherently face as a human being,
But doing it from a new place,
A different place,
Bringing the best of you to that.
So give yourself a little shake.
Quick breath.
Think of a situation where you're shutting down from in life right now.
That could be in work.
It could be on social media.
It could be in your expression.
It could be a conversation that you know you need to have,
Whatever that is.
Bring that to mind.
Feel that in the body.
Maybe you notice your shoulders drip a little bit.
Maybe your head dips just a little bit.
Feel that.
Three,
Two,
One.
Boom.
Back into connection.
Bring in that green,
Connected,
Beautiful state.
Bring the best parts of you.
Feel that.
Notice how your body can move through these different states.
And as we do this,
We allow our nervous system to create the pathways between these different states so that we don't get stuck in stress and we don't get stuck in a shutdown or deactivation response.
We can teach our bodies how to move through these states.
It's not that we're never going to feel them,
But it's that we want when we feel them,
Our body then knows how to move back into connection to bring that strength,
Bring that courage so that we can deal with the challenge of life in a really useful,
Creative,
Beautiful way,
Because that's really where solutions happen from.
So breathe that in.
Breathe in more green,
More connection,
More of your strength.
One more time.
And just imagine how easy it is to solve the problems of your life from this space,
From this energy,
From this state of being.
Amazing.
So next we're going to look at the three outcomes and goals that ignite you and inspire you at this time in this chapter of your life.
So firstly,
Bring forward that first goal that you're working on right now.
Bring that into your mind.
See it,
Feel it,
Whatever that is in life,
Relationship,
Whatever that goal is in your health.
Bring that goal to mind,
See it.
And I want you to bring it closer and closer and closer.
And I want you to fully step into it and see yourself having done it,
Having achieved it,
Having accomplished it and having enjoyed the process and breathe that in.
Breathe that in.
Feel the emotions associated with that.
See yourself there.
It's done.
It is done.
Beautiful.
Moving on to that second goal,
That second intention,
Second outcome,
Whatever that is in your life.
See it in your mind's eye.
Bring it closer and closer and closer and closer and closer and step into it as if it is done right now.
You are there right now.
You did it.
You enjoyed the process and now you get to celebrate.
So feel it,
Whatever that is.
See yourself there right now experiencing it.
Breathe that in.
Enjoy it.
You did this and you were guided.
Feel that,
Giving thanks for all of the support that you received.
Beautiful.
Third goal,
Third outcome.
See it,
Bring it closer and closer and closer and closer and step into that goal.
See yourself having achieved it and having enjoyed the process.
Feel the benefit that that brings to your life and to others.
It is done.
It is no longer a goal.
It is something that you've achieved.
Feel that,
Feel that.
Beautiful.
So next we are going to activate the bodies a little bit more,
Activate our voice,
Get into the body before we begin our day to day.
So we're just going to recalibrate.
We're going to bring forward all of those beautiful memories that we've had in our lives,
Things we're proud of,
Relationships,
Moments of connection that we've had,
Things that we've done that helped support others,
Things that we've done for ourselves that were deeply nourishing.
Whatever that is,
I want you to bring forward all of the best memories of your life and I want you to reach out with your hand and I want you to bring that hand into your body,
Into your chest and out loud.
I want you to say,
Yes,
Yes.
Start to get that vocal tone,
That voice box working this morning.
So reach out,
Bring another memory in and say,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes.
Say yes to life.
Saying yes to yourself.
Saying yes to a higher power.
Saying yes to your courage.
Saying yes to stepping in.
Yes.
Beautiful.
Keep them coming.
So reach out,
Bring it into your body and say yes.
Reach out,
Bring it in and say yes.
Reach out,
Bring it in and say yes.
Breathe that in.
Keep doing that.
Keep building the energy,
Getting into your body.
Using your voice and if it feels awkward in any way,
Just step in and step through that.
This is it.
That is the work right there.
Use your voice.
Step into it.
That's it.
Bring in more moments that you can,
That you're proud of,
That you're grateful for.
Just bring them from out there into the body,
Into the heart and say,
Yes,
That's it.
That's it.
That's it.
And then from here,
I want you to out loud,
Say what your mission and your purpose is.
My mission and my purpose is,
Say it out loud.
Beautiful.
With more power,
More intention,
More connectivity,
More groundedness.
My mission and my purpose is beautiful.
Beautiful.
And then from here,
We're just going to ground that in a little bit.
So breathing in,
Breathing out,
Slowing the nervous system down just a little bit.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Giving thanks out loud to life,
To whatever your higher power is.
Giving gratitude for this day,
For this breath,
For this moment,
For this opportunity that we all have today.
Giving thanks out loud for that.
And that is it.
That is it for today.
Go out,
Bring the best of you to the day.
Go out there,
Enjoy,
Share your gifts with the world.
That is it for me.

Loved this! Was a little confused physically through this, as to where my hands were supposed to but did my best mentally to go all in - some of course was challenging.
