Welcome to rapid recalibration.
This is going to be a full nervous system reset so that you can get yourself to your best for whatever it is that's coming next in your day.
So let's begin.
We're going to start by raising our arms up into the air and you're going to begin by just shaking your hands as fast as you can.
It's like you're shaking water off your hands.
So breathing in and shaking the arms,
Shaking the hands,
Keep shaking and on the exhale just sighing and releasing.
So we are shaking off the day,
We're shaking off the stress and again breathing in.
Keep shaking.
Just releasing that stress,
Releasing any tension from the body.
You're doing great.
One more time,
Breathing in,
Keep shaking and again just releasing,
Letting go.
So right now your hands are still above your head and now we're going to bring them down in front of your face,
Palms facing down,
Down to your lap and we're going to make an ooh sound.
So three,
Two,
One,
Inhale,
Down to your lap,
Ooh.
And again,
Out by your sides,
Up above your head,
Breathing in all the way and then down in front of your face,
Ooh,
Feeling that energy settling in your system down to the ground as you exhale.
And again,
Breathing in,
Really filling up all the way to the top and ooh.
Great work.
Bring your hands down to your lap,
Bringing your gaze inward if it's not already and just getting a sense of how you're feeling in this moment,
Getting a sense of the energy,
The state of your nervous system,
The quality of your thought stream.
From here,
Bringing your awareness,
Your attention down into the ground beneath you.
So feeling your feet planted on the earth,
Feeling your sit bone on your seat or the ground and noticing that there is a quality,
There is a sensation that can be felt and just directing your curiosity to what that quality of ground feels like in your system and see if you can notice that there is a stable quality that can be felt.
Noticing what stability feels like to you and in this moment,
Release down into the stability of the ground.
Any thoughts,
Any sensations,
Any tension in the body,
In your jaw,
In your shoulders,
In your back,
Allow that to just release down and be absorbed in the earth beneath you.
Allow all of that to be absorbed,
Just releasing down into the stability,
Into the earth,
Allowing that to be composted,
Released,
Three,
Two,
One.
Now that you have a sense of that quality of stability in your feet,
In your sit bone,
We're going to breathe that up.
You're going to breathe that up through your feet,
Through your sit bone and you're going to fill your body with that quality of stability.
So you're filling up from the earth,
Attuning your nervous system to a deep sense of stability and you're breathing it up on every inhale,
Feeling it moving up through your legs,
Filling your legs with that quality of stability and on the exhale,
You're giving back to the earth,
Co-regulating with the earth and then on the inhale,
You're continuing that process,
Moving that quality,
Co-regulating with that quality of stability,
Having it move up into your gut and exhaling back down and then again,
Breathing it back up,
Up into your heart,
Into your chest and exhaling back down,
Giving it back to the earth and then again,
Breathing it up all the way up the legs,
Up the body,
Chest,
Gut,
Heart,
Up into the throat,
Up into the mind,
Breathing it back down.
This time you're going to breathe it through the whole body,
Filling your whole body with that quality of stability,
All through your arms,
Your legs,
Your chest,
Your gut,
Your head,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Your toes,
Filled with stability,
Filled with ground,
Filled with presence,
Taking three beautiful stable breaths right there.
Now from here,
From the sense of deep stability,
Trust,
Safety,
Bringing your awareness into your heart and bring one hand to the heart and your other hand onto your stomach and breathing deeply into the heart,
Deeply into the stomach and get a sense of the movement of your body,
Of your gut,
Of your chest and still feeling that quality of stability to the ground through your feet and sit bone in the background and in the foreground,
You're feeling your center,
Your sense of self,
Your gut and your heart.
You're feeling the physical sensations of the movement of your chest,
Of your gut,
Connecting to your breath and begin to notice that there is also an upward movement,
A movement of expansion up and out to the side as you expand your heart,
Your gut,
Your chest with your breath and that from your heart there is a quality of inspired connective expansion.
Feeling the expansive inspiration radiating from the center of your being,
From the center of your chest,
Filling yourself up so that whatever you step into next,
Whether it be your evening or the rest of your day,
Feeling that sense of expansion and inspiration for whatever is coming,
But filling yourself up from the inside first,
So just taking three more breaths,
Connecting to the subtle energy of inspiration and expansion and just notice it's right there,
You don't have to cultivate it,
It's always right there,
So just breathing it in and receiving it on the inhale and on the exhale,
You're going to imagine that radiating out of your being,
Out of your heart,
Just breathing in,
Receiving,
Inspiration,
Expansion and then as you exhale,
Feeling that radiating out of your being for whatever it is that you're going to step into next.
One more time,
Breathing in,
Receiving that inspiration,
Receiving that expansion and then exhaling,
Feeling that radiating out from your being.
