After 6 IUI’s, 3 IVF’s, ten thousands of dollars, relationship challenges, and being really close to a depression. It was enough… Quitting was my act of self-love. Despite all the reasons to stay silent, I choose to speak up… Not because I’m looking for sympathy or pity.. But because I know that opening up these honest yet sensitive conversations will benefit so many people around me.. I’m on a mission to raise awareness around childlessness so that together we can help change the conversation… and make sure that unsolicited advice turns into support… real support that leaves us feeling empowered and a little less lonely in this incredibly challenging journey…

Thank you for being here.

My name is Rianna.

I'm a serial entrepreneur,

Full-time traveler,

Happily married,

And childless,

Not by choice.

Have you ever noticed how some things in life just seem to flow effortlessly,

While others feel like a constant uphill battle?

I've figured out that the difference between the two often lies in whether or not you're taking an active role in the process.

Simply put,

You need to activate things for them to release.

This concept can apply to various areas of our lives,

Including our physical bodies,

Our emotional well-being,

And even our personal stories.

It's no secret that regular exercise is essential for maintaining good health,

Yet so many of us struggle to stay consistent with it.

However,

When we take an active role in moving our bodies,

Whether it's through daily walks,

Yoga,

Or hitting the gym,

We activate our muscles,

Increase our heart rate,

And release endorphins,

All of which contribute to a healthier,

Happier body and mind.

The same principle applies to our emotional well-being.

When we actively engage in activities that bring us joy,

Connect with loved ones,

And practice self-care,

We release tension,

Stress,

And negative emotions that can weigh us down.

It's not enough to just go through the emotions of daily life.

We need to actively seek out and engage in experiences that nourish our souls.

All of us have a unique narrative that has shaped who we are today.

However,

If we don't actively examine and reflect on our experiences,

We risk getting stuck in patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us.

When we take an active role in exploring our stories,

We release limiting beliefs,

We gain a deeper understanding of ourselves,

And we open ourselves up to new perspectives and possibilities.

So,

Whether it's moving our bodies,

Taking care of our emotional well-being,

Or exploring our stories,

We need to be active participants in our lives.

So take that first step,

Make that phone call,

Start that journal,

Activate your life,

And watch what happens next.
