Welcome to your introvert recharge session,

And thank you for joining me.

In this sometimes overwhelming and chaotic world,

It is so important to take time each day to be still,

Quiet,

And thoughtful.

Start by finding a comfortable position where you are of course alone,

And feel free to close your eyes and come into your body.

Now begin by thinking of your social energy as a form of currency,

And imagine your day unfolding in a sequence of events.

Think about how much you might like to spend,

Or need to spend,

On each interaction.

What might cost the most,

And how might you plan to take time to recover from this?

Is there anything low-cost that you don't really need,

And might be able to take a step back from?

Is there any area where you're consistently overspending in an unnecessary way?

Take a few moments to reflect on this,

And mentally note any changes or small shifts that you might be able to make in order to keep some money left in the bank at the end of the day.

Remember the goal here is to have sufficient funds,

And not to have to go into debt.

Next we will have some dedicated time for reflection.

I invite you to bring to mind any topic that you feel you haven't had enough time to properly reflect upon lately.

The intention here is not to ruminate,

But to mentally work through a potential problem in order to find a solution,

Or to reminisce about something pleasant that has happened and allow it to integrate.

Spend the next few minutes allowing your mind to go wherever it needs to go,

Free of distraction.

If you need more time to process,

Try mentally putting the topics aside for further consideration later,

Maybe on a walk in nature,

Or while doing a mindless activity such as washing dishes or folding laundry.

And finally,

Allow yourself to have a clear mind as we sit for a few moments in beautiful,

Blissful silence.

As our practice begins to come to an end,

I invite you to bring some movement back into your body as you take a nice,

Deep breath,

Allowing this feeling of peace and grounding to be carried forward with you into the rest of your day,

And knowing that you may always return here whenever you need.

Thank you again for joining me,

And I'm wishing you a beautiful rest of your day.
