
Your Spiritually Imagined Life Part 1: I Am Awareness is Creating

You are aware of something. You choose.

Good morning.
Good morning.
Welcome to our class this morning.
Welcome to Soul Soup.
I'm Dr.
Jeanette Freeman and I'm glad that you took a little bit of time out of your day to join me this morning or this afternoon or whatever time you are watching our program today.
So,
As we get started today I want to talk about I am awareness.
What that can mean for you.
I want to lead you into an experience of that.
And how you can choose from a level of higher consciousness to use your powerful imagination to be able to co-create with your I am nature more intelligently,
Productively,
Lovingly and joyfully in your life.
So,
As we get started I am introducing a series that we will be continuing on using your I am awareness and using and developing your skills of your divine imagination.
So,
Using our mind,
Using our imagination in more powerful,
Authentic,
Intentional ways can make every bit of difference.
But the imagination doesn't always work for us in the way we want it to because of the conditioned nature and the repetitive nature of the mind which can be like a wild monkey.
Monkey mind.
Crazy.
Focusing on what we don't want.
Focusing on thoughts of fear.
But the thing is that our powerful imagination is creating our life.
We are each and every one of us the mind of God.
We are.
It's like God manifested itself in and through us and then forgot.
Right?
So,
Our awareness is I forgot that I was that.
And my remembrance of I am that God nature is my powerful source code I am.
That I am means the name of God.
That I am means pure awareness.
That I am is our use of God nature.
And every time we use the word I am,
I am,
I am,
We are quickening and quickening our awakening to know that I am nature is my truth.
My highest self.
My highest nature.
So we want to wake up to be able to use to align with that pure awareness to align with that presence.
And to be able to develop and train our mind and train our imagination and train the content of the mind.
To move in the direction that the higher self would take us.
So first of all we have to align and remember and tap into that higher self that higher self nature that we are.
So today the first thing I invite us to look at and to feel and to start to experience is I am aware.
So what is awareness?
So let's imagine the mind of God.
The mind of pure awareness.
What is pure awareness in and through all intelligence,
In and through all creation,
In and through the uncreated?
All possibility,
Omnipresent,
Everywhere present,
Omniscient,
All knowing,
Omnipotent,
All powerful,
Pure awareness.
Pure undifferentiated awareness,
Pure possibility.
The grand soup of life through our meditation practice.
We tap into that awareness.
In order to tap into awareness it's necessary to turn our attention away from the material reality,
The world of form,
The world of effect.
It's imperative to have a daily practice,
Right,
To turn inward so that we can grasp the nature of reality,
The expansiveness of reality.
And so I want to take us in a meditation to do that in just a minute or two.
So number one,
I am awareness.
I am awareness.
Get a sense as if you are saying that right now.
I am awareness.
In other words you're identifying through your words of I am,
You're identifying with awareness.
I am awareness.
So I am awareness.
Then number two,
We are always aware of something.
Right?
Look around.
What are you aware of?
Different states,
Different times in our day we're aware of many,
Many different things.
Why are you aware of one thing and someone else is aware of something totally different?
In science we call it the reticular activating system.
That's the part of the brain that sees what it's used to seeing.
That's the part of the brain that sees what it's expecting to see.
It's the part of us that is focused in.
If I say look for all the brown things in the room,
As you look around you see the brown things,
You're looking for the brown things.
And then I say where's the red things?
Well you don't know because you haven't been looking for those.
So we're programmed and we are always aware of certain things and our awareness of certain things and the direction of our awareness really depends upon the content of our programming,
The content of our mind.
Okay?
I am aware of something.
That starts to real,
We start to realize that the second step is choice.
What am I directing awareness to?
I am aware of something.
So I am awareness is everything all present,
It's who we are,
It's our divine identity and then we have to activate choice to choose what am I going to be aware of?
What do I want to be aware of?
What do I want to see?
What do I choose to use my imagination to become aware of?
So I am awareness but I am aware of something.
And so as we look at our life and look at the last day or the last week,
What has been our dominant awareness of something?
Are we aware of our problems?
Usually,
Usually whatever's a problem it sticks in our awareness and we run over and over it.
Are we aware of the dramatic problems in the world?
Yeah,
Right?
Am I aware of the problems,
The lack of health in my body?
Am I looking at it?
What am I choosing to be aware of?
I am awareness and I am aware of something.
So herein starts to be the human training,
The training of us,
Waking up to the fact that we are awareness but working against this massive conditioned awareness that is aware of something.
And then deciding as an awakening conscious intentional being to start to become aware of that which I choose to be aware of.
So ponder that for just a minute.
I am aware of something and what do I want to be aware of?
What can I see instead?
So let's say that we've been aware of a certain problem,
Maybe a health or the world or something.
Ask yourself,
What can I be aware of instead?
Well,
I could be aware of all the things that are working well.
I could be aware of the healthy body that I do have and the parts that are working.
I could be aware of the friendships and the love I already have in my life rather aware of the loneliness.
I could be aware that the sun is coming up.
I could be aware that the rain is falling and it's wonderful.
I could choose to place awareness on the something that I choose.
So let's use three things.
I am aware of seeing.
I am aware of feeling and I am aware of being.
So think about yourself right now.
What do you choose to be aware of seeing?
How about when you look in the mirror?
How about being aware of seeing this beautiful divine being?
I am aware of seeing.
I am aware of feeling something.
What am I aware of feeling?
I am aware of feeling something.
I am aware of feeling divine presence.
I am aware of feeling divine connection.
I am aware of feeling divine support.
I am aware of feeling the presence.
I am aware of feeling love and I am aware of being.
I am aware of being successful.
I am aware of being connected.
I am aware of being in joy.
So I want to lead us in a process,
A little process to just experience this a little more deeply at the beginning of this new coursework.
We'll be practicing I am awareness.
I am aware of something.
I am aware of seeing something.
I am aware of feeling something and I am aware of being something.
And before we start I invite you to think about this so that you can consciously choose what you want to practice on.
So in order to do that quickly what have you been aware of lately that hasn't been serving you?
Think about that for a moment.
What have you been aware of lately that hasn't been serving you?
Maybe you've been aware of money problems.
Maybe you've been aware of relationship problems.
Maybe you've been aware of job problems,
Children problems,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
And then flip it to a more positive supportive thing that you want to be aware of instead.
So what do you want to be aware of instead?
Maybe you've been wanting to have more success in some project or something.
So you've been pondering that and usually it's pondering the not having.
So ponder instead being aware of success.
What does that look like for you?
What does that feel like for you?
What are you being when you're being that?
So choose what it is.
Just pick one thing that what you want to choose to be aware of instead.
All right.
Are you ready?
So I invite you to connect to your breath.
Hide at your nostrils.
Bring all of your attention right to your breath.
Become aware of the inflow and outflow of the breath.
Putting all of your attention on breathing starts to bring us into the present moment.
Brings us into presence.
Breathing in this moment.
And if your eyes start to get heavy and you can close them,
Just allow them to close naturally.
Notice where your breath is traveling.
We feel it travel deep into the abdomen,
Allowing the abdomen to slightly expand with every breath.
Feeling the expansion of the lower belly expanding on the inhale.
Going in on the exhale.
Just breathing deeply and allowing yourself to center in this moment.
Feeling the ground underneath your feet.
Allowing everything to be as it is,
Any sounds around you.
Your temperature in the room.
Even your busy mind.
Hold it all with gentle kindness.
Allowing everything to be as it is.
Slipping so deeply into presence.
Moving into your I am mantra that starts to activate this presence.
I am.
I on the in breath.
I am on the out breath.
Just bringing all of your beautiful awareness right into your center line.
That cord of light at the center of you from high above your head.
Right down the top of your head,
Your crown.
Down front of your spine and out the base of your spine,
The base chakra area.
Down into the center of the earth.
Just aware.
I am.
And then just allow your awareness to move up,
Up,
Up,
Up high above your head,
Move and follow this golden river of light.
High,
High,
Even higher above your head,
Infinitely higher.
Through planets and stars and space and dimensions as you move into this beautiful light,
Opalescent,
Radiance,
Pure awareness.
Letting all boundaries fall away,
Letting all boundaries and even forms slide away,
Fall away and become aware only of awareness itself.
Light.
Awareness.
Emptiness.
I am awareness.
That's right.
Just awareness.
Aware that awareness is infinite like light everywhere.
Aware,
Omnipresent,
Omniscient,
Omnipotent.
I am awareness.
I am that.
I am.
I am awareness.
I am awareness.
Simply waiting to become aware of something.
I am aware of something.
And simply bring your attention right back in your body now.
And bring your attention to your forehead,
To your third eye area,
To your seat of intelligence,
Intelligent choice.
I am aware of something.
And I want you to choose to activate choice.
I am aware of.
Perfect love,
Perfect health,
Perfect success,
Wholeness,
Joy,
Peace,
Presence.
You choose.
I am aware of.
And being aware of this,
I am aware of seeing something with your mind's eye,
Creating a picture that represents what you're choosing to see.
I am aware of seeing something.
Maybe you're seeing yourself healthy and vital and alive.
If you're seeing a symbol of your success.
Maybe you're seeing a symbol of you being holding the hand of your beloved.
Maybe you're seeing someone else that you care for healthy and strong.
I am seeing something.
Remember,
You're directing infinite consciousness.
You are the mind of God.
The mind of God is directing through,
Through the personal self,
I should say.
I am the mind of God choosing to see something.
I am the mind of God choosing to feel something.
I am the mind of God.
I am that I am choosing to feel.
I am aware of feeling something.
I am aware of feeling peaceful,
Feeling joyful,
Feeling abundant,
Feeling blessed,
Feeling successful,
Feeling healthy.
I am the mind of God feeling this now.
I am allowing the body's feelings to be activated.
I am that I am and I am feeling.
And then I am being.
I am aware that I am being something.
I am aware.
I am awareness.
Remember,
I am awareness.
I am full,
Infinite awareness.
And I'm aware of being successful in my service.
I am aware of being healthy in this body.
I am aware of being God in action in my life.
I am aware of being prosperous and blessed.
I am aware of awareness itself.
I am aware of being fully present.
I am aware of being consciousness itself.
I am aware of being right here,
Now.
That's right.
We're aligning with our I am awareness.
And every moment we align with I am awareness,
We're going upstairs,
Living in the higher centers of consciousness,
Choosing more productively from new ideas.
And we practice.
That's right.
We practice becoming even more and more aware of the good of the life of the wholeness of the presence in our lives.
I am aware.
I am awareness.
And I am aware of something I'm choosing.
We are here.
We are waking up.
And the energies are strong.
And a lot of people are experiencing the effects of their thoughts much quicker.
And that can show up as a lot more problems.
And that can show up as a lot of discomfort.
But at the very same time,
We have the support to awaken faster and see the result of our awareness of something showing up.
And we get to learn to choose,
To be aware of that which is supportive,
To be aware of that which is infinite.
An infinite higher idea.
I am aware of something and I practice reversing the flow of my separation thinking and aligning with the presence.
And our greatest course of action and our greatest tool is our breath.
A conscious breath brings us into the ability to choose,
To be present and to align with our I am nature.
So practice this week.
I am awareness and I am aware of something.
So I will choose what to be aware of.
I will choose,
I am aware of what I see,
I am aware of what I feel and I am aware of what I am being.
So just bringing your beautiful awareness back to your body,
Back to this present moment,
Back here right where you are,
Taking a deep breath with intention to be aware this week.
