Connect to your breath.
Bringing your attention right to your nose.
Feeling the gentle air moving in and out.
Allowing the breath to find its steady and even flow.
Allowing your body to deeply relax.
As you move fully into this present moment now.
Breathing in and out.
Allowing everything to be exactly as it is.
Noticing the sounds completely.
The gentle movement of your breath.
Noticing all the sensations in your body.
And allowing it all to be exactly as it is.
Sinking more deeply into this present moment.
Into the peace.
Into the breath.
Allowing everything to be as it is.
And focusing on your breath.
Let us now add the mantra,
I AM.
That's I on the in-breath and AM on the out-breath.
Bringing all of your attention to I AM.
I AM.
I AM.
That's right.
I on the in-breath and AM on the out-breath.
Allowing each steady breath of I AM take you deeper into the moment.
More relaxed and present.
That's right.
Breathing in I,
Breathing out,
AM.
And now allowing your imagination to become aware of a vertical river of light.
Right in the center of you.
Moving up and down.
Coming from high above the head.
Moving down inside of you.
Down into the center of the earth.
This river of light.
Moving up and down.
Just pulling your sweet awareness right into your line.
Breathing I AM.
Allowing your mantra of I on the in-breath to move upward in your line.
And AM on the exhale moving down your line.
As you say I AM becoming more aware of this golden river in your line.
As you say I feel the energy moving upward and as you say AM feel the energy moving downward in your line.
I and AM.
Bringing all awareness right into your center,
Into your center line.
Keeping your focus right on the inside of you.
Up and down.
I AM.
That's right.
Just aware of this golden river of light right within you.
Say I AM.
I AM.
Up and down.
Flowing in this river of light.
Imagine this river is what carries vital information to you.
This river is what carries support.
This river is what carries the peace that you seek.
Let the river bring you peace.
I AM peaceful.
I AM.
With every breath of I AM deepening into your river,
Your golden column of light.
Your connection to your essence,
Your I AM presence.
Bringing awareness to I AM.
I AM peace.
I AM.
Aware of this golden river of light so much a part of you.
With every present breath of I AM,
You are able to bring awareness into your line.
Breathing up and down.
I AM peaceful.
As I center in my I AM line.
I AM peaceful and at ease.
I AM at peace.
I AM.

Bringing awareness to your body,
To your breath.
Breathing vertically up and down.
Seeing the beautiful river of light that is always there.
And at any moment,
You can remember to tune into this river of light and softly say I AM.
I AM.
Knowing that whenever you do this,
Even for a moment,
You come home to your center,
To your presence.
I AM.
I AM at peace.
I AM.
