So how do we begin to use our source code?
The first step is to start to train yourself to think the words over and over again.
I am.
I am.
I am.
Just a steady flow.
Whenever you think about it,
Over and over.
You want to get it started activating the power of these words in you.
You want to say it over and over and over again throughout your day.
The words themselves hold sacred energy because it is the name of God.
Source.
The divine presence.
I am is source and it is your connection to source.
When you give your full attention to that one thing saying I am,
You are brought into alignment with that source.
When you do this very consciously in the present moment in the present breath of now,
You'll awaken to presence.
If you say it consciously over and over again,
You will notice a slight shift.
A quieter beingness begins to arise.
When you take a breath and think or whisper I am,
It is calling your true self to reveal itself.
Nothing changes when we do something once or twice or even ten times.
Thinking the words I am in the background of your mind gives you something to do.
Something to help unhook you from your busy negative mind.
It is a sacred mantra that brings you to the present moment.
When you use the power of repetition,
You will begin to see the results in your degree of presence.
Our first I am source code meditation should just take a couple of minutes,
But I invite you to practice it throughout your day.
Whenever you think about it,
It could happen in as little as three conscious breaths of I am.
First stage practice,
Opening the door of I am.
So right now take a breath and bring yourself to this present moment,
Allowing everything to be as it is.
Noticing the gentle inflow and outflow of the breath.
That's right.
Gently think I as you take a breath in and am as you take a breath out.
I on the in breath and am on the out breath.
I am.
I am.
I am.
I am.
I am.
I am.
I am.
Steady breathing,
Fully present,
And conscious.
Aware of the flow of the in breath I and the out breath am.
I am.
I am.
I am.
Just do this for a few minutes and notice how you feel.
What might it be like to do this many times in a day?
What might it be like as a background practice while doing other things?
This seems like a very simple practice and one that you could easily brush off.
I encourage you not to.
This source code works when it becomes a part of your internal dialogue and that only happens with high level repetition.
When you couple it with conscious breathing you're taken into the present moment beyond the mind.
When you are in the present moment you access presence.
The I am presence which you truly are.
Practice breathing and contemplating I am.
If you did this right now how do you feel?
Did you notice a shift?
Become present in your breath of I am and you will notice a slight shift.
Presence has arisen within you.
