Hello,
My name is Dr.
Jeanette Freeman and this is an affirmative prayer to let go of anxiousness and move into peace,
Safety and well-being.
An affirmative prayer is an experience of turning inwardly and working on our self to know a spiritual truth,
To align with it.
So I invite you now to take a breath.
Remember that fear and anxiety is stimulated through thinking,
Through our own perceptions of experiences that are going on.
But it's the thinking,
The fear,
Thoughts going over and over that need to be interrupted.
And so we interrupt those fear thoughts by moving into the breath,
Moving out of the head,
Moving into the breath,
Moving into the present moment.
So even though you may be aware of feelings in your body of anxiousness,
We don't need to make any of that go away.
We just gently bring our attention to the breath and watch as the soothing breath begins to calm the nervous system down,
Breathing in and out.
Allowing our self to be aware of our environment,
What is around us,
How our body feels,
Anything that can help us come into that present moment,
Outside of the mind,
Under the mind.
I like to imagine going deep,
Deep,
Deep into a lake where even though the surface may be rough,
We can go under it,
Deep into the depths of our own lake by connecting to the breath.
That's right,
Breathing.
We know that fear are misperceptions where we have been thinking about everything that could go wrong or worried about the future,
But that's not happening now.
And in this moment we remember a deeper truth.
With every breath we begin to sense and remember that there is one life,
And that life is God,
Is Spirit,
Is love,
Is light,
Is power.
There is nothing outside of this power,
Of this presence.
Our fear is only the perception that we are separate,
But we are not.
With every breath we deepen more into the experience of our unity with this presence,
This presence which is all love,
All light,
All joy,
All provision,
All safety.
This presence created us out of itself.
That means that all those qualities that it is,
We are.
I am that.
With my every breath I begin to not just think about my oneness with this presence,
But I begin to feel deeply in my body this holy presence.
There is one life and this presence is wholeness and love,
Provision,
Safety,
And it is right here where I am.
Waiting on my call,
Waiting on my choice to see.
And so I see right now,
I see that I am one with this presence.
And I claim and know that I am the peace I seek.
I am the safety I seek.
I am safe and secure.
I am absolutely safe in this moment.
I am calm in this moment.
I remember that all is well in this moment.
I am.
I am.
I am.
I simply breathe in this mantra.
I on the in-breath and am on the out-breath.
I unify with this peace and with this presence.
And I remember that I am safe.
That this presence is my provision.
This presence is the love that I seek.
This presence is everything that I need.
And I am not now nor could I ever be separated from this presence.
And knowing this,
I am grateful,
Oh,
I am so grateful.
So grateful to tap into this precious,
Precious awareness where I remember that I am loved,
I am safe and secure,
And all is well.
And so I let it be.
And simply say,
And so it is.
Namaste,
My friend.
Thank you.
And have a wonderful,
Wonderful day.
Many blessings.
