This is a meditation for gentle,
Obvious clarity and guidance.
Take a deep breath in,
Close your eyes or go to a soft focus and let it go.
Take another deep breath in and this time hold it.
Another little sip,
Be completely filled and let it go.
Take a nice normal breath in,
Breathe out whenever you're ready and just follow your breathing for a moment.
Be aware of it.
That's the flow.
A breath in and a breath out.
We were controlling and directing our breath consciously and now you can just watch as your body does it all on its own.
It's the nature of our being that our body breathes.
We can be as involved as we choose to be or just let it happen automatically and allow ourselves to be breathed.
That's the flow.
Letting ourselves be breathed.
Letting ourselves be guided.
When it's appropriate for an inhale and when it's appropriate for an exhale.
Take another deep breath in and hold it as long as you can.
Exhale when you feel you need to.
Whenever it comes,
That exhale is the infinite overriding the ego.
Regardless of how long you think you want to hold your breath,
Eventually the guidance is there that it's time to let go.
And to whatever extent that's uncomfortable as you're holding off is the same way that the guidance works all the time.
We can be in the flow,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Or we can take control,
Ignore the guidance,
And eventually what spirit has in mind for us becomes obvious and unavoidable.
In life we call these lessons.
We sometimes call it the school of hard knocks or experience or being smacked by a spiritual 2x4.
The guidance is always available,
But we can choose to be in the flow.
They are not two different things.
They're simply different points on the same spectrum.
As we go into the quiet together,
Just let yourself be breathed.
Let yourself be in the flow.
Feel what it's like to have that life-sustaining gift just given to you.
Be okay,
Releasing and letting go.
Be in the flow.
Accepting the life-sustaining gift.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
Accepting and letting go.
The truth is,
There is a universe of infinite possibilities.
One creative force that creates everything.
The infinite,
Sharing itself as all of the rich diversity that shows up in the world around us.
Everything being that same infinite substance,
That divine energy,
That limitless love,
And taking on its own particular form.
As the cells,
As the molecules,
And the particles that give us our particular form,
Each of us is that divine love shaped in our own specific and special way.
Each of us thinks with that same infinite mind,
Again each in our own specific and special way.
So I know through everything that we're experiencing today and in coming days,
That the divine mind is guiding us.
Working in concert with the infinite mind,
We allow ourselves to be guided.
That guidance provides more harmony,
More richness,
More goodness,
More delight,
More joy,
More love in every aspect and area of our lives.
This is how love unfolds.
This is how our lives are shaped into more and more and more of this rich goodness.
It's all happening now.
It's continuing to unfold from this moment forward,
And we simply breathe it and allow it and open to it and take the steps that we are guided to take.
I am grateful for all of this goodness.
I'm grateful for the wisdom and for the guidance.
I'm grateful for the harmony.
I am grateful for Spirit's willingness to give us a slightly firmer nudge when it's appropriate.
And I'm grateful to know that love is unfolding right here,
Right now.
So in this feeling of deep gratitude,
I speak this powerful creative word of intention,
And I release it to the same creative law that has always responded to a powerful creative word of intention,
And this new idea once again returns fulfilled.
And so it is.
Amen.
Take a deep and intentional breath and let it go.
Return your attention to your body.
Bring some gentle movement to your fingers and toes,
And bring your full awareness back to the world around you.
Namaste.
