Please make your way into a comfortable position.

You could be lying on your back or seated upright on a cushion or in a chair.

It's helpful to dim the lights or to place something over your eyes,

Encouraging your brain and head to relax.

Allow your body to adjust as needed.

Focus your attention on your breathing,

Slowing down.

Breathe out just a little longer as your breath becomes more and more expansive.

Slowing down,

Your body relaxes.

Being with yourself in this present moment.

There is nothing for you to seek out.

It's all here as you allow yourself to breathe.

Your mind loves to problem solve,

Checking in to see if you are fully entrenched in its beliefs.

Notice any emotions arise and allow them to pass.

Bring yourself back into your breath.

Breath moves in and breath moves outward.

There is a doorway to your inner voice,

Your guide,

In this present moment,

In this breath.

This space when you release your concerns and allow your emotions to be.

Sense the softness in this moment in your space.

This is you here.

Everything you could possibly want any answers to your questions is here waiting for you.

Embrace your unique,

Powerful and loving energy.

There is an essence that listens with no agenda but to support you.

Sometimes the inner guide does not use words to show us something.

And sometimes when we are trying very hard to know a specific answer,

Our guide becomes quiet.

Our inner guide is overjoyed to be known for its existence and the profound portal of wisdom that it embodies.

It can be revealed in all sorts of manifestation from a smile,

A sound,

An image or a touch so overflowing it is beyond our resting perception.

Trust your inner guide doesn't leave you as it works to orchestrate your life.

The more you connect with your inner guide,

The better you can listen to its language and taking that power wherever you go throughout the discoveries that are to be lived through you.

I invite you to reach out to your guide,

Ask for if it has a name,

If it resonates with any particular symbol,

Perhaps like the feeling of wind on your face or the sound of rain falling on leaves in a forest.

Know that your inner guide is never demanding,

Pushy or cruel.

It wants you to rest,

To be nourished and to be patient and kind with yourself.

This will strengthen your connection with your inner guide.

Some feel their inner guide dwelling near their solar plexus around the navel and some on their mid back and around the shoulders like a hug or a nudge.

Some notice it at the crown of their head.

It changes from time to time and your connection to your inner guide is something very unique and personal.

Now thinking your inner guide for this time,

If there's anything else left to exchange,

Please take a deep breath in through your nose.

And preparing to bring your awareness back into the subtleties of your physical body,

Please take a clearing breath in through your nose and fully out.

Remember that your inner guide may show up in a dream or at some point during the rest of your day or week.

Trust all the ways it shows up in your life,

For there are plenty.

Your work is to remember,

To accept your inherent intelligence.

Your nature is to expand,

To know yourself.

Your guide is always here.

Thank you.

You slowed down time, definitely felt longer than 8 minutes in the best way possible.. And it was perfect to what I needed today.
