Allowing feelings of peace and calm to expand even further within your mind and body.
Becoming more and more aware of this present moment.
All there is,
Is this present moment here and now.
This is a time for you and you alone.
Allow yourself to begin to feel the peace and contentment that comes from this.
Notice how your body feels right here,
Right now.
How do your hands feel?
Can you notice a tingling or numb sensation within your hands?
Become aware of how your shoulders feel.
Now release any tension that be beheld within your shoulders.
Notice how they begin to drop down when you release this tension.
And notice how this feels.
Moving your awareness now down,
Down to your hips and thighs.
And do the same,
Release any tension that may be held in your hips and thighs.
And simply become aware of how this feels.
Becoming aware of the clothes on your body.
How do they feel against your skin?
Simply allow yourself to be fully in this moment,
Here and now.
And now I'd like you to take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs.
And as you exhale,
Imagine all the stress and anxiety leaving your body.
Leaving your body with that breath.
And if your mind wanders,
Just gently and softly bring your awareness back to the sound of my voice.
Back to peace and balance.
Back to feeling some comfort and contentment.
Now bring your awareness to your breathing.
Notice how it feels as the air enters and leaves your body.
Become aware of how the body feels as your breath goes in and out.
Notice how your chest and stomach move,
Or any other sensations you feel.
And imagine now,
Imagine that you are inhaling positive,
Uplifting,
Empowering energy.
And breathing out any negative or toxic energy.
Anything you no longer want or need.
Simply feel yourself breathing in positive,
Uplifting,
Empowering energy.
Exhaling any stress,
Tension,
Or negativity.
Every natural breath you take,
Simply guiding you deeper and deeper relaxed.
Every cell,
Every fiber of your body,
Becoming more and more calm,
More and more relaxed.
Breathing in calm,
Breathing in balance and peace.
Breathing out stress.
Breathing out tension and negativity.
This is a time for you.
A time for you to relax,
To unwind.
This is a time for you to disconnect.
And I would like you to take a moment now.
A moment to express gratitude.
Gratitude towards those things we usually take for granted.
Accepting and appreciating the gifts that we already have,
Beyond the external things we believe we need.
Feel the appreciation for these simple things.
The gift to speak.
The gift to hear.
The gift to see.
All these gifts and many more,
Just appreciating them internally.
Recognizing how fortunate and blessed we are to already have the most important gifts in life.

Simply bring your awareness to all the things you look forward to.
All those things you are grateful for this holiday season.
And what really matters to you.
Visualize now all these things that mean so much to you.
Allow yourself to feel and experience these things now.
Letting go of any expectations or obligations.
Letting go of any responsibilities.

This is a time for you.
A sacred space for you to experience all that you hold close to your heart.
Take a moment now to be in the sacred space that you've created for yourself.
Feel how wonderful and natural it feels.
