Begin resetting your mind by sitting or standing comfortably.
If you're standing,
Bend the knees slightly.
Relax your shoulders,
Raise them up,
Tighten and let go.
Close your eyes if you wish.
Allow the muscles in your body to soften from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Now turn the attention to your breath and start to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose or your mouth.
Breathe deeply into the abdomen so the abdomen expands like a big balloon.
And exhale to deflate,
Gently pulling the tummy muscles back towards the spine as you exhale.
This might seem unnatural at first,
But the more you try,
The easier it gets.
Next,
We are going to breathe in to the count of three,
Hold and exhale for the count of four.
So with me,
Breathe in,
One,
Two,
Three,
Hold and exhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Breathe in,
One,
Two,
Three,
Hold and exhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Now with the same count,
Breathe in calm and exhale any tension.
Breathe in relaxation,
Exhale any anxieties.
Breathe in confidence,
You can do this.
Breathe out anything that's been holding you back.
Breathe in positive thoughts and exhale any negativity.
Use the power of your breath to relax.
Forget everything that's happened before you were listening to this or what will take place afterwards.
Be here in the present moment,
Let go and relax a little bit more,
You can do it.
You are now getting in tune with your breath,
Body and mind.
Notice what you notice as you start to become more comfortable,
As you allow yourself to be more relaxed.
Relax a bit more.
Now take another breath deep into the abdomen.
Remember how you did that in the beginning.
Let go and relax.
The power of your breath to relax,
Retune,
Reinvigorate,
To reset your positive state of mind and be the powerful you,
Completely relaxed and energized.
You can repeat this as often as you like.
