The Shape Of Awareness
by Renee Sills
So often we identify with our thoughts and feelings in ways that get us stuck in memory, future forecasts and fantasy realms. Inside of these experiences we lose contact with our vastness, becoming entangled with others and mired by circumstances beyond our control. Yet, when we can get quiet enough to observe the qualities of our attention, inner space expands and wise discernment is readily available. In this simple breath and body-based meditation, Renee guides an awareness practice that gently gathers and includes what could otherwise divert and disassociate our thinking and feeling bodies, and then invites us to recenter and reorient through expanding the ways we are aware.
