Welcome to your perfect weight meditation.
In this meditation we're going to accomplish three things.
First we're going to establish a stronger relationship between your mind and your body by activating your inner coach to help you make healthier choices.
Two,
Together we're going to identify and let go of any weight that no longer serves you,
Any mental or emotional baggage that has held you back or weighed you down until now.
And three,
The time is now.
There's no reason to wait any longer.
It's time to achieve your perfect weight and feel healthier,
Stronger and lighter each step of the way.
Now find a comfortable position and bring your awareness to your breath,
Gently closing your eyes as you open into the world inside.
Lengthening your spine with each inhale as you relax even deeper into your body with each exhale.
Observe the quality of your thoughts and the sensations in your body.
Letting go of anything that keeps you from being fully present in this moment.
Becoming even more present with each inhale and releasing with each exhale.
When your mind wanders,
It's okay.
Allow your thoughts to flow and come back to your breath anytime.
Imagine breathing up and down your spine.
Breathing from the top of your head down to the base of your spine.
Opening up even more to the sensations of your body.
Breathing and listening to your body with each breath.
Listening to your body as your body listens to you.
Noticing the energy within you and the energy all around you.
The energy on the left side of your body.
And the energy on the right.
Noticing the energy of what's behind you and what you're ready to leave behind.
And noticing the energy in front of you and what you're looking forward to.
Now imagine a mirror in front of you.
Look into this mirror.
What do you see?
And as you see your reflection,
What do you feel inside?
Breathe deeply into your belly and invite your breath to touch the weight within you.
Let yourself be guided by the energy of your body.
Let yourself be guided by the energy of your body.
Let yourself be guided by the energy of your body.
Let yourself be guided by the energy of your body.
Let yourself be guided by the energy of your body.
Let yourself be guided by the energy of your body.

Noticing the shape of those sensations.
The texture.
The size.
Noticing any memories you've held onto for too long.
Memories about yourself that are simply not true.
Or are no longer true.
To who you are becoming.
Taking a few more deep breaths into your belly.
Ask yourself.
When did it start?
Was it from an event that happened long ago?
Was it something someone said?
And why is now the time to finally let this go?
We're going to take a few deep cleansing breaths.
In and out of the belly.
Noticing at your own pace,
Name and release anything that no longer serves you with each breath.
And observe what is shifting within you.
Now let's go back to that mirror again.
And imagine what you want to see and who you want to be.
Seeing yourself feeling good.
Feeling strong.
Feeling healthy.
And at your perfect weight.
And invite your breath to touch your heart.
Noticing a lightness within you.
And a light all around you.
Inviting this light into every cell of your being.
Notice how good you look.
And how good this feels.
Reflect on your relationship to food.
And what food has meant to you?
Was food used as a reward?
Asking your inner coach how you can have a healthier relationship to food.
What new choices can you make?
To eat and drink that will feel the most nourishing to you.
What are three other rewards that are not related to food?
And what are three new rewards that will help you achieve your goal so that you can feel even better in your body?
And notice as you feel even better in your body,
How you can move your body in ways that will nourish you even more.
Feeling freer inside your body.
Freer and lighter.
Stronger and more connected.
Each day in every way.
Feeling lighter and freer with each breath.
So free you might notice yourself floating.
Floating higher and higher with each inhale and exhale.
Imagine floating in time into the light of the future.
One year from now.
Seeing and experiencing yourself being your perfect weight now.
Observe how you look and feel.
Noticing what you're doing.
And who you're with.
Noticing what you're wearing.
And how good this feels on your body.
Knowing your inner coach is with you this whole time.
Ask your inner coach,
How did we get here?
What changes did we make along the way?
Raise your hand to your heart.
To hear the commitment your inner coach has for you.
And the commitment you are making to yourself.
Knowing your journey will take some time.
And also knowing that your inner coach is supporting you each step of the way.
Ask your inner coach to help you make the right choices with patience,
Kindness and compassion on your journey.
And also ask your inner coach to remind you of your goals gently,
Sweetly,
Anytime you need it most.
