Close your eyes.

Sink in to what's true for you right now.

What you're feeling right now.

Notice how you can create space with each inhale and each exhale.

Noticing where you may be holding tension.

Noticing where there may be pain.

Noticing where you may feel stuck.

And just allow each breath to create a sense of awareness and a sense of spaciousness in the body.

You can even ask your body what spaciousness feels like.

If you're having trouble feeling it.

Maybe sometimes it's just acknowledging what's so.

And allowing yourself to feel it.

Because that's okay too.

Feelings flow.

And as you do that,

I'd like you to be aware of the energy from the base of your seat to the top of your head.

And what you ground down in regards to your seat.

That connection to the earth.

And what's reaching inside of you.

Where your thoughts may be reaching.

And maybe getting familiar with that flow of feeling grounded and reaching at the same time.

Then notice your heart center.

Breathing in and out of your heart center.

Somehow tuning into the energy inside your heart.

Noticing what that feels like as you do.

That opens up more spaciousness in your energetic field.

By breathing in and out of your heart center.

Breathing and listening.

It's a practice without judgment.

Just breathing and listening.

Noticing the thoughts flow with each inhale and exhale.

Allowing the flow.

Breathing and listening.

And as you bring in that level of spaciousness or awareness,

I'd like you to bring your awareness down into your root chakra.

That part of you that may feel anxiety.

Part of you that may feel like some part of your life feels like it's out of balance.

I'd like you to just bring a sense of acceptance for whatever is existing in this moment at this time.

You may notice the energy from the root at the base and how it flows down your legs.

There may be a sense of tracking where you might feel stuck.

And tracking your left foot and your right foot.

Just tapping into that feeling of movement.

Noticing what comes up as you do.

Seeing through the lens of self-acceptance.

And what that means for you at this time.

Moving the energy up your body.

Rising up to the space in between your hips.

Your second energy center.

Notice the feelings here.

This is where there's more of like a creative flow or maybe where the flow feels stuck creatively.

It's where we relate or connect to others.

It may be also where we store some guilt around relationships,

Around what we didn't do or couldn't do.

Noticing boundaries that you may have around this part of your body and bringing in the feeling of flow into your inner dwelling.

Asking your body what flow feels like.

And where you may need a sense of forgiveness.

A sense of self-forgiveness here.

And through the act of self-forgiveness,

What does start to flow?

What does start to open up?

What are you willing to let go?

Letting go,

Grounding down through the base of your seat,

Into the power of the earth.

So that you can flow and move forward freely.

Moving up into the wisdom of your gut brain inside your solar plexus.

Just notice the energy here.

Notice what you're feeling or sensing.

If there's any tension or restriction.

Bringing your breath and your awareness.

Whatever may feel like worry,

Overthinking.

Noticing if there's any reactions or reactive quality that you have.

And bringing your breath here to create more space inside.

You may offer support with your hand.

Noticing how you can bring more compassion,

More self-compassion for what you're feeling at this time.

Noticing how that feels as you do.

Some of us sometimes carry shame here.

Something we hold.

When we can bring self-compassion,

How do we transmute that energy?

Sometimes shame is repressed anger.

So it's good to see where that lives.

It's good to acknowledge that through the light of self-compassion so that we can transmute the energy.

Creating more flow in the body.

Now moving up into the heart center.

Breathing in and out of the heart center.

Noticing the energy,

The love,

The magnetic power of our hearts.

Tapping into that magnetic power with each inhale and exhale.

Breathing and listening as you do.

Noticing what you're ready to let go of that may have been burdening your heart center.

Letting go of what may have weighed you down.

Knowing that the wings of your heart want to feel free.

Noticing what you might need to free your heart a little bit more.

As you breathe and as you listen to the wisdom that your heart has for you.

Connecting the energy of your heart center and moving up to your throat chakra.

And where you may have felt suppressed.

Words that you've repressed.

Energy that has not been communicated.

Words that have not been said.

And how you can free the energetic field here with each inhale and each exhale.

Noticing what freeing this energy feels like.

So that you can be more self-expressed.

As you connect your throat chakra to your heart center.

To the wisdom of your heart center.

To understand what you would like to say to yourself.

Choosing those words to help you,

To support you with where you are now.

Asking this part of you to be a sweeter teacher so that you can be clearer.

A clearer channel for the work that you're here to do.

For the work that you're here to share.

You may notice the top of your head,

The crown,

Maybe feeling a little tingle as you connect into the light of your purpose.

And feeling that light of your purpose coming down along your central channel.

Filling in all of the places and spaces that need it most.

Noticing that light in the center of your mind and through your mind's eye.

Where you may have been confused.

Maybe where you have not trusted your own intuitive guidance to open the light here.

Allowing you to see whatever it is you need to see at this time.

Allowing for more vision with each inhale and each exhale.

A deeper,

Wider,

Farther vision.

Moving up to the top of your head.

Noticing that light above your head flowing and illuminating not just the energy inside of you,

But the energy all around you.

Noticing what it feels like the space around you and the space within you to fill with light.

Allowing that light to flow through.

Asking your higher self for anything you need to know at this time.

This could be a message for yourself,

It could be a message for someone else at the same time.

Taking just a few more moments,

And listening.

Receiving.

And when you're ready,

Taking a few nice deep breaths into your heart center.

Feeling your body ground into your seat.

Thanking your body for its wisdom.

Thanking spirit,

Your higher self,

For clarity.

And taking the next few minutes to come out of this meditation as slowly as you need to and write down anything that may feel relevant to you as you do.
