Find your comfortable seated position and gently close your eyes.

Send your gaze between the eyebrows.

Sit up tall with a straight spine and place your hands in your lap with the palms facing up.

Let's connect with our breath by taking a deep inhale through the nose and let it go and exhale through the mouth from deep within the belly.

Then take a deep inhale and exhale.

As you bring your awareness to your breath,

Let it flow naturally without control.

As the belly rises and falls,

Notice the sensation of the breath as it flows in and out.

Let go of any tension in the body.

Relax the shoulders.

Relax the belly.

Just be here now.

Introduce the mantra and repeat it silently to yourself.

I release all fear and judgement.

I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.

I release all fear and judgement.

I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.

I release all fear and judgement.

I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.

As you continue your practice,

Your mind may wander.

Just recognize the thoughts without any judgement and bring your awareness back to your breath and the mantra as we go deeper into stillness.

As you continue your practice,

Your mind may wander.

As you continue your practice,

Your mind may wander.

As you continue your practice,

Your mind may wander.

As you continue your practice,

Your mind may wander.

Release the mantra.

Take a moment to quiet the mind.

Let go of the breath.

Let go of the mantra.

Let go deep within to find some space between your thoughts.

For just a moment,

Be here now.

Let go of the mantra.

Let go of the mantra.

As you bring yourself back into the room,

Consider this feeling you have in this moment and take it with you to spread peace throughout your day.

Namaste.

Really nice. Pleasant voice to listen to the affirmations. I wish we could have heard them more than once to really let them sink in. The ending was strange. First, I thought it a bit abrupt but then she came back to wrap it up. All in all, very nice. πŸ’•

Nice meditation. If the voice was a bit more slow paced instead of hurried, this beautiful meditation would have been more relaxed. Thanks and Namaste πŸ™
