Hi,
Welcome to day 27!
So great to have this time.
I'm so glad you're taking this time for you.
Okay,
So today that's what the theme is.
It's about self-care.
Self-care is one of those things that falls by the wayside for many people,
Especially busy people,
And people who are very busy taking care of others,
Need it the most,
Right?
So what I want to remind you about is even these things you're doing with me every day are a form of self-care.
Anytime,
And we need to do this every day,
Anytime you take a break to go within,
Quiet your mind,
Calm everything down,
And give yourself some stillness and space in your mind,
In your emotions,
Restoring the body.
This returning to beingness is what we're going for,
And you're increasing peace.
And not just for like one minute a day,
But every time you tap back in there,
You're reminding your nervous system,
Your mind and emotions of who you are.
That connection is so important.
That connection is the thing that's going to make it easier to be more and more in that state as you go about your daily life.
So the only way to increase the amount of time that you feel at peace and living from your sense of beingness is by practicing and going back there and going back there.
So it doesn't mean you need to meditate for an entire hour if that's not your practice or anything you have time for,
But it means that the more touch points that you can do for yourself in that space during the day,
During the day,
Even just 30 seconds or a minute or a few minutes,
And then go back to what you're doing,
Okay,
But like the more that you're there,
You're reminding yourself,
This is me,
This is me,
It is,
And it becomes more pervasive and lasts longer when you go back to your life.
Okay,
So do that today.
Do it now for a few minutes to just refresh yourself,
And then during the day today,
Certain times,
Short amount of time is fine,
But just come back there like touching again,
Okay?
All right,
Thank you.
Keep up the great work.
Don't forget to use your workbook.
Okay.
