I hope you are starting to really realize some of the changes that are going on as you're working through this program.
I really hope that it's starting to show in your life and I really applaud you for continuing this process with me.
Okay,
So today is a really,
Really cool piece of information that I think can be a great lesson and something that's going to be really helpful.
It's about self-talk.
So many times I hear my clients say words like I want or I need and it's very natural to express yourself that way.
But what that does is it sends a message about lack.
It reinforces lack.
It's like I don't have and it just keeps like,
You know,
The more you say it,
Well,
The more that that belief becomes reinforced.
So even though you may not currently have the thing you desire,
Whatever that is,
The way to talk about it is to replace those lack words with I am open to,
Like I'm open to having more of this.
Yesterday my husband was like,
I want more money,
You know,
I want to get paid more money in my job.
And I said,
Don't say it like that.
Like I'm ready to receive more money.
I'm ready for better compensation.
And so he rephrased,
But like that's a whole different energy about it.
I am open to or I am ready for.
That's another one.
I'm ready to have a higher salary or whatever.
I'm ready for more love in my life.
I'm ready to feel more calm.
I'm ready to be more grounded in peace,
Whatever it is.
Okay.
Whatever it is that you want to say it in a way like that.
I'm ready for or I'm open to.
And what that does is it creates the mental and emotional state that invites what you desire to be fulfilled.
Okay.
It just it's being open and being ready is the message that you want to get out there.
And it's the message that you want in here.
It's much different than a message of lack.
Okay.
So today,
Be aware of yourself.
Talk and correct yourself at times when it needs and times where you need to correct yourself.
If you've heard yourself say,
Oops,
And they go,
Oops,
I heard I said,
I mean,
And then like say it the other way.
Okay.
And before you say something,
Try using these phrases.
Okay.
I know you can do it.
And this is a great one to incorporate into your life.
So just have that awareness throughout the day and add it to your practice.
