So today I want to add on to what we did yesterday by subtracting.

Just kidding.
All right.
Well,
Yesterday we talked about just leaving all other labels aside,
Right?
And just sticking with I am consciousness,
Looking out for my body.
Today,
We're going to notice those labels again,
But recognize them as being added on.
Okay.
Add ons to this consciousness,
This piece that we are at our core.
Okay.
And we're going to release anything that's been added on,
Any labels that are added on that are not serving persistent peace.
So we're going to notice,
Oh,
That's just a label and let it go.
Okay.
And as you do remember things,
You know,
Stress,
Frustration,
Too busy,
The sense that I have to be in control.
There's so much that's just added on.
The idea that I better get it done.
There's like pressure.
I mean,
That's all add on to who am I?
Peace.
So we're going to release the add ons today.
This is the subtracting.
And find that what is left,
Of course,
Is peace and presence.
It can just expand in their place and not,
And it'll be what we return to when we release the things that are added on.
But eventually that peace and presence will be a persistent state of wellbeing that's always there.
Okay.
