Praying In The Holy Spirit

This meditation is only for those that are ready for an elevated supernatural experience. This practice is controversial and antithetical to the natural mind. However, if you desire answers to your most perplexing problems, this is an invitation to help you release pain and experience bliss. The power, peace, and presence of God will invade your heart when you listen with intention and attention. Listen to this meditation in the morning to set a positive rhythm for your day and receive strength.

Welcome to In The Flow meditation,

A safe place to breathe.

My name is Regina Queen,

And I will be your guide.

In The Flow meditation is a biblical meditation practice,

And our goal is stress release and peace as we flow together in the love,

Grace,

And presence of God.

Now God cannot be grasped by the mind.

If he could be grasped by the mind,

He would not be God.

Our meditation today is about praying in the Holy Spirit.

Now I recognize that this practice of praying in the Holy Spirit is considered controversial in the world and even in the Christian community.

So if you disagree with this practice in my presentation,

I just ask that you continue to love me,

And let's agree to respectfully disagree.

We are all free to choose our own paths,

And although I regularly study the Word of God and have been under the instruction of many Bible scholars from UCLA to Messianic teachers to monastic church fathers and even the Azusa Street Revival.

I do not consider myself a Bible scholar,

Nor am I a mental health professional.

This practice that I'm so excited to share with you today is based on my personal experience and my success in overcoming debilitating bouts of depression,

Overcoming suicidal thoughts,

Overcoming fear,

Anxiety,

Unforgiveness,

Rage,

Rejection,

Physical and emotional,

And even sexual abuse.

So I understand,

This may not be for you,

I just invite you to listen,

Only listen if you are interested in tapping into the supernatural power,

The spiritual power that overrides your natural understanding.

So this is a personal prayer language,

It's not for public demonstration,

It is a gift,

A gift from God designed for self-edification.

And although it's considered antithetical to the educated mind,

All I can say is that it has worked for me and many,

Many others.

So it doesn't have to make sense,

Again,

God cannot be grasped by the mind,

If he could be grasped by the mind,

He would not be God.

So it's available if you desire.

I learned many,

Many years ago that I cannot analyze,

I can't analyze my way to peace.

So I surrendered to the Holy Spirit and this personal practice and my life improved on every level.

I will not engage in arguments,

In social media,

I only pursue peace and love.

So if you're not interested,

Please enjoy many of the other meditations that do not focus on this specific practice.

Let's breathe.

Let's shift our attention now to the power and presence of God as we welcome the Holy Spirit before we briefly discuss this powerful form of prayer and enter into our meditation.

In the name of the Father,

In the name of the Son,

And in the name of the Holy Spirit,

One God,

We welcome you.

You are welcome in our hearts and in our minds.

We worship you.

We honor you.

We love you.

We ask that you breathe on us,

That you love on us,

That you dwell in us,

That you heal us,

That you help us,

That you transform us.

We know,

Almighty God,

That you are the creator of heaven and earth.

We know our Lord Jesus Christ shed his precious blood for the remission of our sins and that the Holy Spirit has transferred us from death to life.

We invite you to be with us in this time.

Amen.

Our sacred thought and phrase that we will focus on today is,

And I ask that you silently say to yourself,

As I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Say that again.

As I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Now let's begin as we discuss the three stages of prayer.

The first stage of prayer is where we're saying the words.

The second stage is where we're saying the words with meaning and concentration.

And then the third stage of prayer is when we're praying without words,

When one is so filled with the Holy Spirit that human words become inadequate.

This is the highest form of prayer,

Complete silence or praying in the Holy Spirit.

So again,

The first stage of prayer is similar to some of our prayers,

Like the Lord's prayer or prayers that we pray before meals or prayers that we pray before bed or that we say repetitively.

Prayers that are somewhat familiar.

We may even find ourselves saying these prayers or repeating them out of habit,

And this is not bad.

I'll repeat.

This is not bad because our prayers in whatever form are still being placed in the atmosphere and still being placed in our subconscious mind.

Now the second level of prayer is where we're saying the words with meaning and with concentration,

Really focusing on the depth of what we are saying.

We pray warfare prayers or healing prayers or prayers for protection,

And as we read or recite them,

We really pray them with attention and intention.

But again,

The highest form of prayer is when words become inadequate,

When we enter the heavenly realm that goes beyond our human understanding,

Where we're building ourselves up in our most holy faith,

As found in Jude chapter 1,

Where we're allowing the Holy Spirit to make intercession for us,

As found in Romans 8,

Where we're silent,

Our silent meditation where we cannot even speak,

Where we are actually caught up in the stillness of the celestial presence of God,

As we begin to pray in a way that can be misunderstood,

Can be misunderstood by the natural mind.

I'll give you an example.

Our sister Hannah,

As recorded in the book of Samuel chapter 1,

Was a woman that was very troubled.

She prayed to the Lord and cried with great sorrow.

While she kept praying to the Lord,

Eli,

A religious leader,

Was watching her mouth.

Hannah was speaking in her heart.

Her lips were moving,

But her voice was not heard.

So Eli,

The religious leader,

He thought that she was drunk.

She,

However,

Was very troubled in her spirit and had entered another realm of prayer where words had become inadequate.

She appeared drunk,

But she was releasing the pain in her spirit to the Lord in a way that the natural mind doesn't comprehend.

She completed her prayer,

And as she completed her prayer,

The Bible states that her face was no longer sad.

So speaking in tongues is a form of praying in the Holy Spirit,

And many people in the Christian,

Catholic,

Or Orthodox communities dismiss this spiritual practice.

Many people consider it weird or crazy,

But the Word of God clearly states in the first epistle of Corinthians,

Chapter 14,

That the person who speaks in a tongue does not speak to man,

But to God,

And no one understands them.

In the Spirit,

They speak mysteries.

Now,

This is not being mystical,

But they are speaking things that the natural mind cannot create or understand,

And by the way,

The devil can't understand when one speaks in tongues or prays in the Holy Spirit,

And this is also a way to wage war on the enemy.

This is also an excellent tool to use during meditation to prevent your mind from wandering and setting a spiritual rhythm to your prayers.

Now,

This spiritual rhythm takes you to a place in the Spirit,

Just like Hannah,

And it will allow you to release pain.

It will allow you to release anxiety,

Confusion,

Or fear.

It opens your spirit to receive healing.

It opens your spirit to receive peace and revelation and courage and power.

Your spiritual eyes are enlightened as you pray in the Holy Spirit,

And our Lord Jesus is illuminated in your mind and in your heart and in your life,

Just as He was illuminated in the apostles when they were filled during Pentecost.

Praying in the Holy Spirit allows you to possess the supernatural power of God to break bondages.

The anointing of the Holy Spirit,

Referred to as the anointing oil,

It not only breaks the yoke of bondage,

But the prophet Isaiah declared in Isaiah 1027 that it destroys,

Destroys the yoke of bondage.

Now,

Human wisdom cannot heal emotional wounds.

Human knowledge cannot set a person free who is spiritually trapped in darkness.

Medical and psychiatric care alone cannot heal the sick or completely cure disease.

Traditions and church rituals can't cast out demonic spirits.

No.

However,

The anointing that was on Jesus can heal all those who have been oppressed,

All those who are oppressed of the devil.

Acts 10,

38 tells us that God's anointing that was on Jesus,

His anointing,

The Holy Spirit anointing gave Jesus Christ power to go about doing good things and healing all those who were oppressed of the devil.

Why?

Because God was with Him.

Now,

We're going to get into the position to receive and visualize ourselves being baptized with that same Holy Spirit anointing over and over again.

Yes,

Let's meditate together.

Now,

It is not necessary to remember everything that is said during this time.

Just allow your mind to relax and set your intention to allow the Word of God to penetrate your spirit.

The Holy Spirit's voice should be louder than my voice and louder than the voice or voices in your head.

Again,

All you need to do is just close your eyes,

Focus on your breath,

And if and when you feel that your thoughts are wandering,

Gently redirect your thoughts to your breath and our sacred phrase and silently say to yourself,

As I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Now,

Get into a comfortable position and again,

Close your eyes.

Sit up straight to remain alert and in a position to receive.

Now,

If you're ending your day,

Feel free to allow this meditation to play continuously during your sleep.

There are great benefits in allowing this powerful presence and allowing a powerful,

Peaceful imprint in your subconscious mind as you sleep.

So,

Whichever position is comfortable,

Whichever position you choose,

Just at least give yourself five to seven minutes of deep breathing in an upright position with your palms facing upward.

So,

Let's begin.

Breathe slowly and deeply,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth and as you inhale,

Allow your abdomen to expand like a balloon and as you exhale,

Allow your abdomen to contract completely as if you're gently but completely eliminating the oxygen in your stomach.

Consider right here,

Right now,

As you are breathing,

As if a famous person,

Be it an athlete or a politician or a movie star were to walk into your room.

How would you respond?

Now,

I suspect that someone,

A person came in that was well-renowned,

She would have an element of excitement or expectation.

So,

As we breathe together and commune with the power and presence of the Holy Spirit,

Let's give Him greater attention than we would give a celebrity.

Let's awaken our level of expectation as we breathe together,

Inhaling slowly and deeply as you can and then exhaling as completely as you can.

So,

Inhale with your nose and exhale through your mouth.

As you're implementing these cleansing breaths,

Allow the Heavenly Father to envelop you.

He gives everyone life and breath and this is a gift that we utilize to bring more oxygen into our bodies and all of our vital organs.

So,

Allow yourself to continue to breathe slowly and focusing on the inflow and the outflow of your breath.

Now,

If your mind begins to wander,

Honor yourself by gently redirecting your attention to your breath and our sacred phrase,

As I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Continue to breathe,

Remembering that your breath is providing oxygen for your body temple,

For your lungs,

For your brain,

For your bloodstream.

Visualize yourself receiving this life-giving breath in all of your organs.

Deeply inhaling more of this life-giving substance that is a gift of God.

And as you inhale and exhale,

Visualize yourself leaving every thought,

Every worry,

Every concern.

All those things can be attended to after we spend time with our Father.

Knowing that when we put Him first,

He handles everything for us.

This is not a process of emptying our minds,

It's a process of casting our cares upon Him.

Continue to breathe.

Increase your level of expectation of the visitation of the peaceful presence of God.

He's here,

He's coming,

He's coming like rain.

As we enter this place of inner quiet and rest,

As you continue to breathe,

Allow yourself to relax and breathe comfortably.

Breathe comfortably now.

Just release any tension in your body.

Allow your body to relax,

Allow your mind to rest.

As we journey together to enter this secret place and stillness in the sanctuary within your soul,

Within your soul,

We cry,

Abba Father,

He waits,

He waits for you.

He hears you and He's answering every cry of your heart.

And He's ready.

As you continue to breathe comfortably and completely,

He's ready to show you great and mighty things.

Silently say to yourself,

As I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Now praying in the Holy Spirit is a gift.

And I'd like you to visualize this gift that the Heavenly Father has made available for you.

In a big,

Beautiful box.

It's wrapped in shiny,

Red,

Satin cloth.

And this box,

This big,

Beautiful box has a huge,

White,

Satin bow.

And you're so excited.

You're so excited to open the gift that has been wrapped with perfection.

Every fold on each corner has been done so with great detail and precision.

Your name has been written with colorful diamonds on the white,

Satin bow.

And your name is reflected in the light as the attached card reads,

To the one that I love,

See your name.

You are the one that God loves.

See your name shining in all the colorful diamonds.

Continue to breathe.

It's from your Heavenly Father.

Now as you unwrap,

As you unwrap the gift,

You're so excited as you see that the gift of praying in the Holy Spirit is in the form of a ball of fire that is activated when you speak your Heavenly language.

And this ball of fire,

It doesn't burn.

It just empowers.

And as you touch it,

Your hands,

They become illuminated and empowered.

And as you touch your mouth with the ball of fire,

You instantly feel like a purification process happening.

And as you touch the ball of fire with your heart and your abdomen,

Use it to touch your heart and your abdomen.

You feel empowered.

This intangible gift is inexhaustible.

And it multiplies and expands and becomes even more powerful each time you utilize it.

Again,

You utilize it by speaking and praying in your Heavenly language.

Now it's not necessary to understand what you're saying or attempt to understand or comprehend what you're saying or even attempt to make a sound in a certain way.

No.

Just allow yourself to relax and be like a little child and make the sounds that you hear in the Spirit.

Listen.

It's not hard.

You don't even need to think about it.

Just relax.

Just be open to utilize the gift that you received.

Speak softly.

Feel the echo in your mouth.

Feel the echo in your chest and in your abdomen.

This is another way that you can pray without ceasing.

Feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit invading your body and your mind as you silently say to yourself,

As I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Continue to touch your mouth and your heart and your abdomen with this ball of fire that doesn't burn.

See it like the burning bush that Moses encountered.

This is your burning bush.

This is your burning ball of fire that does not consume but empowers.

Hear the Word of God as you continue to breathe.

Joel 2.

28 God promised to pour out His Spirit on all flesh.

Now receive the outpouring of God's Spirit with your gift again and again.

Because in Him,

We live,

We move,

And we have our being.

Jesus promised us that when the Holy Spirit would come,

That we would receive power to bear witness of Him.

We would receive courage to overcome all the inner turmoil in our lives.

We would have confidence to fulfill our calling and our purpose.

Silently say to yourself,

Silently say to yourself,

As I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Psalm 34.

4 As we seek the Lord,

He hears us and delivers us from all of our fears.

Ezekiel 36 God promised to sprinkle clean water on you.

He said that He would sprinkle clean water on you and that you would be clean,

That He would cleanse you of all your impurities from all of your idols.

Continue to breathe.

Now idols are those things that have more of our attention than God.

And you may not be intentionally worrying or allowing stress or depression or heartbreak to become an idol.

But God says that He'll give you a new heart,

That He'll put a new spirit within you and that He would remove from you your heart of stone.

The stone or the walls that you've built to protect yourself.

You know those walls that actually prevent you from being free to receive.

He says He'll give you a new heart,

A heart of flesh.

He'll put a spirit in you and move you to follow His decrees.

And His decree is for you to love and be loved.

His decree is for you to rejoice and to walk faithfully with Him.

He will empower you and He longs to love you and to help you.

Silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Feel the rhythm,

Feel the rhythm of the Holy Spirit coming forth out of your belly,

Out of your heart,

Out of your mouth as you continue to breathe and speak.

You will be set free from areas of bondage when you pray in the Spirit.

The Holy Spirit helps you in your weaknesses.

The Holy Spirit is making intercession for you.

Romans 8.

Silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

So if you notice self-defeating thought patterns,

If you have memories that need to be erased,

If you keep hearing words that should have never been spoken by you or to you,

If you have repetitious and unhealthy anticipatory emotions immediately,

Immediately pray in the Holy Spirit to receive power to forget,

To forget those things that are behind and to remember,

To remember them no more.

You have the power to retain the lessons but not relive the pain.

Silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit,

Bondages are destroyed.

Continue to breathe.

Now praying in the Holy Spirit is not for anyone else.

It is not to live It is not to puff yourself up so that other people think that you're more spiritual,

No.

It's to edify,

Edify yourself and to strengthen you.

It's actually a place of surrender because you are relinquishing your intellect and you're humbling yourself to say God,

I don't know what to do.

I don't even know what or how to pray.

Help me.

Help me to see what is going on beneath the surface.

Expose the enemy.

Give me wisdom,

God.

Give me revelation that I'm unable to figure out on my own praying in the Holy Spirit.

It brings light.

It brings clarity.

It brings freedom and it brings love.

Silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit bondages are destroyed.

Now don't listen.

Don't listen to what others may have to say or if they don't believe or even if they don't agree even if your own thoughts attempt to keep you attached to those unfulfilling,

Non-productive life patterns.

That unfulfilling,

Non-productive lifestyle.

Remember the first epistle of Corinthians chapter 1 verse 27 tells us that instead God chose things the world considers foolish in order to confound those who think that they are wise and God chose things that seem powerless to confound those that seem powerful silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit bondages are destroyed for the carnal mind is death but the spiritual mind is life and peace we cannot analyze our way we cannot analyze our way to peace surrender and allow the supernatural power of God to usher in everything that we need as you pray in the Holy Spirit you possess the supernatural power of God that brings freedom where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit bondages are destroyed God cannot be grasped by the mind if he could be grasped by the mind he would not be God Isaiah 55 the Lord God says for my thoughts are not your thoughts nor are my ways your ways for as high as the heavens are above the earth so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts as you pray in the Holy Spirit the supernatural power of God reveals truth and when the spirit of truth comes he will guide you into all truth he will tell you things to come and he will glorify Jesus Christ so we don't need to go to fortune tellers or self proclaimed psychics,

No we know first of all that those things are forbidden because they don't glorify Jesus and it opens your spirit up to darkness but if you pray in the Holy Spirit you will have everything everything you need all truth,

Not some truth all truth silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit bondages are destroyed continue to breathe so if you have sickness in your body or if you have stress on your mind or if you have challenges in your marriage or your relationships or fear in your heart or issues with your children whatever it is silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit bondages are destroyed the supernatural power of God brings victory the supernatural power of God brings deliverance the supernatural power of God brings health and restoration to every area of your life silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit bondages are destroyed Jesus said that these signs would follow those that believe they would be empowered to cast out demons the demons that torment your mind and rob you of a peaceful thought life the worry,

The self-doubt,

The fear as you pray in the Holy Spirit you will receive confidence courage and peace Jesus said that those that believe will speak with new tongues silently say to yourself as I pray in the Holy Spirit bondages are destroyed utilize your gift and allow Jesus to set you free and that concludes our meditation feel free to stay in this place and when you're ready open your eyes and remain empowered go in peace
