Welcome to this meditation.

Let's start today by finding a comfortable spot to sit or lie down.

Allow the eyes to soften and close if that feels good for you.

And taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth like you're blowing out a candle.

Be proud of yourself for saying no more.

For honouring your body,

Your health,

Your mental well-being.

For not always needing a reason.

For learning to trust deeply the innate wisdom of your subconscious and your intuition.

Taking another breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Trust your no,

Even when it comes out of nowhere.

Even when it doesn't sound like the right thing.

Even when the good girl in you is screaming to behave,

Be good,

Be quiet.

You can trust your no.

Ask yourself gently,

Is it because you want to or because you feel like you should?

Is it because it feels good or because you're trying to keep the peace?

Is it because it honours who you are or because it's what you've always done?

It's not too late to start saying no.

It's never too late to say no.

Let's take another breath.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

No might feel scary at first.

It might feel like everyone in the world is talking about your no.

Like you have to go back and justify it,

Put it on trial,

Provide evidence.

But your instinct is the evidence.

Your no is enough.

Your knowing is enough.

You are enough.

Let's take one deep final breath in to close our meditation today.

Through the nose and out through the mouth like you're blowing out a candle.

And just take a moment to check in with the body.

Begin to bring it back to the room,

Wiggle the fingers or the toes and at your own pace whenever you feel ready slowly blinking the eyes open and coming back into the room.

Thank you.
