I wrote this guided meditation when I found myself overwhelmed with negative self-judgement. What I discovered was by turning inwards, and changing my thoughts to love, self-acceptance, and forgiveness - beautiful and magical things started to happen. Positive shifts would take place in my body. Being human is messy - we all make mistakes and no one is perfect. I challenge you to embrace your flaws and shadows. You are worthy of love and your love is forever.
