Taking Relentless Ownership To Be Free & Successful
by Raj Gorsia
A recording from the session on 28th Feb 22. I was in fiery energy, and I fired everyone up in this session. Taking ownership is something I never used to embody, so during this session, I show you how to do it. Relentlessness is a power stance. If you got anything from this session, review it, donate, but most importantly, I want you to reach out to me and we can connect. I want to hear from you, so I am inviting you to find me here or on social media and reach out to me. I await you Raj
Transcript
The session today is about taking relentless ownership.
And when I say relentless ownership,
There's just something nice about that word for me in my current state of being.
I love this word of relentless.
Because it just brings up something.
And tell me in the chat,
What comes up for you when you feel like yourself in relentless mode?
Just tell me what comes up as you hear the word,
As you feel into the energy of relentless.
Yeah,
Few people are saying it sounds aggressive and like pressure.
Yeah,
I love that because it can be right?
Just like I said about me,
Getting too into health and making it like too much.
There was no sweetness with it.
It was just like,
Hey,
I've got to get enough proteins.
I've got to hit my macros.
I've got to do this much exercise.
This,
This,
This,
This,
This.
So I was relentless then,
But it was a bit too much.
It was like someone said,
It was like aggressive relentlessness.
And here's the thing,
It was like I was being chased by something.
The scarcity mindset.
It's the scarcity mindset that doesn't make relentless fun.
Because it's like I have to do this.
I've got to do that.
I should,
I should.
Shoulding all over myself.
So it was more about,
Um,
You know,
Ex,
Extrinsic instead of intrinsic.
Yeah.
And some people are saying,
So for example,
Claire says relentless can be empowering,
Unstoppable.
Yeah.
So that's the mode I'm trying to focus on when I'm,
When I'm going to talk to you guys here.
It's that like fire.
It's that some people say confidence.
Some people say,
Um,
Yeah,
Just going for things like Ruth said,
Just going for it.
In flow,
Sally said.
That's interesting.
Yeah.
So yeah,
Kaz,
Kaz wrote resilient.
That's interesting.
And here's,
Here's my take on resilient.
And this is just me,
By the way,
This is,
This is not like,
This is a universal thing.
For me personally,
When I think of resilient,
It kind of means,
Oh,
I can handle everything that's coming to me.
Right.
But what does resilient mean to you guys?
It's a fun discussion.
I like you guys.
You're,
You're a fun group,
Very interactive.
Sometimes I'm just talking and no one,
No one's in the comments.
So yeah.
Nice to see you guys.
What does resilient mean to you?
What does resilient mean to you?
Chrissy says bouncing back.
No matter what's going on,
I can choose peace,
Adapt and pivot.
I love this.
Yeah.
Two people said bouncing back.
Nice.
What about you Kaz?
I'm not picking on you,
But yeah,
Just interested.
I remember when I used to be in class and I used to just,
I used to have so much fear of being picked on that I used to freeze and panic.
I actually stood there tense and I used to sit like this,
Like literally throughout the whole class.
I sat like this covering my face,
Like to kind of like not be seen.
And I was so scared of someone asking me a question.
So that just popped up for me because I had a ton of like challenges with anxiety and who I was.
I didn't know who I was.
I wasn't confident in who I was.
Sometimes people say to me,
Raj,
You're very energetic and confident and calm.
But a lot of people don't know about me that I didn't like,
This had to be cultivated.
This wasn't in the script at all.
The script said,
You are quiet.
You got something wrong with you.
You have to hide.
Something is just bad about you.
You can't speak.
I couldn't let anything out.
I was just hiding all my life.
And then I got into exercise and you know,
I was talking about that earlier and this like beast mode came out of me.
It's like I was able to channel this.
I was able to get something out for once in my life and feel strong,
Feel like I was someone in this world,
Right?
This thing about confidence we talk about.
It wasn't really confidence though.
It was just,
Hey,
I feel good.
I feel strong.
But I cultivated this crazy discipline when I was working out,
When I was exercising.
And it's only hit me in the past few years like how much of that discipline I have and how useful it could be for others.
And that's what I talk about when I say relentless.
It's just,
You're going for it.
And you guys have said in the comments about resilient,
You've said unstoppable,
A strength.
Yeah,
And I think the reason why I was a bit resistant when I saw Kaz say in the comments,
Resilient,
Because to me,
And this is again,
This is just me,
Right?
You guys have different meanings just like you've shown in the comments.
But for me,
Resilient is kind of like,
Oh,
Well,
I am,
I'm like,
I'm able to handle all the dangers around me.
And I don't know,
Something about it just feels like not as empowering for me.
Resilient is like,
Hey,
I can handle everything.
Hey,
I can handle it all.
I can come back and handle it all.
Whereas relentless is like you're a walking,
Talking firestorm.
You're a walking,
Talking firestorm.
You're walking through,
Nothing is touching you.
And even my face is getting warm as I'm saying,
As my body is starting to heat up.
Because I'm very aware of like my energy,
Instantly I feel it.
It's heating up because it's feeling good about talking about this.
So,
Relentless,
Relentless is going beyond,
Says Claire.
Blentless is similar to perseverance.
Yeah,
Even that for some reason,
I'm not,
I don't know,
The language doesn't connect to me.
Because perseverance is like,
Hey,
I can handle all these challenges and I'm able to cope.
I'm able to cope.
I think that's what comes up for me.
I'm able to cope.
What I'm talking about is,
You don't need to cope.
You don't need to cope.
You're beyond cope.
You're thriving.
You're thriving.
You're alive.
Perseverance and resilience doesn't make me feel alive.
It makes me feel like I can handle it.
Yeah,
Awesome.
This is great by the way.
I'm not saying this is a bad thing.
I guess like for me,
Language is really important.
It connects to my energy.
And everyone that knows me knows like I really,
I'm really like selective with the way I move and the way I express myself.
It's like a whole body experience for me.
So relentless.
Yeah,
I feel that moving through me.
Can you guys feel it?
And we're going to do a practice sometime during this session to feel the fire within.
And you might just leave this session like,
Oh my god,
I need to like,
I need to just grab things with my hands and I need to just go for a run or something.
I don't know,
You might feel that if I'm able to transmit that to you.
Because that's really my role.
My role as a guide is to transmit and awaken something in people.
Awaken it through my energy.
I don't need people to be like me.
Because that would be like some kind of ego thing going on.
Right?
I'm not a coach who's like,
Hey,
Be like me,
I've got everything worked out.
Follow my rules.
I want to awaken something in you.
So if this is feeling intense and you're like,
Oh my god,
I just came to relax,
Raj.
Came to unwind after my day.
Well,
Maybe this isn't for you.
But if you're feeling like,
Oh yes,
I'm in that mode right now.
Then great.
Intense.
Intensity.
Intensity.
So,
You can hear it in my voice.
Yes.
I get into these states sometimes.
Yeah,
That's it,
Dave.
You're not working against it,
But you're with it.
That's exactly what it is.
You're channelling some fire in you.
You know,
There's this huge thing in the sky.
It's bright orange,
Like the orange that I was talking about earlier.
And even scientists will prove that you go outside and you get more sunlight and you feel a burst of energy.
You feel that moving into you.
The fire.
It's literally a fireball,
Right?
This fireball that this earth spins around.
You feel the rays on your face.
It goes into you.
And everyone knows vitamin D.
Vitamin D is really good for you as well,
Right?
All the experts will say vitamin D will increase your energy.
It will give you all sorts of things.
So they thought,
Oh,
Let's just put this into a pill that we can just consume.
Let's make it easy for everyone.
But there's this beautiful sun out there.
And people have argued with me about this.
And I'm not here to argue,
By the way.
I'm not here to tell people what vitamins to take.
I'm just saying my experience.
I used to take everything.
Every single vitamin,
Multivitamin,
Herbal supplements.
When I was lifting weights,
I took creatine to help increase my muscle endurance.
Everything.
Everything.
Everything natural anyway.
I was really into all of these herbal things and supplements.
I'd look online for hours like,
What's going to help me with anxiety?
What's going to help me become calm?
Magnesium.
Oh cool,
Let me just buy magnesium.
I took magnesium for a few months before bed.
Helped slow me down.
Sure,
It did.
It does that.
I um,
Zinc.
All of that stuff.
Vitamin B,
Multi-complex or whatever you call it.
Great.
I felt a surge of energy.
But they all had this,
Like I knew,
Something inside knew that this is,
This doesn't feel that good.
I would have too much energy from taking vitamin B.
I started getting a bit more anxious.
So,
Yeah,
Really what I'm talking about,
Like Dave said,
Is working with the forces of life.
Then you become relentless with no side effects.
It's like this natural high.
The sun's energy.
That's what relentless means to me.
So,
And again,
I'm going to break down.
I think I did this in my last session.
I broke down the exact title of the session.
Why did I call it this?
So today I call this taking relentless ownership.
I've explained the relentless part.
Hopefully you guys are feeling it.
You're tapping into that part inside you.
And like I said,
We're going to do a practice sometime in this session to tap into that.
What are you feeling right now actually?
Put something in the comments.
What's coming up for you as you're seeing me,
As you're feeling something inside you maybe?
What is coming through you?
What's one word,
One sentence?
Even if it doesn't make sense in words,
Right?
I know that happens for me sometimes.
I can't put words to things.
So I write very bad,
A journal every morning and it's just like a bunch of random scribbles,
Which it doesn't really read.
But I know that is helping me.
Search,
Says Sally.
Yes.
Nice.
Dave says not demanding the world work my way,
But flowing with.
Yeah,
Exactly.
All of this stuff's already happening.
Like the sun rises,
The moon is there.
We need water.
You know the elements,
Right?
The elements.
It's already there,
So why not become better at utilizing it?
That's my thing.
My thing is just like,
Why don't I just become better at all this stuff that's already natural,
That's already coming into me?
And that's what being a yogi really means.
Being a yogi,
Being an energy person,
Being connected.
It just means you're able to connect better with yourself,
With all the tools you have in your toolbox.
And I'm here basically to try and simplify that for everyone.
So it doesn't require reading thousands of books or doing thousands of hours of this and that.
There's a lot of noise out there as well,
I find.
People sometimes say to me,
I'm very logical in my explaining of spiritual stuff.
So,
Hoping it's helping so far.
Let me know in the comments,
Guys.
Kristin says,
I'm feeling the need for a reset.
I love that.
Yeah,
I've had many resets in my life where I'm just like,
What the hell am I doing?
Like,
What the hell am I actually doing?
When I stopped lifting weights,
I think I had a massive breakdown.
I just sat there one day and I was like,
I've been lifting weights,
I've been crossfitting,
I've been running,
I've been boxing,
I've been doing yoga,
I've been doing this and I was like,
What am I doing?
What's the purpose of this?
And I realized the purpose of this is,
I went to the deepest level,
I went deep and I was like,
What is the deepest purpose of this?
And the deepest purpose was just to feel well.
Feel like I'm living well.
Living well.
Feel living well,
Feel joyful,
Feel okay in myself.
That was the purpose.
So I said to myself one day,
I was like,
I'm just going to go direct to that.
Like,
I don't need to do all of this.
It's like getting in your car and driving and going through all the long roads and all these things,
These detours,
And looking for something and you're not really sure how to get there and you're looking everywhere and everywhere.
And it feels like the thing that you want is not even in sight.
And then you find these highways.
And once you know where you're really trying to go and what the challenges are,
The obstacles,
Let's say,
The roadblocks,
Then it's like,
You're just going.
You're just going to that.
All the noise,
Clear all the noise.
So yeah,
That's,
That's,
I've had to do that many times resetting.
It's awesome.
As long as you're resetting and you're coming back to what you really want deep inside and not like,
Let me reset and then you just go back to the same old.
It's like,
What's the point then?
It might as well just be an escape instead of a reset into something.
See if that hits for anyone.
Sometimes I like to be very direct and just,
Just hit things,
Say things that I know helped me to see if it might help someone.
And that's what taking ownership is.
That's the other part of this.
Taking relentless ownership,
I called it.
Ownership is,
Hey,
Like,
What do I really,
Really want from life?
Knowing it,
And then taking ownership,
Doing what it takes,
Despite fears,
Despite thinking.
And remembering that this is your life.
Like,
It's literally yours.
Yes,
There's family,
There's friends,
There's job,
There's commitments.
But it's you.
This is you.
You have to,
You have to do it all.
It's up to you.
And I said this the other week,
And I'm going to say it again.
Because it was useful for me,
By the way.
No one's going to come and save you.
Yeah,
There'll be people that can help you.
But it has to start with you taking ownership and saying,
Hey,
Well,
I'm tired of this thing,
And I'm going to make a change.
Someone said to me the other day,
I was coaching him,
And I said,
He told me a story,
He said I was really into,
Like,
Partying and drugs and with the wrong people.
And I was eating all this crap food and just,
Yeah,
Loads of things were not going right for him.
And then he started going,
His finances started going down,
All this stuff happened.
And I said,
How did you get to where you are now then?
He said,
One night I was just sitting there in my room in the dark,
And something woke up in me.
And I said,
I'm done,
I'm sick of this.
It's time.
And he just started doing stuff from then.
He was determined.
There was like nothing that was going to stop him then.
He became,
He rose into relentless.
Because he realized no one is coming,
No one is going to dig him out of this until he takes the first move.
And he says,
Okay,
Something's got to change.
And then secondly,
I need some help with this.
Who can I find in my network or around me that can actually help?
Because there's people that,
You know,
Your family,
Your friends,
They have great intentions.
But sometimes they're just like,
Oh,
Everything's fine,
Like,
Yeah,
Me too.
And it just,
It doesn't become helpful.
It just becomes like,
You know,
It's difficult to break out of that sometimes.
So,
Taking relentless ownership.
Because taking ownership is one thing.
It's you deciding,
I'm not going to be a passenger in this car and let my mind rule me.
And I started writing this like long piece about being the passenger in your car.
That's what I felt like most my life actually.
Being a passenger.
I used to just sit there and think,
What the hell is this like?
Like,
How is this happening?
Why do I feel so anxious?
And why can't I get out of this?
I was just confused.
I thought there was like this,
This machine that was ruling me,
But I was watching it.
I had to suffer and watch the whole thing without any power to stop it.
So,
Anytime I used to go in social situations specifically,
You know,
There's this term called social anxiety.
Can you guys relate?
Does anyone feel like that anytime?
Like anxious in situations like that?
Or performance?
Do you feel like anytime you feel under pressure to speak or to perform?
To talk about yourself even.
To just talk about yourself.
Does that feel challenging for you?
Put a yes in the chat or something.
I used to be in meetings and I was,
I used to,
Even in work,
I became an adult.
And this thing I was talking to you about earlier,
Like putting my hand like this and looking down so no one would talk to me.
And crossing my arms and that carried on until like probably a long,
Long time.
I was in my 20s.
And I got really,
Because I was quite driven and I don't know,
I kind of got on well with certain tasks and certain responsibilities.
I was doing really well in my career.
I was always the youngest person in the teams and in really good positions.
So you know what that created though?
That created these situations of,
Man like I've got to speak in front of people,
They're pressuring me.
I had mentors who would be like,
Oh Raj I want you to take over,
I want you to like be the right hand man for me.
And I was like,
Yeah that sounds so cool.
Inside I was freaking out.
I was like,
No way I can't do this.
How am I going to tell them?
So it felt like the mind was ruling me basically.
And I was people pleasing a lot as well.
I was trying to do everything for everyone.
Trying to get acceptance.
That's what I realised was the big challenge that was going on underneath the surface.
Just this fear of rejection.
Low self-esteem sometimes people call that.
So can you relate to this?
Because I really have to slow down sometimes.
And remind myself of like how torturing that feeling was.
Because it feels like you're,
You know it literally feels like,
This is the way I describe it,
It literally feels like you're in the back seat of a car and there's a mad person driving in the front and you can't do anything about it.
You're just watching the whole thing.
Powerless.
So things started occurring and I started getting into spirituality and the health thing that I was talking about before.
And I realised,
I realised that there was actually something in me that wanted to come out.
That's what I was suppressing.
Suppressing the real me.
The potential.
It was all being suppressed.
Like my boss would say,
Hey like Raj you can be the next,
He wanted me to be the next him or whatever.
And all these like things came up and I just knew there was potential.
It's like inside myself I can feel the life that could be possible.
I could visualise it,
I can see it.
I can feel how nice it would be.
So a part of me was there.
But when it came to actually doing it,
Living it,
Then no.
It was like mind stops all of that.
Can you guys relate to potential?
I always thought to myself like I'm the potential guy.
I'm the guy who always had potential but could never live into it.
It feels so nice to know that.
But then when there's no action to support it,
It feels very disempowering,
Right?
And that's a lot of people who actually message me.
People,
Anytime I'm working with someone,
There's this theme going across.
It's someone who's challenged by their mind but knows that they want a better life experience.
They know that there's more potential.
And it's not even like,
Hey,
Let's be so awesome in our careers and make a business and make a ton of money.
It's not even that.
It's like the inner potential to be free and express oneself.
Yeah,
All the other stuff comes as well sometimes,
If you wish.
But most of the time it's liberation.
It's liberation.
Liberating your mind.
Because the person who is calm and free is the richest.
And it requires us to own our lives to do that.
Because you know why?
Here's what I think it is.
Because your soul is calling you.
It's like it's tapping you on the shoulder.
You know I was talking about being in the back seat of the car.
It's like your soul is next to you and saying,
Hey,
Come on,
You can drive.
You can drive.
You know you can drive.
And then the mind says,
No,
No,
No,
No.
That's dangerous.
No,
Don't do that.
I'll drive instead.
The soul is like,
No,
No,
You can drive.
Come on.
For most of the time we just don't listen to that voice.
Because the mind is so loud and powerful.
So when I say taking ownership,
I'm saying owning these things that you really want to do.
Otherwise of course it's going to feel like,
Of course you're not going to feel good if you're not being who you are.
It's not a case of hey I have anxiety or I have this or I have that.
That's not what I'm here to share,
To label people.
I'd rather say,
Hey there's something here that wants to be free.
And you have to take relentless ownership of that.
That means taking actions when they don't feel comfortable.
Because something inside of you wants to.
The ego,
The mind,
Someone just says,
Yeah,
Doesn't want you to,
Of course.
Why would it?
It's like if you had a bodyguard next to you.
And you know,
Imagine that you were a famous person.
You had a bodyguard next to you.
Massive bodyguard.
He's only there to protect you.
And then you say,
Hey I think I'm going to go and walk down New York City,
I don't know.
Somewhere where if you were famous you would be well known.
Bodyguard is going to say no,
Not on your own.
I'm with you.
I'm going to guard you.
People are trying to talk to you.
You're walking down the street.
People are like,
Oh my god it's you.
It's you Dave,
It's you Cass.
Nice to see you.
I want to talk to you,
Can I ask you something?
Bodyguard says no,
No,
No,
No,
No.
Get away from them.
They're dangerous.
You know,
Like relationships.
Sometimes we say no,
No,
They're dangerous.
It's the whispers in our head.
Or let's say you're walking down the street.
And you see a shop that you really want to walk into.
Bodyguard says no,
No,
No,
No.
Don't do that.
Why do you want to do that?
You never go into that shop.
What's this all of a sudden?
Bodyguard says no.
Keep walking down this same odd street.
You're not going anywhere new.
Because this street you've been walking down,
It's safe.
Stay on this street.
Don't listen to those people.
Don't go there.
Don't do that.
That's dangerous.
Imagine how you'd feel.
You'd feel compressed.
You'd feel tense.
You wouldn't feel liberated.
Anxiety symptoms occur.
So that's how I'm flipping some of these things into something else.
Instead of a problem you have.
Taking relentless ownership is like,
Hey Bodyguard,
I'm going into that shop.
Yeah,
I don't care what happens.
I'm just going in.
Because it's got pink teddy bears that I really want to go and see.
It's got balloons.
Oh cool.
I want to see these balloons.
Something's drawing you to things.
But fear stands in the way.
Worry.
Analysis.
Relentless means you don't even need the bodyguard.
Only if there's real physical danger.
It's like if I was to pick up this pen.
Great.
This pen is great for when I need to write.
But if I'm walking around with this pen,
Like firstly how am I going to eat my food?
This pen's in my way.
I might actually just end up putting pen marks all over myself.
I need to put this pen down sometimes.
I don't need this pen.
I don't need the fear constantly.
But if I was under danger physically,
Great this is useful now.
So,
I'm going to pause there.
Because I've been speaking for a while now.
And I've just become aware of that.
What comes up for you guys as I pause?
What's your insight so far?
What's occurring to you?
What are you feeling?
What moves through you right now as you've heard me talk?
And then we'll do a little practice.
Christian says yes,
I was thinking the underlying cause is related to low self-esteem.
Definitely.
There's some blocks.
It sometimes feels like there's some blocks.
That's what it was for me.
Dave says I was asked to be a manager.
No desire.
Poor people skills.
Low self-esteem.
Yeah,
Interesting.
And sometimes maybe you don't want to do that,
Right?
Maybe you just don't want to do that.
Greatful.
This is the second time today I got a message about taking action.
Nice.
What do you have to take action on,
Holly?
That's a challenge.
Claire says I feel inspired to go to new places within my own being and also in the physical.
Nice.
Yeah.
Yeah,
Go to new places.
Owning my truth,
Trusting my actions.
Yes.
Allowing myself freedom.
Yeah,
Allowing yourself it,
Right?
Even if it's a very short moment.
Just giving yourself the gift of hey,
Like,
Here's a game sometimes I play,
Which I want to invite you guys to try.
Write it down.
Go and do it maybe after this session.
Is to just daydream.
Just daydream.
Sit there for a while.
Just really daydreaming and feeling into something that,
Oh my God,
If this happened,
How cool would that be?
And then asking yourself,
Huh?
What's one tiny,
Tiny way,
The tiniest way that I could move towards that?
For example,
Mine was,
I challenged myself.
I said in the next 90 days,
I want to do more speaking and I want to ask people to invite me to speak for their companies,
Their teams.
Because the big daydream was,
Oh,
Imagine if I was on a really famous podcast.
I was a guest for someone famous' podcast.
How awesome would that be?
So I said in the next 90 days,
I'm going to make that happen.
And of course,
I know that is probably like small chances of that occurring.
And I mean really famous,
Right?
But what it's helped me to do is to move towards the smaller versions of that.
Of like,
Hey,
I'm just going to see where I can speak.
I'm going to proactively go and message people and ask them,
Would you like me to come and speak at your team meeting or with a group of friends or company or some organization you have,
Some community you have?
Would you like me to come and speak for an hour or a few hours and support you guys?
So I've just been playing that game and asking people.
I'm not expecting anything.
I'm not saying,
Hey,
Like I'm desperate for them to invite me.
It's just a game.
It's just playing the game of life.
That's relentless action.
When you're ready to play the game,
You want to lose some weight.
How about you play a game today?
Wouldn't it be cool if just for today I ate really healthy food?
I don't know.
Wouldn't it be cool if in the next 90 days I look like this?
Wouldn't it be cool if I had a new job?
Let me just flirt online,
Flirt with the Internet and just type in new jobs and just see what comes up.
How cool would that be?
That's kind of fun.
Kind of like a kid who gets excited.
Oh,
That one actually does look good.
Let me apply for that.
Bam,
You got a new job.
Oh,
Wouldn't it be cool if I could be a person who's teaching meditation or running insight timer sessions?
How about I try?
Let me go and do a session.
So I did that.
I was like,
Let me play the game.
I wonder what will occur if I do this.
And I met some amazing people like you guys.
Because I was just playing the game.
I'm not thinking about what my head is saying.
I'm thinking about,
Oh,
Wouldn't it be cool if?
So I invite you to write that question down.
Wouldn't it be cool if?
Without any like,
You're not even trying to do this thing.
You're just saying wouldn't it be cool if?
Wouldn't it be cool if I can travel around the world?
No one's telling you you have to do this.
You're just playing the wouldn't it be cool game.
And then you know from the answer you're getting,
There's an insight in there.
There's a secret dream embedded in that answer you give.
Even if it's not the travel,
It might be like,
Oh,
I want to explore more.
So you might say,
Oh,
I want to travel around the world.
Well,
I don't really want to travel around the world,
But I do want to meet more people.
Ah,
Insight.
I want to meet more people.
So how about I go on these kind of groups and see if I can meet more people?
How about I do that relentlessly?
How about I do that relentlessly once a day?
Spend 30 minutes on it?
That's all.
Oh,
Now you've got a new partner,
A new friend.
You found the love of your life.
You see,
When we're actually in life versus our head,
Things occur.
I'm loving that you guys are putting it into the comments.
Everyone put your wouldn't it be cool into the comments.
I'd love to see this.
And then what I'll do is I'll challenge you guys.
I'll see if I can play with you.
If anyone wants to play.
And I'm not here to rule people's lives.
I'm just here to play and see if I can help you to create insights,
Right?
So put your wouldn't it be cool into the chat and then finally at the end of this session I'll guide you through a practice that will hopefully bring you towards this.
Or bring your energy towards it.
So if you want something to occur,
Share it to declare it.
That's my new phrase.
It's like I should have like boards with my name on it which has a few phrases.
I haven't got many but they seem to be occurring these days.
Share it to declare it.
Put it in the chat.
Put your wouldn't it be cool into the chat.
I'm not going to follow you up or chase you and pressure you to make this happen.
It's for you.
When you share things into the world,
Something occurs.
Put it in the chat and then write it down as well so you can keep it.
Alright I'm seeing a few.
Anyone who hasn't typed it in,
Go for it.
It's just a bit of fun.
It's just a game,
Right?
It doesn't mean you have to do any of this.
It's just a game.
So let me see.
Holly says play the game.
Yes.
Wouldn't it be cool if.
.
.
Ah,
Let me start from the beginning.
So wouldn't it be cool if.
.
.
Ah,
Travel to my favourite locations.
Yes.
Wouldn't it be cool?
Says Andrea.
What's the tiny thing you can do to start daydreaming a bit more about that?
I know for me I just go on YouTube and I look at like cool videos of people in travel locations.
It doesn't mean I have to book a flight right now.
It just means I'm feeling into it.
And then when I'm like yes,
I've got time,
I'm going to do this now,
You've already experienced it to some level through your daydream.
Umi says wouldn't it be cool if I can stop this burnout cycle,
Overdoing stress into crash,
Get back up and repeat.
Yeah,
I can relate a lot to burnout cycles actually.
People think that I'm constantly calm.
But here's something that everyone doesn't know about me.
I'm relentless.
I guess you do know that about me.
I'm relentless.
When I want something I'll go in on it.
And most of the time that's awesome but sometimes it can get too much so I have to slow myself down.
I have to really catch myself and say hold on,
You're going too far now.
So you need to slow down.
So Umi,
My challenge or pondering for you is what has to occur for you to slow down a little bit?
Holly says wouldn't it be cool if the perfect house showed up for me?
Yeah,
Nice one.
What is a perfect house for you?
How would you know?
How about you write down three bullet points?
Which is like oh my god,
If this,
If this,
If I found this house,
Wow!
You might have already done that but just again,
Feel into your perfect house.
And then when you're looking,
You'll be like ah,
That's it.
Maybe,
Right?
Rosemary says wouldn't it be cool to acknowledge my pain and stop fighting it?
You know what I love about that comment Rosemary?
It feels like you just did acknowledge it when you wrote that in.
So awesome for you.
Like yeah,
Something just connected with me when I saw that.
Rosemary,
Awesome for you.
Wouldn't it be cool to support others in finding inner peace and creating global peace and unity?
I love that.
Yes,
It would and yeah,
I really love that one.
What's one tiny step you can do towards that?
Who's one person that you can do that with?
That's how I work sometimes.
I'm looking for one person that I can make a huge impact on.
That's why I love working one-to-one with clients.
I do groups but I'm working mostly one-to-one because it's like if this person is impacted,
They're probably going to impact a bunch of other people around them.
So then you have that ripple effect.
So that's my challenge.
Claire.
40 sun salutations by your 40th birthday.
Nice.
Build up to that.
I bet you you could do that next week.
Kiran,
And I want to hear from you if you,
Because I know you sent me a message.
I want to hear from you because I think you can do this next week.
And it's funny because I had this day once when I woke up and I was like,
I'm going to do 50 sun salutations.
It was only once.
I'm not bragging or anything.
I'm just saying I did it once and I was like,
Oh my God,
This is so intense.
And I didn't realize I could do it.
I just did it.
Just did it through relentlessness,
Let's say.
So there's a lot more your body can do than your mind thinks.
It's just the body's way of resisting.
The same with actions.
Body's resisting.
Body has a certain level that it stays comfortable with where you think that's your capability.
But it's actually way bigger.
What else?
Wouldn't it be cool to travel around the world and play music with a musician you've met?
That would be cool.
How can you do that in a tiny way?
Maybe it's like,
Hey,
Let's go for a weekend somewhere and just play music the whole weekend.
Could that be possible?
You see,
I'm playing this game with you guys and I'm not,
Again,
I'm not the expert.
I don't know all of you very well.
I'm just playing the game of like challenging you and saying,
Well,
What if you did it this way?
Like,
What if you could?
What if this?
Trying to create possibilities.
And you might say,
Raj,
No,
It's not possible.
That's fine.
I'm not attached to it occurring.
And you don't need to be either.
Just play the game.
Wouldn't it be cool if I could do whatever I want?
What if you could?
In a small way.
Five pounds.
What would it be called if you if I could lose five pounds by the end of the month?
Nice.
Well,
Could you?
Could you?
Wouldn't it be cool?
What would it be called?
Wouldn't it be cool to get super fit and strong physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually?
What has to occur for that to happen?
What has to occur right now for that to happen?
I'm talking about present moment actions.
You can say,
OK,
Tomorrow I'm going to run.
I'm going to do this and that.
And if you keep on doing that every day.
You'll get somewhere.
That's again what relentless means to me.
It means you just.
You're in it.
You're not in for.
What's the word?
Instant gratification.
Instant gratification is everywhere these days.
Hormones are all over the place because we look at our phone and it's like,
Oh,
Cool,
Cool photo of someone.
And then we'll look at our phone and they'll be like,
Oh,
My God,
Like,
I wish I could be like that person.
So then another hormone kicks off.
And then all this.
Yeah,
Just all this news and stuff.
Right.
It's just constant hitting us.
But over time,
If you work on something over time in a tiny way,
Something gets created like there's no way something doesn't get created.
Wouldn't it be cool to meet some like minded souls?
Oh,
Here we are.
And.
I have a share it to declare on a sticky note.
Oh,
Nice.
You made it you made it during the last live session with me.
Oh,
Cool.
That means I'm having some sort of impact on people.
That's great.
That's awesome to know.
Yeah.
Share it to declare it.
I've shared some things that I was scared to share many,
Many times.
And it always,
Always feels so nice to get it out.
Let me let me read out a few more.
Everyone's getting in on this.
I like this vibe.
Wouldn't it be cool if through yoga I can help people to feel good within,
Keep their energy high.
And with teaching yoga,
You could be flexible and travel and meet cool people as well.
Yes.
How can you do that in a small way?
Wouldn't it be cool if in 90 days be conscious aging catalyst.
And influence and different platform.
Nice.
I like that one,
Sally.
What if you could.
What if you could.
And let's connect.
I want to talk to you about that one.
Drop me a message because I'm Yeah,
I've played with this one quite a lot with like growing reach and growing impact and stuff like that.
So if you'd like to talk about that,
Sally,
Then find me and we can chat.
Who else?
Wouldn't it be cool if I can run a bed and breakfast in an amazing building in France and just work a few hours a day.
And you'd be the welcoming host,
Helping people find peace.
How awesome is that?
Yeah,
I want I want to challenge you to sit with that one.
Sit with that one a bit longer because that feels like a powerful one.
Yeah,
And if you do make that thing in France,
Drop me a message.
I'll come and guide some meditations for your group.
That'd be fun.
I want to see this building that you're making.
Make it happen.
Make it happen so powerfully and relentlessly that you definitely message me to tell me that this has happened.
I don't care what I'm doing when you make this like it might be in a few years whenever.
When you make this thing,
Any of you guys here,
When you start moving towards this in a small way,
You have just a tiny thing that's moving you towards it.
Find me and drop me a message to tell me,
Oh my God,
Raj,
I'm doing it.
You won't believe this.
I'm doing it.
All of you.
I'm challenging and calling you all out.
I'm not going to pressure you or anything.
I just want to hear.
I just want to hear that you're you're actually going forth,
Being relentless and taking ownership of your dreams.
This is not about having the end goal.
It's about tomorrow or now,
Today.
You have decided to take the tiniest step.
Even if that just means looking on Google.
You've decided.
And that's the people I want to hear from.
Won't it be cool if.
.
.
No,
Where am I?
Spiritual to host a intentional space of spiritual tattoo healing retreats.
Wow.
I'm I'm curious to hear more about that Katya.
I don't think I've heard that one before.
So it sounds super cool.
Tattoo healing treats retreat.
Sorry.
Yeah,
That's awesome.
I got a friend.
If you want to if anyone wants to create retreats and stuff like that,
I got a friend and he's also a client who does this kind of stuff.
So if anyone wants to hear about how to do that,
I can just send you his way and he can just help you out or give you information or whatever.
Super cool stuff.
Retreats.
Seems like a few people here want to create like retreat houses or peaceful community type of things.
I love that.
Let me see.
I'll read out a few more.
Let's see.
Let's see.
Wouldn't it be cool to run to run.
I nearly said runch because you wrote brunch there.
To run a brunch cafe.
There we go.
Run a brunch cafe abroad.
Sharing my love of nourishing foods,
Art and kindred souls.
Emilia,
I want you to make that happen so you can invite me there.
I want to come to this brunch cafe and have your nourishing foods and see your art.
So again,
That's another one I want to see happen.
I want you to message me tomorrow and tell me what's the small thing you're doing towards this.
Share it to declare it.
Share it with me.
Tell me what you're going to do.
It feels like we've got a band of people here that want to do similar stuff.
It feels like we should all get together and talk.
Like really talk instead of just chat and maybe get on zoom or something.
That'd be fun.
What else?
Wouldn't it be cool if we could have these sessions every week?
Yes!
Well I usually host these every week actually.
These are weekly wonder I call them.
And I haven't put in the event for next week but there will be an event next week same time weekly.
And I haven't decided what that will be called yet but if you're around same time next week come along and we can have some fun again.
Alright,
Let me read maybe one or two more out.
Oh yeah,
There is a Powerful Beings group on Insight Timer.
So if you search on the Insight Timer app Powerful Beings it will say group.
It's kind of like this chat community.
It's really cool actually.
Not many people have interacted there for a while.
It used to be very interactive but they changed the app and now not many people are talking.
So all of you guys here who have declared your things it's like I'm inviting a party in.
All of you guys come and let's have a party there.
Let's like send each other love.
Let's talk about all this stuff that we want to do.
Join the group.
Alright,
I'm going to read one more.
I think I've got everyone anyway.
Let's see.
Wouldn't it be cool if I can spend more time to pamper myself at a spa weekend?
Yes.
You can go to one of these guys retreats.
Everyone here wants to run a retreat or a healing home it looks like.
So whoever makes this happen find us all and invite us.
And you can use me as a medium if you want.
Tell me when you make this happen any one of you.
Whatever you make,
Whatever you've declared today commit to a small thing.
It took me just taking a course in coaching,
In meditation teaching,
In other courses as well.
Just signing up for a course.
But it wasn't just that because that's just knowledge.
That's just skills.
Then what it took was another tiny thing of hey I'm going to make a social media page.
So I'm on there if you want to check me out Raj Gorsea go and find me.
Go nuts.
And I say go nuts because there's endless amount of content I've made on YouTube.
I've made everywhere.
Just look me up.
But it took a tiny thing of like hey let me make a page.
It was only like a year and a half ago I think or two years.
Something like I made a page.
And then I said hey how about I do an insert timer page.
And now look there's like a thousand I've got like a thousand five hundred followers from zero from nothing.
I didn't have any connections.
There was no one here to help me out.
I didn't have friends who were like me.
Nobody.
The tiny steps.
The retreats.
These Airbnb things you want to make.
Meditations.
Yes.
All possible.
If you take ownership and be relentless do not let your mind stop you.
Your mind is not the problem.
It's just there.
Paying attention to it.
Letting it stop you.
That's what's stopping all of the things you want in life.
So everyone I invite you connect with me with others.
Tell me your commitment.
Tell me if you want any support with this.
And I'll send you one of these like resources that I made.
I went nuts and made like hundreds of videos and articles.
I will definitely send you one specifically.
I'll pick one out like a birthday present or like a bouquet of flowers.
And I'll send you something that's going to take you on your way.
100%.
Or we'll have a conversation.
Because sometimes people ask me questions.
And I'm okay with that.
My inbox is open.
So this thing you want to create.
Feel free to involve me.
And I'll just help you get on your way and make this happen.
And if you want some more support then we can talk about that as well.
Some people want to have me as a mentor or a guide.
We can talk about that as well.
Again that's an invitation.
I don't take too many people on in the year.
So it's not like I'm saying,
Hey everyone come.
I want all of you guys to work with me.
If you're feeling something inside you that's intrigued.
Thinking oh what would it be like being with Raj one to one for a long period of time to make these dreams happen.
If that comes through you then just drop me a message and we can talk.
It'll be fun to help some of you guys make these retreats and then be a teacher there.
See you build it and then be a part of it.
It'll be fun.
So check that out.
And I've also got a three day session.
Three day experience I'm calling it.
Coming up in,
Very soon actually,
In March.
Small group of people.
Just like here it seems like we've got a good like minded bunch of people.
Small group of people that I'm bringing into this.
It's the last chance for you to join this.
You've got to let me know within the next like five days basically.
Latest.
Four or five days.
I'll send you a link.
I'll tell you what it's about.
I'll send you a voice note.
We can talk about it.
If you're interested you can come.
If I feel like it's a good fit you can come.
If you feel like it's a good fit,
Yeah,
You can come.
So that's all for all of that stuff.
I like to send invitations at the end.
Some people are like,
Oh I'm not sure if I can message you and I want to,
I've been thinking to message you for a while and I've been watching your stuff for a while.
I wasn't sure if it was okay.
Felt a bit uncomfortable.
I was a bit nervous about it.
It's okay.
It's all good.
Like I get it.
That's why I like to say,
Hey I'm opening a door.
Come in.
Make it easier,
Right?
So,
With that said,
Let's do a short practice to finish guys.
And I just want to acknowledge everyone here once again for these amazing things you're cultivating with each other in the chat.
Ideas,
Dreams that can turn into,
Like really can turn into realities.
One of my clients,
He came to me and said I want to open a business where I get to travel the world.
I get to be around cool like-minded people.
I just organise the travel,
I organise the experience and they come along.
And I do this everywhere in the world.
And I said,
Cool,
Let's do it.
And his face was like,
What?
How though?
And I said,
Well we just start with something small.
And he's only been working with me for like,
I think it's been like three months or so.
Two months maybe.
Yeah,
Just at the start of this year.
Two,
Three months,
Something like that.
And he's just gone yesterday on his first experience.
Somehow from nowhere he's found people that are interested.
And he's messaging me and showing me all these videos.
He's like,
Oh my god Raj,
I'm on the beach in St.
John's in the Caribbean island.
He's like,
I can't believe this is real.
Whoa,
What the hell?
It just takes you to commit and go beyond the fears to make stuff like this happen.
It's crazy what can occur once you're in that right frame.
And you're just being relentless.
Making it happen.
And then there's this thing called God,
Universe,
Spirit that will be on your side.
Now you don't have to do this on your own.
It's not just you and this like,
You against the world.
It's you with this energy of God,
This spirit,
Whatever you want to call that.
In alignment.
And being around the right type of people that propels you into your dreams.
Instead of trying to do everything like mind driven.
Ahh.
Alright,
Let's do a practice.
I'm feeling energy moving through me so I think it's a great time to leave this session.
It feels like I've just exploded into flames for this whole hour and twenty minutes.
So I'm hoping this was useful to some of you guys.
You guys brought my energy up too so good fun.
Raj Sows,
Weekly Wonder is a new garden.
Raj sows and fertilizes seeds.
See what wonders sprout.
Exactly.
That's a great way to put it Dave.
You should write marketing for me.
One of my clients said to me,
You're a weaver.
And I said,
What do you mean a weaver?
And she said,
It's like you're using language and energy and you're weaving things.
You're weaving something.
And again,
It's not even about me.
I don't feel like I'm doing anything.
I'm just encouraging things to come out.
I'm just there in the corner supporting.
So,
Let's slow down.
Let's absorb all of this energy.
Close your eyes if you want.
You can keep them open.
Take some deep breaths out towards the ground.
You know like a fire breathing dragon.
Just let it out towards the ground.
Through your nose.
Deep breath in.
A few more.
Deep breath all the way to your chest,
Belly,
Tops of your shoulders.
Feel it.
Two more.
Extend the out breath.
Last one.
Really extend it now.
Close your eyes.
Let your breath do its own thing.
Feel your connection to the ground.
And then to your heart.
Right in the center of your heart.
Breathe into your heart.
And then bring your awareness above your head.
The heavens,
Sky,
Space.
The space.
Limitless.
Now come back to your heart.
Feel the space from above.
Dropping down through your head.
Golden light.
Moving towards your heart.
Your dreams.
Your wishes.
Moving from the heavens.
Through your head.
Into your heart.
Feel what it would be like.
For your dream to come true.
Three years from now.
Imagine your dream life.
In your heart.
Wouldn't it be cool if.
.
.
.
.
.
You could feel the light in your heart?
And now from the ground.
The lightning force of the earth.
Moving up your legs.
Your hips.
Stomach.
And your heart.
The fire.
The relentless you.
Combining with your dreams from the heavens.
The calm meets the fire.
Feel powerful.
But wise.
Feel strong.
But gentle.
Like a king.
Or a queen.
In your heart.
Now.
.
.
.
.
.
You have the energy to come out of the meditation.
New.
Refreshed.
Relentless.
And calm.
Wake up.
Alright.
That's all guys.
And sometimes I gotta wake people up with a harsh ding.
Sometimes it's not a gentle,
Hey let's all calm down.
Sometimes I like that.
Sometimes it's like,
Let's go,
Let's go,
Let's go.
But with poise and calm at the same time.
That's what life is.
The beauty,
The balance between the fire inside you and the calm.
If you can work out how to combine those.
That's basically what I spent most of my life figuring out.
If you can combine all of that and you can tap into all the elements.
Everything is easier.
Your health becomes easier,
Relationships become easier.
Mind,
Everything.
So.
.
.
Tell me how you're feeling as we end the session.
What are you gonna do next?
I tell people I'm not a motivational speaker.
You might feel very motivated.
As a.
.
.
Like that's what I wanna spark in someone.
But I want transformation.
I really want you guys to go and change.
Cause I know how much it doesn't feel nice to be stuck and you know,
Not where you wanna be.
Knowing there's potential.
Fire and calm produces union,
Balance.
Yin and yang,
Right?
That's what it is.
It's one.
You unite them.
So.
.
.
Rent less.
Rent less and contact you.
Oh yeah,
Definitely contact me.
Yeah,
Like I said before,
My inbox is open.
Whoever wants some support.
Whether that's I send you something or whether that's,
Hey Raj,
How about we work together?
I want you to help me with my dreams.
Yeah,
That's fine as well,
Right?
It's up to you to come and tell me what level of support you might want.
Most of the time I just send people things.
I'll send,
Like I said,
I made tons of resources.
One of them was called 5 ways to challenge overthinking.
I talk about how to use your body,
Your health.
How to tap into better relationships.
And things about meditation as well.
So if you want that,
I'll send that to you.
There's a bunch of things like that,
That I've made.
I just send people and then they're like,
Oh wow,
That's enough.
That's all I needed.
Cool.
So yeah,
Get in touch.
This whole thing for me is,
I'm on Insight Timer.
And this is me being completely transparent.
I'm on Insight Timer.
So many people here.
So much good vibes.
I come back here for a reason.
Because of the vibes from people.
But then I'm like,
Oh,
I really want to know like what,
I really genuinely want to know like what are people doing after they feel so excited in their sessions.
Like what's happening next?
I want to see the next chapter.
I want to see what actually happens.
So yeah,
Definitely get in touch.
I want to know more like-minded people who are on this journey.
