And I really invite you to take this time that we have together.

You might not have all the time to be here,
But while you are here,
While you are spending this time,

Because the day can get ahead of us.
Our mind is wanting to do all these things.
And I might even say something in this session which makes you think or start googling stuff or writing things down.
You can do that if you want.

We're going to be here for about an hour or so.

See if you can feel that rhythm of slowing down with me.

In this moment.
We have is this.

The five pillars.
Of mastery that I live by myself.
That I'm passionate about.

The experience.

Everything I'm about to talk about is the human potential.
It's not this thing that is just for me.
Or for anyone.
Or Eckhart Tolle.
Or some yogis in India.
You know?
Everything I'm about to say is what we all have access to.
So.
Slow down a little bit more.
Let's really get present.
Let's really get present.
I'm feeling like I'm getting into my zone right now.
Presenting,
I call it.
Presenting as an activity.
So.
Five pillars.
Of mastery that I live by and I think are useful for everyone.
Number one is everything I just spoke about.
I'll definitely go into my journey.

So the first pillar is,
Yeah,
Like I just started saying,
Is what I've already introduced you to,
Which I can call slowing down.
Slowing down.
I'm doing this like slowing down with my hand from here.
Like up here saying slowing down,
And I stopped about here where my heart is slowing down here.
And connecting to the space in the silence.
You may hear this being said as the present moment.
Or be here now.
Let me give you an example of this.
Yesterday I was just walking.
And it was just dark.
It was a Saturday night.
Pitch black.
Saturday night pitch black.
There were no cars around.
There was no noise.
I could literally hear nothing.
It surprised me because often there's all this noise.
Even when I'm walking I can feel my body just full of this energy and moving.
And I really dropped in in that moment.
I had no music in my ears.
I had nothing.
I was just there.
And I realized it wasn't the world that was quiet.
It was me.
I was quiet.
I was just walking at a pace which there was no rush.
I wasn't trying rushing to get anywhere.
It was just silence.
I wasn't trying to figure things out in my head as I'm walking.
I was just moving.
Just moving.
Feel free to take notes if you want.
I love to scribble things down.
Most of the time I don't even look at them again.
I just write things.
It helps me to absorb it.
So whatever works for you.
So number one is presencing.
Silence.
We can call it space.
See if you can sense it.
Right now.
Notice how I am creating longer gaps after my sentences.
After I stop speaking,
Just listen for the silence.
This is an exercise for you to play with right now.
You may hear your thoughts saying,
Hmm,
I'm not doing this very well Raj.
Maybe judgment,
Maybe something.
Maybe you're thinking about what to do next.
Just listen to the space.
Try your best.
There's no perfect way to do this.
I stop speaking.
And the sound is gone.
I'm aware of my reactions.
I can really listen.
I can listen.
You guys are just commenting and I'm like,
Is something wrong with this?
Is something wrong with my microphone?
I can hear my voice saying it.
Speaking to me.
I'm listening.
I'm not reacting.
If I was reacting I'd be like,
Oh my god,
What happened?
What's that?
Freaking out.
That was me from the past.
Reacting.
Freaking out of everything.
Rushing,
Rushing,
Rushing.
Get here,
Get there.
I couldn't even hear silence.
There's this constant noise in my head and tension.
So that's the first pillar.
Maybe we can call that awareness.
Awareness.

Really paying attention,
Being here.
How does that feel for you right now?

There's nowhere to go.

I'm not saying this is going to always be easy.
I'm not saying that.
I'm saying this is a practice towards you,
You're not just ministering yourself.
Because the more you're able to do this,
The more you're able to do this,
The easier it becomes.
It literally is.
You know,
I used to hear this from people saying,
Yeah,
Raj,
It's like a muscle when you practice these things.
And I didn't believe it.
But it is.
It really is.
The more you practice this,
The more you get good at this presencing,
Listening for space,
The more you can do it amongst chaos.
And ultimately.
We came from silence,
And this is me going a bit deeper.
I'm not going to go so deep on this.
But this is this is what I experience life as anyway.
Maybe a physicist or someone else will say something different.
Everything came from nothing.
They say life started with sound.
Something made a sound.
And then that created vibrations and then things started getting created.
Right.
So we came from silence.
That's that's where we come from.
So we can almost think of this as our nature.
I completely understand someone said it can be scary.
It can.
You know,
Yesterday when I was walking.
I was like,
I noticed the psychology speaking,
You know,
Amongst all the silence and the peace I was having.
Psychology was like,
Huh?
Hmm.
Where is everyone?
I wonder if people are doing things.
They're having a fun Saturday night.
I remember the times when you used to do that,
Raj.
And then it just runs on this like this,
Like this thread of things.
It starts thinking about friends.
It starts thinking about ex-partners.
It goes everywhere.
It goes wild from that one thought.
And the thoughts are not the truth.
The silence is the truth.
The silence is the reality.
So I just come back to that.
I get away from the noise and I come back to the silence.
So if it's scary.
That's just the mind making up stories.
It's not scary in reality.
Right.
So.
First one,
Guys.
Number two.
Is what I call the second thing that happened.
Well,
Let me rephrase that.
I said we came from silence and then there was life.
Life was born through sound or through something.
I don't know.
I don't have facts to back this up.
I don't have science to back this up.
But there are scientists who have gone through these theories and proved some of it.
So the second thing is.
What I call life force.
Life force.
Life.
You think of it.
You can think of it this way.
You can think of it as.
When you plant a seed.
The seed has all the potential for life.
And then it grows into something.
It grows.
Life is surging through it.
Or like us.
If we wanted to create other humans.
We have the ability to create other humans.
There's a life force running through us.
That can create more life.
Right.
So number two is life force because.
Everyone knows that feeling of aliveness.
When you just feel like something's flooding through your system.
It's just moving through.
And see if you can notice that.
Think of a time right now.
You can do this as an exercise.
Think of a time right now.
When you felt that life force flooding through you.
You know,
A lot of people will be into extreme sports.
I know some people from Canada.
And it doesn't matter who I meet from Canada.
They always tell me something about they're going snowboarding or they're going to do something from a lake.
Is anyone from Canada here?
They're going to like wakeboard and all this stuff.
And I see these pictures.
This like this.
This vase of life that they have.
They're exploring that energy in them.
Some people like to dance.
Feel that aliveness moving through you.
Some people like playing instruments or drums,
You know.
Buzz from that.
So what is it that gives you that?
Just talk about that.
Put it in the chat.

Saying what is it that gives you the buzz of life?
What is it that gives you that buzz?
Maybe a snowboarding for you?
Instruments?
What is it?
What gives you the feeling of aliveness?

All right.
You get it randomly.
My boss reminds me of being pregnant.
Ha.
Yes.
You're literally birthing something inside you.
So let me talk more about this.
How can you create this life force?
For some people,
It might be doing exercise.
That literally moves oxygen through you.
For some people,
It might be.
Breath work,
Pranayama.
That literally is pumping breath inside you.
Surging that through your body.
For some people,
It might be something else.
I practice a lot of Kundalini yoga.
So I'd recommend breath mantra.
Mantra is powerful.
Really gets that thing going inside.
Because ultimately we have channels inside of us.
In yoga,
It's called nadis.
Chinese call it meridians.
Where there's this literal chi,
As they call it in Chinese,
Or prana,
Moving through us.
The thing that is moving through us.
That life force.
So,
The recommendation is find something that helps you to move this through you.
That's my recommendation here.
Find something that helps you move it through you.
I'm going to do a little short exercise right now.
If you're ready.
See if we can feel some of this life force.
So close your eyes.
Get yourself into your centered position.
And take a deep breath in through the nose.
Close the mouth completely.
Take a deep breath out of the nose.
Mouth is closed.
And now I want you to deepen your breath.
And imagine you were a dragon.
You were a dragon which had literal fire coming out of your nose.
So breathe in life through your nose.
And breathe out fire.
Push it out.
Push it out as if you were pushing fire out.
Breathe in and breathe out the fire.
And just follow my rhythm now.
Breathing in and then breathing out fire.
Breathing in and then breathing out fire.
Okay,
Let's stop there.
Keep your eyes closed.
And just observe.
See if you notice anything.
I'm going to do that again one last time.
This time I want you to get your stomach involved.
So breathing in through the nose.
And then as you're breathing out through the nose,
Pull your stomach in.
Almost violently.
Almost violently.
As long as you haven't eaten too much.
So breathing in through the nose and then as you breathe out,
Pull the stomach in.
Violently.
So you can just watch me if you want.
And then start once you're ready.
So breathing in through the nose.
Breathing out,
Stomach in violently.
Again.
It's sharp.
Our breath is sharp.
Keep going.
Hey.
There.
Keep your eyes closed.
See if you notice anything.
Any heat.
Anything in your body.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Let me know if you experienced anything.
Someone said they feel energized.
Yes,
This is energy itself.
That's what this is.
This number two is about energy.
Power almost.
It's that inner power.
Chi.
Life force.
Shakti,
They might call it in Indian traditions.
Tingling.
Yes.
This is the thing that is bursting through us.
You can even call it your fuel.
Your fuel that is better than any carbohydrates.
It's better than the carbohydrate marketing packaging that says you will be fueled after you eat this.
It's better than that.
It's the purest form of life and energy.
There's a red orange glow.
I love that.
Tingling and dizzy.
Yeah.
Be with that.
Don't try and control that.
Just let it be.
Let it move through you.
So.
That's number two.
Life force.
Power.
We all need some of that.
We all need that power.
Without the power,
Without that force,
Then it's very easy to become like a sloth.
That's what happened to me for most of my life.
And a bit more background.
I was a sloth.
I found it very hard to do things,
To take action,
To even feel motivated or inspired.
Because all my energy was getting taken away from thinking,
Overthinking.
It's like all of it was going there.
My life force was all,
Any bit I had was going into thinking.
Bad foods as well.
You know,
This comes into this equation as well.
Food.
The foods we eat.
And I'm very much into that food movement.
How we're looking after this body,
You know,
That all comes into this second pillar.
It's an equation.
Because if,
You know,
I used to work in IT and we had the same garbage in,
Garbage out.
So this is this is all about that,
That pure energy source that we have.
And as soon as I started doing this stuff.
Yeah,
I felt motivated to go and travel and things like that.
I felt the energy to start what I'm doing here now.
Felt that power inside,
Self empowerment.
Because I had a fuel source that was charging me,
You know.
This is the this is the thing that made life itself is the thing that allows the plants to grow.
That's what I'm going to tell you straight up.
And I'm I know that inside.
This is a very deep experience of it.
So if you keep that knowing,
If you if you evolve this knowing that I'm giving to you right now and you start working on this,
You're going to see massive changes,
Honestly.
So the first two alone are huge.
This is the ingredients of life itself.
You know,
This isn't something I read in the book.
This this this is my experience of what life is made of.
Number two,

It's going to get more exciting.

Not really.

Because I had a full stomach as well.
So it's not it's not it's not great to do on a full stomach.

If you're really doing a practice,

It is much better to do it empty stomach.
At least if your food is digested.

If you know me well enough by now.

It's one of the food is our medicine.

I'll tell you what number three is.
Number three is.
Power of the heart.
Power of the heart.
This was massive for me.
I didn't I don't even think I knew what heart was for most of my life.
And I tell people this all the time.
I don't even I couldn't feel anything beyond.
Heartbeat when I'm running fast or exercising.
Someone said someone said to me,
Listen to your heart,
Raj.
I would have laughed and said,
What do you mean?
I don't know.
It's not beating right now.
Very far.
What are you talking about?
This has been life changing for me.
Opening up my heart and accessing the power of it.
Why?
Because the heart sits in the middle of us.
And it's amazing.
Just think about it.
If you were an architect or a.
Or a geometrist,
Something something like that,
Right?
A mathematician.
Look at where it is.
It's right there.
So intelligent that they put it right there.
If you're interested in chakras,
It is the central point.
It is the central chakra.
I again like I would have read about this stuff in the past,
But not understood it.
So I'm going to try and break this down in the simplest way I can.
I experience it as a sensing ability.
For me,
It is beyond psychological based emotions.
You know,
Like,
Oh,
I feel sad.
I feel confused because that is usually driven by thinking.
Psychological thinking that we've collected from our life.
So that's not the purest form of the heart.
It's not the thing we were born with.
The psychology that's that's based on thinking.
Thinking patterns that have been stored into beliefs and habits they've turned into.
So emotions usually follow thinking.
And body sensations.
They all work together.
Body and mind is working as a unit.
The purest form of heart is a sensing ability.
And it almost connects.
The two pillars that I talked about earlier.
Of awareness.
And power.
Because the heart is able to blend,
Bring those two into one.
That's why it's in the middle.
How genius,
Right?
When that clicked for me,
I was like,
Whoa,
It clicked so hard.
I was like,
Because I'm a very logical person,
You know,
That's what people love about me.
I seem to attract a lot of Germans and a lot of people from Western countries,
UK,
Europeans,
Americans.
Because I speak very logically about this stuff,
Because that's how I was trying to understand it.
So it makes sense,
Like this heart is able to.
Bring in.
The two pillars I spoke about earlier and combine them into a third energy.
It's like perfect harmony.
You know,
People talk about,
I want balance.
I want perfect harmony.
I want to be able to do things powerfully.
I also want to be calm.
I want to be able to take action.
From a place of presence.
That's what this is.
That's what the heart can do.
But it's often blocked because we were,
You know,
Something might have happened when we were younger.
So our heart was all closed.
Closed off.
It's like I can't feel things.
If I feel something,
If I sense something inside,
That's wrong.
That's not good.
Because that time for me,
For example.
For me,
For example,
It was like when I was younger,
I didn't fit into groups.
I couldn't fit in.
From the ages of three,
I was just the outsider.
Can anyone else relate?
Were you like that as well?
I was the outsider.
I felt unloved.
I felt I wasn't accepted.
I felt abandoned.
All that stuff was going on.
Can anyone relate?
Because it felt like being me,
You know,
Ultimately what the message I was saying to myself was being me is not a good thing,
So I must create an identity that will be accepted.
That's the summary of most of the things going on in our head.
A summary for you.
I had to change to be accepted.
So I couldn't be pure me.
I couldn't be me.
I couldn't express myself.
I couldn't feel things.
I wasn't loved.
I wasn't taken care of.
So there was this story running through my life.
So when we work with the heart again,
It's like we reconnect to that pure expression of who we are.
It's like we're OK.
And not just that,
The heart is to do with things like passion.
You know,
They say it like when they say sing from the heart.
Sing from your heart.
Do it with heart.
Why do we say that?
Why does it connect if I was to say that to you?
Because it just does.
Even if you knew nothing about the heart,
It just connects,
Right?
Do it from the heart.
It allows us to have so much expression,
So much so much can come out of this place.
Powerful things can come out of this place.
Love,
Love is the thing that is flowing through it.
Love,
Ultimately,
You know,
I said the first two pillars are awareness and life,
Which you can translate to non-life and life.
And now you can translate this to.
I hesitate to use the language male and female energies because this gets very confusing.
People turn it into genders and it becomes this whole thing.
You know,
So I'll just say combining two energies,
Opposing energies.
The first pillar I said is non-life before life,
Stillness,
Space.
Second is life,
Aliveness.
The heart allows us to do is to feel love.
And love is the connection of the two.
Love is those two becoming one,
Just as if a male and a female were to make a child.
They have joined in communion.
They have joined in communion as one.
It's what the heart represents to me.
Being in oneness.
You can call that centered.
You can call that balanced,
Whatever.
Love,
That's what love is.
It's not the romantic,
Here's some flowers.
Here's some flowers,
Love.
It's just love.
So,

As you can see,
The way I'm speaking,
I'm getting excited.
I'm getting excited because it took me a lot of time to come to this place where I could experience all of these three things I'm telling you about.
It took me a lot of time.
And it's like past version of me.
This is what he needed.
That's why I'm here.
That's why I'm talking to all of you guys.
Because maybe you are a past version of me.
I don't know.
Maybe you're taking one thing I said today and it helps.
Hope so.
That's what love can do.
Love is the opposite of ego.
Which we can say is fear.
Love is the opposite of ego.
Ego says,
I need to get things to feel okay.
Love says,
I'm already fine.
I can give you stuff.
Love smiles.
Love is joy without having a reason to be joy.
I don't need external validation.
That's what love is.
And yeah,
It took me a while to start experiencing this.
I started off and some people were probably thinking how,
How,
How,
How.
A lot of people ask me how.
Before I even finish a sentence,
They're like how.
And I give you all this context for a reason.
To see what it brings up in you.
I want this to become in you.
To awaken that in you.
So if you,
If you're thinking about it,
If you've got a piece of paper,
Whatever you're doing,
Check in right now.
What comes up for you?
And some of the hows,
If you want me to tell you.
I started with,
Got into Buddhist meditation of loving kindness.
That's how I first started connecting to the heart.
Loving kindness meditation.
And wow,
Like tears started coming out when I started doing it more often.
Loving kindness,
Forgiveness,
Compassion.
All of that stuff really helped.

I've got like two.
One is the morning practice and then the other one is,
There's another one there.

Forgiveness I think.
A lot started softening,
You know,
Softening.
Saying it's okay to love.
It's okay to feel things for others.
It's okay for me to feel full stop.
It's okay for me to let someone in.
It's okay for me to drop my guard.
So.
I'm going to sit in silence for a moment just to put a pause to have some space.
Stop connecting to your heart.
To that you inside.
And if you're thinking,
I don't know how to do that Raj.
It's okay.
Just bring your awareness.
To everything I just said.
Bits of it.

All of the,
This is what all of the spiritual religious teachings have been saying and just in different words and different stories and different characters.
I got obsessed at some point with looking,
I was like,
I'm going to look through all of the religious things and see what the interconnection is.
And then I realized,
Wow,
They're all saying the same thing,
Just in different ways.
You know,
If you look beyond the words and the things your mind is accustomed to through what you've seen in the world.
If you,
If you go beyond that and really look for the raw teachings,
There's,
There's a,
Yeah,
They're saying very similar things to what I'm saying here.
It's terribly hard to connect to my heart when I have to be strong all the time.
Sometimes I ask people this question,
So I'll ask all of you here.
If you ever going through struggles or challenges or overthinking.
Ask yourself this question,
Write it down if you have to.
If love was a person.
What would love say?
About your situation.
Whatever.
Love was a person,
What would love say?
It feels a human thing here that was with you by your side to help you,
What would it say?
I sense I'm sensing something,
You know,
I'm sensing,
You know,
We're all here today,
But I'm sensing that this is difficult for all of you.
Just I'm just got this intuition sometimes.
I don't know if it's right or wrong.
Sometimes I just sense something.
I said,
This is a difficult one.
This is a difficult one.
You know,
Just being and listening and you might be questioning yourself saying,
I can't feel anything Raj.
Does this mean I'm empty?
Does this mean I can't ever be OK?
You know,
All that stuff might be coming up.
I'm really just trying to introduce you to this.
Like I always say,
This is a work in progress.
It's a practice.
It's a practice.
That's what's helped me.
Someone was asking me,
Tell me more about your journey.
I'll tell you that is being a practice is being constant,
Evolving.
I've been fascinated by this.
That's why I've been able to uncover these things,
Because constantly working on it.
Even now,
Constantly working on it.
I know there's always new levels of awareness that comes up.
New levels of heart,
New levels of energy.
So I'm going to move on,

So number four.
Before those three are in a sequence,
I've created it very intelligently.
This is how I work as well.
This is this is how I operate in my life.
This is how I see my life working best.
Those three are in a sequence.
They stack on top of each other almost.
Oh,
I don't know.
Let's just say these things stack together.
Number four is.
Why we'll call.
Grounding the mind.
Because with those three,
If you are able to operate from compassion,
From power and from presence,
Now you have this like chemistry kit.
You have this chemistry kit that you can start applying to your transformation.
And that's what these two these next two are about.
So,
Yeah,
The first one number four is transformation grounding the mind.
Which we can call detaching from our psychology or you can some people call it healing journey.
I don't really use that term.
Doesn't doesn't serve me for some reason,
But you can call it the healing journey.
I like to call it transformation,
Maybe or or or letting go.
Really is is like here's how I think about it.
It's like a.
It's like an out breath.
The out breath is made to let go of things we don't need inside anymore.
It's a letting go and an out breath or you breathe out.
You're letting stuff out.
Literally,
Things are coming out that you don't need anymore.
That's what this fourth pillar is about.
Letting go,
Releasing.
So if you're able to bring love and presence and life force to your transformational process,
You're letting go process.
This is where it becomes real and you can actually make it happen because otherwise otherwise,
If you're trying to transform the way you see things and you're in a state of tension or you're you're you're all over the place.
And you don't feel anything inside.
Then it's like this is it's like this manic process to try and transform and let things go.
That's what I learnt.
Is this manic process.
It doesn't go away.
That's why people will tell me I've been in personal development for 10 years or I've been working on myself for 10 years,
15 years,
And nothing seems to work.
Nothing's changed.
I keep doing I keep trying.
And then they say things like.
I guess it will be a lifetime until I get to change and that that when I hear that.
I just.
I just want to tell them that it doesn't have to be like that.
You know,
I've worked with people and I'm not saying this to brag,
By the way,
Just to tell you before I say this.
I worked with people for three months sometimes.
And we've completely let go of stuff that they they've been challenged with for years.
Someone said to me,
So,
For example,
One of my clients.
She said,
I don't really understand this ego thing.
I read the book Eckhart Tolle.
And I just can't.
Go and I can't be present.
I can't separate myself from my thinking.
So I started sending her voice notes,
Send her free articles.
And we weren't even working together,
Just like if anyone else,
If any of you send send me a message,
I'll just send you things that will help.
It's my invitation.
So then we started working together for about three months to start with.
And boom,
Like I helped her with her life force,
With the with that energy I spoke about,

I want to move on to number 5 just because time is moving quickly with us today,

It's here for a reason,

Number 5 is creation creation this is where it gets exciting guys they say that you're able to slow down,
You're able to let go of stuff,
You're able to feel heart they say,
It doesn't matter to what degree,
This is not an end goal,
This is not enlightenment this is just to where you,
How you evolve in that journey,

I'm still evolving so,
Number 5 is creation and this is where all of the personal development gurus will be living,
They'll be living in this realm they'll be living in this realm,

A very deep spiritually driven place,
Because it's way beautiful then why?

Chasing achievement,
Chasing success,
Chasing money,
Chasing fame,
Chasing this,
Chasing that results,
Results,

Action,
Action,
All day long a lot of the people I meet that are in that place,
They haven't done any of the other stuff on the other pillars so they're never satisfied,
They're never happy because there's always a chase all of the marketing out there is to feed on that,
Feed on people that want that chase but if you work on these other things like I mentioned,
Now going and creating your success or your finances or your business this is fine because you're already in a,
You know that you are here and you're okay if you know that you're here and you're okay,
If you know that you don't need these things then it becomes a creative playground and this is so powerful when I'm coaching people who are starting a business or wanting to write a book or wanting to do anything the problem always happens that they're stuck in their head because they're worried about something so the things won't happen or it won't be as effective or as powerful as they want it to be because all of these fears are in the way but if you come from a place of I'm playing here,
I'm creating this business,
I'm creating my next career I'm creating my healthy body that looks great on a beach or whatever from a place that is not psychologically driven to feel love or to feel complete or to chase all day long if it's coming from you're already grounded then it's a different game altogether it's a beautiful game I call it so this number five is about what do you want to create and I've done this in sessions before people have said I want to write a book what do you want to create?
Now it's a playful game and let me ask you in the chat what is it that you want to create?
What is the success?
What is the achievement?
What is it you want?
For example me I stopped travelling because I was doing a lot of travelling looking for something looking,

I felt incomplete I was doing even weight lifting and stuff like that I stopped that for a few years because I was doing it to try and feel ok inside and it doesn't work like that so I had to realise money is not going to give us this contentment but if you feel ok already now then ok,
Let's go and make some money let's go and start a business let's go and work on our bodies let's go and travel,
Let's go and do these things it's a game now,
It's fun it's not this thing that we need it it's not desperation it doesn't equate to inner peace it doesn't equate to your mind and your heart it's going to be better getting into a relationship if you think that the relationship is going to solve everything inside for you then that's coming from an outside in perspective again but if it's like hey I just want to date I want to explore dating,
I want to see what it's like yeah great,
Let's go and create that have fun so question to you guys what is it that you would love to create?
What is it that you would love to create?
Within the chat,
It could be hey I want to create my next travelling trip hey I want to create income for my business hey I want to start a business hey I want to write a book hey I want to work on my body,
I want it to look good what is it that you want to create?
This is the fifth pillar,
Creation because ultimately the second pillar was about the creative energy the force I told you that is the force that allows us to take action to do things this one is actually going and doing it this one is actually taking action this one is like being an artist and drawing something drawing out what you want drawing out I want this wow I want to manifest this,
I want to create this I want to create a relationship,
I want to create this,
I want to create that and then going and taking small actions to start moving towards it I added this because I think this is a part of mastery of life if we are not doing anything that is feeling purposeful or it feels like we are not taking action on anything in life then what?
We will get bored simply right?
We are basically not tapping into our full potential that is how I see it anyway so let me know in the chat what is it you want to create?
What would you love to create actually?
Let me use that word what would you love to create?
Love is different you know imagine this,
This is why it is number 5 because if you say I want to have a relationship but you are coming from a place of fear or worry or I need this person to feel ok then it is like again there is this chase,
This emptiness feeling that is why I talked about the heart earlier and grounding because you can start feeling grounded inside and then imagine going into that relationship now imagine that imagine that person is the same as well wow you are going to have a good time together and the same thing with someone I am talking to if they are working on their business if they say oh my god I can't do this because it feels so scary I am worried,
I am over thinking,
There is all sorts going on then the game of taking action is being undermined by the mind you know and someone might say hey I want to make a million dollars I will say why?
And they will say well because it will allow me to do this and this and I will say why?
I will keep asking the why and it will always come down to something inside that they want so that is what I am talking about here,
Creation playful creation being playful in what we want saying I want this,
Yeah I want it there is nothing wrong with wanting to start a business there is nothing wrong with wanting these things in the world the outer world we can call it as long as we are coming from a place of I am grounded inside you know I am directing it from a good meaning place and that is what I had to do because I had so many fears about starting a business and being on things like this so many that were stopping me for at least 6 years yeah I say 6 years because it is literally how long it took for me to get to get started and do things like this to say I am going to help people,
To say I am going to talk I had a massive fear of public speaking I used to stutter any time I picked up a phone I used to pick up a phone at work and I would be stuttering and sweat and get hot because I was so in my head and worried what would people say what would they think about me what if someone hears me speaking very bad all this shame so I had to work on that inner stuff that I spoke about you know otherwise I wouldn't be here today so someone has put something in the chat not many of you have but that's cool yeah so it is almost like you might have answered your reflection in those words I feel like there is this read what you just wrote read what you wrote I think you are right you are right so there are 5 things that make you happy that I am not a business Read what you wrote and look at it again because it almost feels like there's an answer there for you.
And that's always what I'm trying to bring people towards,
Their own wisdom.
Doing it out of playfulness.
Doing it out of playfulness and then also looking,
How am I presenting myself?
Is there any part of me I'm holding back?
Is there any other way I can be?
I've had to do this,
I've had to look at myself real deep.
I've had to look at myself real deep,

And say,
Wow,
Hmm,
Yeah,
There is a little bit of this I could be better at.
Or it might not be that at all.
It might not be that at all.
It might be like everything's cool and there's nothing that you have to work on.
It might just be the way you're seeing things.
So I'm speaking about that comment in the chat where he said,
I found for the last years if I don't initiate anything,
Nothing happens.

It's nothing else.
You're really with the tree.
You're with the tree right now.
So that's number one.
Stillness,
Presence,
Whatever you want to call this.
Silence.
Number two is life force.
Life force,
That power you have within yourself.
That power.
So look at what you're eating.
Look at how you're moving.
Look at things that you can introduce like breath practices.
Look at what's taking your energy away.
Could be people,
Places,
Things,
Anything.
I do an energy audit with all of my clients.
I say to them,
Write down every single thing that you're spending your energy on.
Everything.
I want to know every single detail.
I get them to write everything down.
People,
Places,
Things,
Habits,
Foods.
Everything.
Because then you realize like,
I have all this life force energy and this is how I'm generating it and this is how I'm spending it.
This is where I'm losing it.
So that's going to make a big difference.
That's number two.
That's where life came from.
That's why we're here alive.
Because we are that life force.
Number three is heart.
Power of the heart.
Power of the heart.
The heart that connects number one and two.
Stillness and power that turn into a third thing,
Let's call it,
Which is heart.
Heart brings things together into union.
It brings me and you into union.
I don't feel comparison anymore.
I used to be so scared looking at others,
Comparing myself.
I still hear it sometimes in my head.
The thoughts still appear.
I'm not enlightened.
I still hear it.
But I'm able to very quickly feel love for another human being even if I don't know them.
Because the heart allows us to feel whole in ourselves.
It connects us to others.
It connects us to others.
Love.
Number four.
Grounding the mind.
This is when you can use your three powers and you can really transform the way you're seeing things.
You can let go of things.
You can let go.
Let go of the psychological stories.
Let go.
Let go of anything holding you back.
I call it peeling the onion.
Taking layers off the onion.
Because we collected those layers.
We were not born with them.
We collected them.
Fears.
Number five.
Creation.
Creating whatever you want.
Money,
Body,
Travel experiences,
Relationships,
A home.
Anything.
This is the realm of achievement.
Let's call it the outer world.
Making anything you want happen.
This requires some of that visualizing.
Really being clear on what you want.
Having a direction.
Purposefulness some people might say.
Having a purpose.
And then taking actions towards that.
So this is how I live my life and this is how generally if I'm working with someone I'll encourage them to work this way as well.
Because I see it as a completion.
If we're working in all of these realms then our life's great.
Our life really is great.
If you're doing a bit of each of these your life is going to be great honestly.
And this is this I came up with this because this is what I was doing for myself.
I was mixing all of the things I learnt from life and through being very heavily involved in body,
The body-mind connection and spirituality.
And then wanting to actually be a modern person who actually has work.
I'm not four people who have renounced and left their lives.
This is the modern way to self-mastery where you don't have to go to India and leave your life behind.
So this is how I started working with myself.
And that's why I wanted to share it today.
Just to see if it would be useful to you.
So there's a lot of little pieces between all of these pillars as well.
How do you actually make this happen?
How does it work for you?
And I can't give you all of those specifics because I say to people if I'm working with someone directly I'll say to them you are the agenda.
I don't have a I'm not going to work with you and say you're doing this do that do that do that do that.
Everyone's different.
Everyone has different ambitions.
Everyone has different challenges.
Everyone has different ways of being.
So I can't specifically give you a five step formula.
But I got five pillars.
Five pillars.
Five areas let's say to work with.
Principles you can call it.
So I'm going to leave it as that guys.
