I had no idea what people said when they said "listen to your heart" I was a muscle-bound beast, all I knew was how to push myself to my limit. I thought this heart stuff was soft and quite frankly it didn't make any sense to me because I never experienced it! Underneath the surface was a lot of fear - I hid it really well. In this session I will show you what I learnt about using the heart for freeing the mind, and why it's the central key in order to really experience life with no limits.

Alright,

So yeah,

Most of my life I was in fear and this thing called social anxiety or low confidence or low self-esteem,

These labels,

Really it was just like fear of rejection,

Of not being good enough in the head,

In the programs.

And all this stuff comes from childhood and if anyone's ever been down this road of personal development you probably get what I'm saying,

Right?

All of this stuff that happens when we're younger,

That frames who we are,

Shapes who we are,

It freezes us.

The patterns freeze and we have to form this personality to change,

To face the world,

Right?

We have to fit in,

We have to adapt.

So that's what happens.

So the real us gets hidden.

The original self I like to call it gets hidden.

So that's all I'm going to say on that for now.

What I,

I'll come back to it in a moment,

What I did is I got into health and fitness and I got really,

Like really into that and I built massive muscles,

I became like optimally fit in terms of my body and the foods I was putting in,

My performance,

I was like running,

Boxing,

All sorts of things.

It helped.

But I realised it was only helping in the moment.

It was almost a distraction.

So that's why I'm not sure if I buy into this thing about exercise and fitness being mental health saving.

Yes,

It helps,

You feel good,

For sure.

But real transformation,

I think there's something else that has to happen.

Can become a distraction,

That's what it became for me.

Oh I feel stressed,

Let me go run.

I feel tense,

I've got to go release some tension.

Let me go and do something to release this.

Sweat it out,

People say.

I did all of this,

That's why I'm saying it.

But then I got into spirituality and yoga,

Personal development,

Let's just call it.

It changed everything because I started relaxing,

My body started relaxing for once.

That became a game changer.

It started about seven years ago,

Developed yogic practice,

Breath practice,

Meditation,

And it just changed everything,

Let's just say.

My entire way I'm looking at things.

But not just doing that,

Like that connected with all the transformational work I was doing on myself.

Reading tons of books,

Having different experiences,

It was like I went from a different person to a different person.

So that's the bit of background.

And why I'm here to talk about heart today,

Because I didn't get what people meant when they said,

Feel into your heart or your intuition.

Yeah,

Like what's your intuition saying?

Feel into that.

In that soft voice.

Listen to your intuition.

I was like,

What are you saying to me?

This is like you're speaking an alien language,

I don't get what you mean.

And I just thought heart was an organ.

Oh yeah,

Heart.

The organ that I work when I exercise,

Oh yeah I get that.

Oh yeah the thing that I feel when I'm going running,

Yeah okay heart,

Okay.

Yeah I didn't realize that it was like not the physical thing.

Now for me heart means the inner master really.

The truth,

The knowing,

Wisdom,

Love,

Connection to something else.

It just means something bigger now.

Why is this so important?

Why am I talking about this today?

If anyone follows me on Instagram,

I've been talking about this a lot.

I've been talking about in the last like few months some things going on within me.

Like I'm still growing.

I never say,

Okay I'm a teacher,

I'm a coach,

So I have a limit here.

It's continuing.

It's like this exponential thing that just keeps on getting better.

And yeah if you want you can check out my Instagram,

I'm posting about this stuff nearly every day.

This heart connection has been the biggest personal development stage,

Let's call it for me.

Because there's all this talk about chakras and third eye and the gut-brain connection,

Somatic work.

There's a lot of that stuff these days and it's all very useful.

Mindfulness,

All of that stuff I do or I've done.

But what I find is that it gets so confusing for people.

Like when I'm speaking to someone and they need some support,

They're first talking about these things,

These chakras or these inner child or this terminology just keeps coming up.

And I say to them,

Where has this come from?

Where are you getting this from?

And I don't know,

It just feels like there's a lot of confusion.

And I was also the same,

That's why I'm saying this stuff.

So if I was to be asked right now,

What's the most important thing to do if someone wants to become free from their mind and fears is to tap into the heart,

The love.

This happened quite late for me.

I didn't know what love was.

I thought it was like you watch those movies and you see romanticism and you see people like man and woman and someone buying someone a rose and wooing someone.

That's all I thought it was.

But now I realize that it's actually this thing beyond your mind,

It's the illogical,

It's the unknown,

It's the unexplainable,

It's the opposite of what you think is true.

It's literally the other side.

And here's the thing,

We have a brain which has two parts,

Logical,

Which plans and thinks and analyzes,

The intellect I like to call it.

Then we have this other side of our brain which is people just typically relate this to creativity.

They say,

Oh yeah,

He's a creative person,

They got a left hand,

They left handed so they're creative.

Yes,

That's a function of it,

Creativity.

But down to the roots of it,

The creativity is coming from the heart.

It's illogical.

If you ask someone to paint something,

How do you paint?

How do you create that art?

They don't have an answer for that.

How does someone write a book?

They don't have an answer for that.

The best artists are illogical.

They can't explain it because it comes from a world beyond what can be explained.

And that's heart.

So,

When I'm saying heart explosion,

What it's been for me is really expanding that side of myself.

Like it's felt,

Literally it's felt like my heart's been exploding in the past six or so months.

It's been exploding.

Like it was happening before for a few years before but I didn't know it.

Now it's like I've got this consciousness running through it.

And the other thing I want to say is like if you look at where it's located,

It's located centrally within you.

It's there right in the middle.

And now if we talk about chakras,

I'm going to go there for a moment.

It's the central one.

It's centrally located because it's the balancer.

It's the one between the two worlds.

And I'm going deep right now to be honest.

So I don't know if anyone's getting anything from this but I'm going to pause in a moment.

It's the in between the two worlds of above and below.

It's your centering.

That's why it's so powerful.

Because we think that this brain is up here.

So the brain is like this thing that makes sense.

And the heart really is the brain but I'm talking about thinking.

We think thinking is up here.

So okay thinking is true.

And thinking is so loud,

Okay thinking is true.

Thinking is only loud because it's coming from our past and what we know,

What we're used to knowing.

But you speak to anyone who's a bit creative,

They're not thinking.

So when I say heart explosion I'm saying really focusing on the middle part of yourself.

And this isn't for like,

This isn't for just purposes of oh yeah let's just feel good and let's just feel good and feel free and dance.

And go and do some art and have fun and play some music.

No this,

I am very practical when I talk about anything.

And when I say practical I mean this is important to your life.

This is serious stuff.

This is life changing stuff.

This isn't just go and have fun because you feel your heart.

I think this is more important than anything that's taught in school.

Like oh yeah remember these maths equations or this is a location that you should,

I don't know,

This stuff taught in school doesn't make sense anymore anyway.

In the past it did,

But now we're becoming more awake humans.

So this kind of stuff like heart is very important.

So I,

Like for me personally,

It's helped me to become more productive,

More caring,

Less in my ego and my thoughts and thinking about myself,

Less in fear,

I'm attracting better things in my life,

Everything's becoming effortless,

My health is better,

I feel generally better.

So you see like how much bang for your buck you get from this.

That's why I wanted to have this session today.

Just to tell you what my thoughts are on this and I'm going to pause there for now.

What's coming up for you guys?

What insights are you having?

Because if you're having an insight or a feeling going through your body that you don't maybe know how to explain,

That means something's going on.

That means you're connecting to this,

The illogical,

Like I said.

So I'd love to hear in the comments what's happening,

Like what are you feeling,

What's going on?

Just share,

Because the chances are if you share,

Someone else will read it and be like,

Oh yeah,

Me too.

So I'd love to see what people are saying in the comments before I continue.

And I'm going to be leading a practice towards the end,

So if you want to know how to do this I'll lead a very very deep practice for you to actually connect with your heart.

So let me just scroll through the comments.

Leslie says the original self,

That's good.

Yeah,

The original self.

And I'm going to come onto that in a moment actually.

Thanks for reminding me.

Lorena says can you talk about how early childhood trauma can be overcome with being in the present moment?

Is that sufficient?

Great question.

Let me write that down,

I'm going to come back to that.

What else is coming through?

I'm catching up.

Okay.

So,

Thank you for that question,

Tim.

How do you relate to this heart?

Yeah,

I didn't get it either,

Because the intellectual mind doesn't get it.

It thinks heart is an organ,

And it doesn't make any sense,

Because it can't make sense,

It can't make any sense that,

Oh look,

This thing that I have here can help me.

So I call it going into the being mode.

If anyone knows what I mean by that,

Then say yes in the comments.

But I want to explain anyway.

The being mode is when you pause,

When you stop being in this mode of I need to do stuff,

I need to do this heart thing,

Yes,

I'm going to do this heart.

It's very hard to tell your heart to open.

It's very hard to become calm by telling yourself to become calm.

It's like if someone says let's go dance,

And you're tense,

And then they say to you hey relax,

Loosen up,

Then you'll become aware of that,

That you're not loosened up,

And then you'll get even more tense.

So the way I think is the best way to do it is,

Because somebody else also,

The question was,

I can't remember who it was now,

Apologies,

But remind me who it was.

Someone said how do you reconcile with the power of the heart with mindfulness and inner child work.

So this thing called mindfulness is really,

Just means becoming very present.

And mindfulness for me is the gateway to the heart.

Imagine you were walking down a path and then there was this big gateway.

This is the way to access the heart.

If you are starting to slow down and become present,

Because you can't get there otherwise,

If you're tense,

If your body is tense,

It's very hard to get to that heart.

So mindfulness is a powerful way to consciously connect to your heart.

So all that means is slowing down,

Listen to your breath,

Notice what's going on,

Notice what thoughts are happening,

Notice what emotions you're feeling,

Notice what your body is doing,

The noticing means that you become the watcher.

It's like you come out of the situation,

You realize like wow I can watch myself.

It's like watching your own movie,

Oh look Raj is thinking this,

Raj is feeling this,

Raj's body is doing this.

When you become the watcher you can detach from the thinking because you realize it's not you.

And that's easy to say,

Right?

So some ways to do this can be to meditate,

So traditional way,

That's what I've done.

But I've also used the body as a tool because if you just go,

Like for example,

If I was just starting meditation,

When I was starting meditation I couldn't have just gone and sat down and meditated,

My body was way too tense for that.

My mind was running way too fast for that.

So what I usually say to some people who are very tense and they struggle a lot with that,

I say move your body a bit first.

That's why traditionally yoga was done before meditation in the real way to do yoga.

It was,

Meditation is the end point.

First you move your body,

You release the tension,

Use your breath,

And then there's a transition point from body into sitting and doing nothing.

That was how I started anyway for sure.

I went down that traditional path.

I moved my body,

Maybe for you as,

I don't know,

Whatever you like to do to move your body to slow down a bit.

You don't have to do yoga,

You can go for a walk,

You can,

I used to do like running as a weight lift,

Then I came back and slowed down and I meditated.

That's how I got into this stuff.

So slow down first,

If you calm your body down,

Your mind goes calm.

Because if your body is calm you can't be stressed.

It can't,

It doesn't exist.

Slow your body down,

Meditate,

Maybe go for a walk.

For some people it's listening to music.

There's all sorts of ways to link mindfulness into this.

Like I said,

To the question,

Mindfulness links into this because for me it's been the gateway into the heart.

When you are slowed down a little bit,

Then if you start focusing on this heart area,

Sometimes just like breathing,

Breathing and just putting your awareness into this.

We're going to do this at the end as well,

But just bringing your awareness to this heart,

What am I feeling in here?

Just knowing that there's something there.

And when I used to meditate,

My meditation focus used to be really on the third eye area and above my head.

And that works a lot of wonders as well.

But as soon as I started bringing the focus down into this central point,

Something changes,

It's massive.

So that's the way I'd say to work with your heart and relate to your heart.

Because then like you said Paul,

Fingers Paul,

It opens,

It starts becoming receptive.

Because it's like,

You know,

We walk around with this shell of armour on us and we're like this,

We're like closed,

Oh look.

And some people even stand like this and talk to people like this,

Oh look,

Look at me.

Closed,

Literally literal closedness of the heart.

The body language.

And I'm not judging anyone,

I used to do this as well.

But when you like,

Just try it right now,

What you're doing right now,

Just sit like this,

Just fully open,

Just sit like this.

Sit like this and breathe into your chest.

Let's do it for a few moments.

Open your chest as much as you can.

Focus back,

Focus into this chest area.

Breathe into it.

When I say breathe into it,

I used to think what the hell are they talking about?

Breathe into it.

It's not really a physical thing,

It's just your awareness is on there.

How does that feel?

Just opening your chest up?

Let me know in the comments.

There's 190 people here,

If you've just joined you're in good timing.

We haven't done the heart explosion meditation yet,

We're going to leave that to the end.

But if you've joined,

Say hello,

Put something in the comments.

Warm and loving,

Say Shelby.

Yeah because like you say,

It's like saying to the world,

Hey I'm here,

I'm open,

I'm not scared,

Nice to meet you.

And if you like,

Even if you're speaking to someone in this way,

Just try just opening your chest while you're speaking to them.

See if you notice a change,

You probably will.

Because it's like your defenses are down now.

There's no need to protect anything.

These little nuances,

Little nuances like this,

Once you start transforming and changing things,

And like when I'm working with someone,

It's bit by bit,

We have these little nuances,

Little things changing,

And they add up into something.

I don't tell anyone,

Hey when we first start working together your whole life is going to change within a week.

That doesn't make sense to me,

Because that's not how it's worked for me.

I don't think that exists.

Hey let's go on a retreat for five days and the retreat people say yeah your life's going to change.

Maybe that will happen.

But I think what they're really trying to say is this will be a massive moment for you,

But then you have to continue working on yourself after that.

Because with like continuous committed work,

Then yeah massive things happen.

Baby steps,

I like to call it baby steps.

If every day you say I'm going to do something related to my heart for five minutes today,

Every day,

You watch after like a few months,

Something would have changed.

It's like you're putting the reps in.

So in a child work someone,

The question was how do we reconcile the power of the heart with mindfulness and inner child work.

When you're feeling love,

And I'm going to talk about that in a moment actually,

When we're feeling love instead of fear,

We can give ourselves that love.

We can give ourselves that love.

We're mostly seeking love from outside.

And there's this thing called the healing fantasy,

Which I sometimes tell people about.

We have this fantasy that someone's going to come and save us,

Or that our parents are going to come and give us what they didn't give us.

This fantasy land.

You might wait forever if you live like that.

But the way I see it is we can give ourselves the love.

So when we talk about inner child work,

I like to think of it as instead of like something's wrong,

And yeah we have to do all this work,

To do all this work on ourselves.

It is work,

Yeah.

I'm not denying that,

It's not easy.

But instead of it feeling like oh something's wrong with my mind,

Or I have to heal this brokenness of myself.

Instead I just say no,

You're just looking for the golden you inside,

That's like inside covered up with things.

It's like if you found this golden ball in the sand.

That's what I think inner child work is,

That's what worked for me,

That's what works with clients,

Is finding the golden ball underneath the sand.

Oh look,

There's the me that's been there all along,

Hidden away.

I found it,

Wow.

Let me give it all of this love that I have now.

So when you ignite this heart power,

You can give yourself all the love that you wish you had.

That's what I had to do for myself.

I had to fill up this heart,

Fill the tank up.

Almost like I was filling up this water bottle with like golden elixir and I was pouring it back into myself.

I don't need anyone else to do this for me.

I don't need to say oh I need my parents to change.

I don't need someone else to forgive or to come and save me.

Forgiveness okay,

That's a part of that.

But what I mean is I don't need someone else to come and change my life or to give me what they didn't give me.

When you connect to the heart,

It's you connect back to that child that's been there all along.

Give a child a piece of paper and some crayons,

They go nuts.

That you is in there.

That you's been there all along.

Anytime we do something crazy and wild and fun,

That's the you,

That's the child.

So it's not really lost.

It's only the mind that says oh no I must do this massive psychotherapeutic work before I discover the amazingness inside of me.

But what about these times where you're laughing and you're having fun and you're free and you're connected to someone.

Do you need to do that work then?

Because that you you've been searching for is there.

That you that you think you don't have is there.

That's basically a summary of the work I'm doing.

Helping people to raise their consciousness to know what's there.

So there's not all this complication around hey I need to do this and this and this and I have a list of problems.

It gets messy.

And it's hard to,

You probably,

You might be thinking oh this is just,

This doesn't make sense.

This is,

This,

You're making this sound too simple.

I'm not saying it's easy.

I'm not saying any of this is easy.

I had to,

I had days and days of me in tears.

Tears and tears and tears just trying to figure out what's going on.

That lasted for a little while.

I had to go through this process of giving myself this love.

So it's not pretty.

It's not quick.

It's quicker than you think though.

It's quicker than when people say oh I must work on myself for a lifetime.

This is a lifetime's worth of work.

Yeah,

Like I want to develop myself and continue for a lifetime for sure.

But when people say oh yeah these limitations I have,

Oh I need to work on them for a lifetime.

No,

That's not true.

That's an excuse sometimes.

And that might sound harsh.

Hope not because I'm saying that with love.

All I'm saying is when we undersell ourselves,

We undersell what's possible.

We say no,

No,

No,

This is going to be here forever.

It's not true.

So that's what I've come up with guys from your questions.

That's me going into a flow.

I don't know if that was useful.

You guys tell me.

And there was another question about how we can overcome being in,

Sorry let me read that again.

Early childhood trauma,

How can it be overcome with being in the present moment?

Yeah,

Hopefully I've answered some of that.

Being in the present moment is the gateway.

Is not the oh yes,

If I'm present everything's going to be amazing and sun shines.

And I'm a mindfulness meditation teacher.

That's coming from me.

But really I work in the world of transformation.

And a part of that is mindfulness.

A part of that is being present.

It's like opening the main door to a house.

That's what I think.

I think if you're able to become present and raise your consciousness to see the bigger picture,

Then you open the door to a house of freedom really.

But then in that house there's other doors.

There's other doors that you have to open as well.

So childhood trauma,

I don't know if it can be overcome with being just present.

I don't know.

I don't think so.

But presence can do a massive amount of work because it's doing the work without you having to physically do it.

When your consciousness is raised,

You see things differently.

When you're present you see things completely differently.

And I spent a lot of time just becoming present.

It changed massive amounts of things.

But I think there's much more value in doing other things as well.

It's like a piece of the puzzle.

Not very important piece.

So that's me answering the questions guys.

I hope that was useful.

And let me just see if there's any other comments.

Oh,

Hass.

Hello nice to see you Hass.

Let's see what else there is.

I'm looking for some questions.

Thank you to people who've donated by the way.

I think it was Kat and then someone else but I can't see it anymore.

Whoever it was.

Whoever it was,

Thank you and love you.

And really the donations go to Insight Timer.

Most of it.

And it's great because they're improving the apps and they're doing a lot of good work right now.

Deborah,

I'm glad you enjoyed that.

Thank you Neil.

We have a multi-billion dollar industry that tries to keep us thinking we are not good enough and need to work on our mind-body relationships.

I'd love to hear what you mean by that.

And what's your choice in this?

What power do you have over that?

Thank you Pascal.

Yes,

Thank you Cher.

I'm glad that was useful.

So we're going to end with a meditation soon and I'm going to see.

I'm going to give it a minute or so if there's any more comments and we're going to end with a meditation.

But yeah,

The last thing I want to say which I've already said is reach out if you wish.

If you've just joined,

If you found this useful,

Reach out to me if you are stuck or you feel like you need something else.

Because I'm not saying any of this is like,

Oh,

You know,

Because of everything I've said everything's going to change.

Maybe you've taken some of these things and got some insights out of it.

And maybe there's some more questions you have.

So feel free to message me and ask me questions and I'll send you some resources that I've made specifically because I get the same type of questions all the time,

Right?

So I made this one document called Five Ways to Challenge Overthinking.

There's another document I've made on five tips I would give myself,

My past self on meditation.

There's a bunch of videos I made like this.

There's one which I named,

What the hell do you mean intuition?

Because that was what I thought.

I was like,

What the hell is this intuition thing?

And then there was this other video I made about what does living consciously even mean?

People say that all the time,

I want to live a conscious lifestyle.

What are we talking about there?

So I've given my thoughts on that,

On what it means to me.

Thank you,

Kelly.

Yes,

We've had some good conversations.

All right.

Yeah,

So reach out and check my Instagram out,

Raj Gorsea.

There's also a circle called Powerful Beings on Insight Timer if you want to join.

There's sometimes things I post in there.

So you can message me on Insight Timer,

You can join the circle Powerful Beings,

You can message me on Instagram,

Raj Gorsea.

There's also a link on my bio which has a ton of different resources.

Like I've recorded podcasts,

I've recorded YouTube,

I've just gone nuts basically.

You can check that out and yeah,

Get in contact if you wish.

So last thing,

Lorena says,

This is the last question I'm going to take actually before we do meditation.

How to stay in presence when the world we inhabit is at such a speed that it's hard to stay present?

When the world we inhabit is at such a speed,

What is the world you inhabit other than what you see it as?

Right?

When you are in the present,

You are at a slow speed.

When you are laughing and having fun,

Are you moving at the world speed or your own?

When you enjoy,

Do you care about the world speed when you're having fun and enjoy?

So I'd say don't get distracted by what's happening in the world.

Because the way you see the world is directly your responsibility.

The way you see everything is coming from you inside.

Everything.

Like there's been examples in the past where I've been so frustrated about something and then snap,

Someone made me laugh and all of that was gone.

And instantly I see everything differently.

So you see how quick and simple we can move back into a different state.

Maybe it's not always like that.

I'm not saying it is.

This is just an example.

But the world is how you see it.

So that's what I'm going to say on that.

I don't know if that's helpful.

So let's do a meditation guys.

I'm going to leave the last 10 minutes for that.

Get yourself comfortable.

We're going to practice this heart explosion.

If you're upright on a chair,

Great.

If you're not,

If you're lying down,

Also great.

Open up your chest a little bit.

Start feeling the air coming from the top,

Your mouth,

Your nose,

Down your throat,

Into your heart area and then down to your stomach.

Close your eyes if you wish.

And I'm going to do the same.

Start watching your breath coming in,

Down into your heart and your stomach.

And as you breathe out,

Follow the breath coming back out.

Breath comes into the body,

Breath moves back out.

Keep following.

Notice how the air on the outside is not yours.

It's shared with everyone on this world.

You're just temporarily taking it in.

Breath comes in from outside and breath goes out to be shared with the world.

To you,

Out to everyone.

And now really focus on the heart,

The center of your chest.

Feel the air filling up your heart with love.

And then releasing love back out to the world.

Breathing in,

Receiving love.

Breathing out,

Giving love.

Receiving love,

Giving love.

Breathing down.

Now imagine somebody in your life that you truly love.

Imagine them in front of you,

Smiling.

Feel your inner smile,

Smiling back at them.

Breathing in,

Receiving their love.

Breathing out,

Giving them love.

Receiving their love,

Giving their love.

Feel how you are sharing your breath with them and your love with them.

Giving breath.

Receiving breath.

Receiving love.

Receiving love.

Feel it in your heart.

Penetrating deep.

Feeling of love.

Expanding the heart.

Feeling love.

Feeling the heart.

Your love growing.

Your heart expanding with each breath.

Now wish that person some kind words.

Now visualize a younger version of yourself in front of you.

Smiling,

Happy.

Feel the connection to this younger version of you in your heart.

And give them love with each out breath.

And receive love with each in breath.

Feel this younger version of you becoming a part of you as you share breath.

Feel it in your heart.

The joy,

The curiosity,

The love from this younger you is a part of you.

Now take some deep breaths.

Notice how you are feeling.

Feel your heart.

And ask yourself how can you use this feeling to better yourself and the lives of those around you.

Now feel into what's coming up for you as you answer that.

Spend the last few moments here.

And prepare to come back.

Taking the blessings of this experience with you.

Start to move your toes,

Fingers.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Let me know how the experience was for you.

Let me know what came up.

It was challenging,

It brought up something that you didn't expect.

It was nice,

It was fun.

Here's something in the comments before we close today.

Beautiful meditation,

Awesome.

Settled your mind.

Lolo says I really like who I am inside.

Julia says there's a gentle and kindness to your.

.

.

Oh,

Thank you.

Yeah,

Really when I'm guiding someone,

I'm channeling something through myself,

Right?

I'm channeling this,

There's no script like I said before.

I don't know what I'm going to say.

I don't have any idea.

I'm just feeling this in myself,

Channeling it and then guiding it through my voice.

So I'm glad that that resonated with you,

Julia.

I'm glad that you connected to your younger self,

Kate.

You feel very full,

That's it.

It's a feeling of fullness,

Like okayness.

Jamie says I feel connected,

I live for this feeling,

Raj.

Thank you.

I feel a connection to myself and my higher self,

Masha says.

A deep feeling of peace,

Says Trixie.

I have a gift.

Oh,

Thank you,

Lola.

Feeling relaxed and gentle,

Ready for a joyful flow,

Yes.

My heart was burning with love,

Burning with love,

Yes,

That's it.

When it's burning and exploding,

That's why I call this session the heart explosion.

You might not have an explosion now,

But you might if you keep on doing this stuff.

And this is potent.

This destroys fears,

This destroys everything.

That's why when I'm working with someone,

People typically think coaching is about oh yeah let's go and smash these goals.

Yeah it is that,

But it has to be centered,

It has to be from a centered place.

Then these goals get smashed and maybe you realize these goals are not important to you anymore.

So the real stuff comes up.

So I'm glad that you really got an experience of that today.

Pascal says I saw a child and it made me smile from the bottom.

I also asked why is this joy gone.

Yeah,

See that's interesting.

Stuff can come up when you start working with the heart because it's healing energy really.

I don't even use that word too much actually.

But that hopefully makes sense to a few people.

It's this energy which allows you to destroy the fears in the mind.

But the mind doesn't want that.

So it can be hard and it's painful and you're attaching to everything you ever knew.

So of course it's going to be hard.

But once you get through that process,

That transformation work,

There's a mailing on the other side.

And sometimes people say to me like Raj,

When we started working together I feel like I don't want to talk to my old friends anymore.

I'm starting to get like freaking out because all of this stuff's going on inside me.

It is freaking out stuff right?

It's very normal.

If you're going from a place of like everything you ever knew and fears and you know and then all of a sudden something changes and you see things differently,

It's scary.

And your mind doesn't want you to do that initially.

So it's yeah,

It's not always fun I'm just saying.
