In this session, I talk about how we are all able to enter into a state where the problems created by our mind disappear. Yes i said it! Its true. I am not saying it's always going to be a click of the fingers and you are zen, but we are naturally biased towards a calm state rather than tense. Its just reminding ourselves of this innate ability and letting go. The session is predominantly based around letting go. So I had a ton of like social anxiety.

And I wouldn't really speak up in groups,

But I'd be the person that's in the back.

You become that role that you've designed in your head.

We envision it and then we've got to actually make that happen.

Some of it is the inner state of being.

And then some of it is actually what are you doing to support that outside of your actions.

How did you figure that out Raj?

I want that.

That's what some people might be saying to me.

What is that?

I want to get into that state where my own problems disappear.

So I'm going to dive into that.

The act of meditation,

Or mindfulness,

Which has become a popular term.

What does mindfulness mean?

Actually let me ask you guys.

What does mindfulness mean to you guys?

Just say whatever comes up.

When you think of mindfulness,

What comes up for you?

I'll say what it means to me in a moment as well.

Really?

Yeah.

Full of thought.

Full of thought.

Interesting.

What do you mean by that?

Stay in the moment.

Listening to my inner voice.

Yeah,

They're coming in fast now.

You guys are on it.

Noticing without judgment.

Insight time.

Empty out or let in new like a fresh breeze.

Being aware of all your bodily sensations and intentions.

Accept your presence right here right now.

Aware of mental state.

Mindfulness is presence.

Heartfulness.

When I'm out of mindfulness,

I notice my feet aren't planted firmly.

Hmm.

Yeah,

I love that visual.

So when you're mindful,

Where's your mind problems?

What is a problem actually?

What is a mind problem?

Where is it when you're in a mindful state?

I'm in a really mindful state.

Like these things you guys said in the chat.

If I'm really there watching what's occurring.

Aware of my bodily sensations.

If I'm in presence,

Accepting.

If I'm,

Someone said gratitude.

Noticing without judgment.

Problems disappear.

Someone just said in the chat.

Yeah.

Because you know,

Here's the thing.

The problems are created in the mind.

The conclusions that we have are created in the mind based off what we have convinced ourselves of.

Where we're attached to believing them.

We're attached to them.

It's like if I had a,

Just look if I had a big spot permanently here,

Which I do.

It's like if I said,

This is in my way.

This is who I am.

If I was attached to what this is bringing into the world.

I'm saying this is me.

And another level to that is,

I'm saying my body is telling me all the truth about life.

So I'm going to go deeper.

When we have all these thoughts and tension and anxieties and worries and it doesn't feel very nice,

Does it?

I know I lived in fight or flight mode.

I didn't know I was living in fight or flight mode my whole life.

I was on guard and watching over like is anyone there to get me all the time.

And then I'd sit in meetings and I'd be tense.

I'd be sweating profusely because I'd be so tense.

So I was convinced that that's who I am.

I'm that guy who is this.

Like googling stuff like I have anxiety disorder or and then I even went to a doctor and he was like,

Yeah,

You have generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety.

So he put that on me as well.

He's like,

Yeah,

This is what you have.

This is what you have.

But what I'm trying to bring you towards is.

Those things are temporary.

They occur out of situations.

That thing's not always there,

So it can't be a fixed trait.

It's like.

Coming and going.

Signals that are occurring.

I'm able to notice that.

So everything that you guys said about mindfulness is.

We go into that state where we can watch and we don't have to react to them.

One of the most massive practices,

Which I'm going to guide you through in a moment,

Actually,

So it's not just theory and talk.

I want to show you in a second.

One of the most massive practices for me is.

Uticing these charges of energy that come through.

I used to think that this was a signal.

This was like I have to listen to this as this is the light.

OK,

This is a thing I have to react to.

What I started leaning into is this discomfort I feel inside.

Can I what if I just let that pass?

If I just feel it,

Not stop it.

You don't even have to express it.

So not suppressing,

Not expressing.

What if I just let that move,

Let it move through my body?

That's what it's doing anyway.

It's doing it on its own.

I can tell it to do it.

So what do I need to tell it to do anything else?

Like you don't tell yourself to have anxious thoughts.

You didn't do this to yourself.

It's just happening.

So you can let it happen through.

You can let it just happen.

Continue letting it happen.

What I realized was the more I was fighting things and.

Trying to figure out stuff and label myself as I am in this type of person.

Or it's because I have this.

It's just this mental,

Almost like mental riddle of I want to understand.

I need to know everything.

I can just move,

Let this move through me.

Breathe into it.

For example.

You're driving in your car.

I use this example a lot.

You're driving in the car.

Someone cuts in front of you.

So you're just angry.

You could be angry.

Maybe you're not.

Maybe you don't care.

But you could be.

Because he could have caused you danger.

Or it could be.

How dare that person do that to me.

You feel like you've been undermined.

Disrespected.

None of that stuff is true though.

None of it.

None of it is true.

It's all made up.

You made that up.

And you have the power to let that go.

That same thought that occurs.

Oh he did this,

He did that.

You created it so you have the power to uncreate it.

To let it go.

It happens when it just moves through.

So I'm going to take you through a practice guys.

To get into your comfortable space.

I'm going to quickly comment on what's in the chat actually.

So somebody said.

What if you have a real problem?

What if you have real problems?

Like,

For example,

Health issues or a loss.

I mean some problems are really heavy.

Or what if.

It comes from those around you.

OK,

Let me address these two questions first before we get into practice.

Thanks for asking guys.

I really appreciate when people ask questions.

It takes me deeper as well.

So when someone has real problems,

Health issue or a loss.

So you're going to feel emotions.

You're going to feel sad.

You're going to feel discouraged perhaps.

That's happening.

That's happening already.

It's just a natural process that's occurring.

You feel a loss.

It's happening.

Then there's this extra layer sometimes.

What does this mean as a result of this?

What's the meaning?

How does this,

How is this impacting me?

Someone's gone.

A lot of the time when there's a loss,

A lot of the time it's I wish I did this when they were around.

Or it's all sorts of stuff going on.

Right.

Maybe it's not that.

Maybe that's just an example.

I'm saying.

There's all sorts of other things occurring.

Loss has occurred.

That's the truth of it.

The health issue is there.

That's the truth of it.

What I'm saying is this extra stuff that could be added on top.

From us.

The problem is still there or like the discomfort.

Not trying to say bypass it and put the spiritual hat on and say,

Oh,

Yeah,

You know,

No,

You shouldn't feel it.

Everything blah,

Blah,

Blah.

I don't want anyone to bypass these things and say it's not a big deal because if it feels like it is,

It is.

Someone's gone in your life.

Yeah.

Feel that too.

So allowing it to move.

In this natural way,

That's what I'm trying to bring you towards.

What if it comes from those around you?

How do you disconnect from feelings,

But stay connected to the people?

Ah.

So whatever someone's saying around you,

How you're taking it in is your choice.

That could sound really harsh.

Even I heard myself say that as I said it and I was like,

That sounds a bit harsh.

But that's what's occurring.

The thing is that if something comes in from outside and it goes through our system,

Our beliefs,

The way we see the world,

And then we feel these things.

And what do we do about that?

Because everyone's human,

Right?

Everyone feels stuff.

Everyone feels stuff.

So how do you disconnect from the feelings,

But stay connected to the people?

One thing that I found is very useful is the practice of compassion.

It's been huge for me,

Honestly.

I had all of these stories about why didn't people,

Why didn't I get raised better?

Why didn't this happen?

Why have people like this towards me?

All of these stories about why can't they be different?

I can't change that.

I can only change my reaction to it.

I can only look into what's going on inside here.

Where is this coming from for me?

What am I trying to block?

What am I craving?

Maybe I'm craving something.

No one's doing anything to us.

It's like if a monkey came up to you and started howling stuff at you.

Yeah,

You might feel some tension,

But you know,

It's a different reaction.

Or let's say someone came to you in a different language and they were saying horrible things in that language.

You're not going to experience it.

Because you don't understand what it means,

It's not come through your senses and your beliefs and your mind.

It doesn't affect you.

It's how it comes through.

And what happens inside determines the reaction.

So compassion,

Going back to that.

If someone is mean to me,

And this happened a few days ago.

This happened a few days ago.

Someone said something along the lines of,

Raj,

If you did this,

A lot of things will start being better in your life.

It was just like judgment,

Energy and tension and all this stuff.

I could feel it from them.

I could literally feel it,

Spite,

All of that stuff.

I'm not saying we don't feel what's going on.

I took the eyes of compassion and said,

Ah,

What out of this can I take as useful from this person?

Yeah,

Maybe.

Maybe that's something I need to hear.

Thank you for that.

Maybe I didn't see that.

Ah,

I had a blind spot.

Oh,

Yeah,

Let me check in.

So I'm not taking it as personal.

I'm taking it as information.

And secondly,

I'm saying,

Ah,

Well,

Like maybe that person said this.

Because this is the way they see the world.

And they're seeing the world through their limitations or their challenges or someone was rude to them that day.

So maybe they want to,

It's just coming out as an explosion.

So much could be going on underneath what you're seeing and feeling about you,

You,

You,

You,

You.

It's all about you.

Of course it's going to hurt.

Of course something someone's saying is going to hurt because you're making it all about you.

Where are they coming from?

If you see every single person as same as you and,

You know,

Everyone puts their pants on with one leg at a time,

Sometimes they might fall over because they got they got twisted up in their pants.

People have all sorts of funny things happen to them.

But then you just see one thing.

People have challenges that you and they'll never tell anyone about.

That's where I'll guide you towards seeing things with compassion.

I'm not saying it's not natural.

This is just what happens to us.

We stuff comes in.

It hits all of our beliefs and then it strikes up these behavior patterns.

So what I'm trying to guide you towards today is all of those patterns.

Start being aware of them.

And you know that you have a choice to breathe.

And just let it move.

So someone said,

But sometimes it's someone's energy that you think it's your anxiety or issue.

Yeah,

Maybe.

Maybe they're coming with all this tension.

For sure.

For sure.

I get it.

They're coming with all this tension and aggression or anxiety or whatever.

Right.

You feel it from them.

So does that mean you have to feel that too?

No,

You don't have to.

You will get affected by it.

You will notice it.

You're going to notice it for sure.

So what?

What's the meaning that needs to be taken from?

I'm feeling anxious because this person's in my face.

And then the next moment you're going to eat ice cream and you're happy.

So what?

If you see the moments as passing,

So what?

It's only because you're analyzing it.

After the situation has occurred.

That's why there's all this tension,

Because there's the extra analysis of this.

You feel someone's energy.

Yeah,

You feel tension.

You feel sadness,

Whatever that's happening.

You're at an ice cream shop,

Eating your ice cream and thinking about it.

You've ruined ice cream now.

You could be enjoying the ice cream to such a more powerful level.

You're thinking about what happened earlier instead of letting that go.

You're thinking,

Did I do this?

Was I?

Was that them?

You don't need to do all that stuff.

And that's what I really want to share with you guys today.

You don't need to do all that stuff.

You can trust that all that tension you feel will go.

You can trust that things will come to you the right.

Clear use of your mind.

That will come when you're able to let go.

All right,

It takes a while to exactly like what Tatiana says.

It's not like this is easy stuff.

It's I think I read something somewhere where they said.

Where it was,

There was some kind of.

Old spiritual tale where they said.

We'll hide.

The secrets to life.

Somewhere where they won't find it.

What a deep,

Deep within themselves.

You have to go deep within yourself to get this beyond the mind,

Beyond the body.

But this that doesn't mean like this is advanced or this will take years and years for it to occur.

It can happen.

In any moment.

It's all I want to tell you,

And we're going to practice this right now.

You guys know,

You've heard me talk this stuff.

Some of you guys might be like,

Yeah,

But yeah,

But yeah,

But you know.

Yeah,

So let's practice and try this theory is hard for it to sink in in a mental level,

Right?

That's what I found for myself.

I have to take myself into my body and into my spirit for things to really embed lessons to really embed.

Right.

The mental plane is that's that's probably why there's so many books out there and it never ends because we're just looking for information.

The information doesn't usually do the transformation,

Right?

So let's slow down and just practice.

Yeah.

So that's what I invite you to do first.

You see that natural sigh that just came out of myself.

Notice when you do that,

Just stop noticing that in your day when you sigh,

It's when you're naturally just trying to release,

You're trying to release.

So you can do that consciously now as well.

That's my invitation.

That's how we're going to start.

So just breathe in,

Breathe in,

Feel it move through your stomach all the way up,

All the way filling your chest.

Biggest breath you can take.

Easy.

Breathe out,

Sigh out of noise.

Shoulders drop as you sigh,

Feel everything drop.

Loosen everything up a little bit.

If you can,

Depends what you're doing right now.

If you can't just loosen it.

And do that again.

Breathing in,

Feel your whole belly with air,

Chest all the way to the top of your shoulders,

Back of your shoulders.

Breathe out.

No one can hear you,

You can only hear me.

So you can make whatever sound wants to come out.

Whatever strange and wonderful and fun,

Fun sounds.

Just play with this,

Right?

It's a game.

It's a game we're just playing right now.

It doesn't have to be so serious.

Let's play.

Breathe in,

Fill your whole body with air.

Breathe out,

Make a sound.

Make a sound so funny that you laugh after hearing your own sound.

That's what I'm going to challenge you for the next one,

Your neighbours can hear.

They're probably going to be like,

Who's that fun person next door?

I want to go there.

Let's do it again guys.

Breathe in,

Fill your belly,

Fill your chest,

Fill the backs of your shoulders,

How do you feel after that?

Notice it.

Now when we get a bit playful as well with stuff,

It's like sometimes I'll be teaching someone meditation and they'll be like trying so hard to meditate.

Oh,

Am I doing it right?

Am I doing it right?

No,

I'm not.

I'm not.

I'm not.

Oh,

Let me do this.

Let me try this.

There's no need for all of that stuff.

It's like we know how to sit on a chair.

So let's go with that energy.

Let's just sit on a chair.

Not doing anything.

Start with that,

Right?

You're sitting on a chair.

You're not trying to sit on a chair.

You're just sitting there.

Feels great.

It makes you feel lighter.

Yeah.

And even that,

Like getting in your body and making it again.

Not making it so serious.

Saying I'm just going to let this go.

I want to make this sound.

I want to be like a kid again.

I want to be like a kid again.

I've seen my nephews and I'll play a song and he'll just go nuts.

He'll be going nuts.

He'll be shaking his whole body.

There's no holding back.

Not one bit.

I was amazed.

I was watching him as if this was my,

This was a course.

It was like a personal development course for the day.

Just watching him.

Just watching him.

And here's the thing,

Like adults use this excuse and say,

Oh,

Kids are like that.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I wish I could.

No,

You're lying to yourself.

That hasn't left you.

You've just covered it up with your stuff.

That's all.

So I challenge you to get into that playful zone and we're going to continue this practice.

We continue this practice.

So letting go.

You see,

You can use your body to let go.

You have this whole tool of the body,

The breath.

Great tools.

And we were using will.

We're willing ourselves towards this,

Which means we're out of the autopilot.

We're in control.

See if you wish you can close your eyes,

Keep them open.

You can keep them open.

I'm going to keep them open because easier for you.

Close your eyes.

Feel your whole body.

Start with your toes.

Your toes.

If you don't like your toes,

Go to your toes right now.

All your awareness on your left big toe.

The left big toe.

And if you get distracted by any thoughts,

That's OK.

There's nothing wrong with that.

Just come back to your toe.

Go to your left little toe.

Your whole left foot.

Your whole left foot.

Now go to your left finger.

Your left thumb.

Your left thumb.

And notice if for some of you,

You were trying to predict where I was going to go next.

Thinking,

Ah,

He's going to go to this bit next.

He's going to go to this bit next.

Notice and laugh at that.

So the mind works.

That's just what it does.

It's trying to predict.

Lift shoulder.

Listen to my voice.

And follow.

Be willing to let go of any judgment on yourself.

Any predictions.

It will happen automatically.

It's OK.

Be willing to let it go.

As a game.

Left eyebrow.

Lip.

The space inside the mouth.

Be aware of the space inside your mouth.

The lack of the left eye.

Just be aware.

I need to do anything.

The top of the head.

Left leg.

Left side of the waist.

Left little finger.

Left bicep.

Left side of the chest.

Keep your awareness on the left side of the chest.

The throat.

The space in the throat.

The right side of the chest.

Awareness to the right side of the chest.

Right foot.

Big toe.

The right foot.

Little toe.

The whole left side of the body.

Be aware of the left side.

And the whole right side of the body.

The whole body.

The whole body.

The whole body.

Gently bring awareness.

Something that you found challenging.

Something that might be in your thoughts often.

Really gently stop being with that.

Perhaps there's something you'd like to shift.

Something that's taking your energy.

And slightly uncomfortable.

With the seat of awareness.

Allow the discomfort to move through you.

To be there.

Do its thing.

Knowing that there's nothing for you to do.

Just to be aware.

You can use your breath as a point of focus.

And as a letting go.

Letting go.

Let it be there.

Nothing for you to do.

Stay here for a few more moments.

Anything for you to do.

Be with your breath.

Let it be there.

I'm in a session with someone.

For example.

I have to move my ego out of the way.

I have all sorts of thoughts sometimes coming like ideas and I want to help and say these things.

I want to slow myself down.

Slow myself down.

I want to let go of all the thoughts and ideas actually.

So I can be in silence and presence.

And then something comes through sometimes.

Some people might call that intuition,

Knowing,

Deeper self,

Spirit.

Whatever you want to call this.

God some people will say.

When it's really quiet that thing might come through.

I sometimes say the phrase letting go and letting in.

Letting go and letting in.

Letting go you're making space.

So something can come into you.

If you're spiritual,

Religious or whatever you might take that in certain ways.

Like God is coming in and speaking through me.

Or you might say my intuition,

My higher self is speaking now.

Letting go and letting in.

And it's a different frame of operation.

Because it's kind of like silent wisdom.

Feels like it's kind of saying something and it's not as loud as the loud voice.

It's a bit different.

Feels soothing in a way.

That's in you.

There's gods.

There's all these beliefs about gods and I also have these beliefs.

There's that peace is in us.

We are created in that.

We have been created by the creator.

Whatever you believe in.

You've been created by the creator.

Creator is creating us.

As a form of them.

A drop in the ocean.

You look around and you see trees are perfectly made in a way where all these jagged structures and leaves and stars.

It's proven that we were made from stars.

We were literally made from stars.

The process that stars went through,

They made us.

It's mind blowing.

Scientists can't even dodge this one.

This isn't even spiritual talk.

This is just facts.

When you go to that level and you're like,

Whoa,

I'm made of the same thing as Earth.

The skies and the trees and everything.

When you go into that place,

Whoa.

That's what really I'm inviting you towards.

Letting go to let in.

Letting go to let in.

This this frame of being around me overthinking and analyzing stuff.

That doesn't feel as satisfying as me being in this place of being a creator or being the same as the trees and the stars.

Right.

Which one's more fun?

That's what I'm inviting you towards.

It might feel like it's challenging to let go,

But it's worth it.

Like if you went to a casino,

You want to make that bet.

You want to risk it because you want to risk letting that thing go to be the stars.

Way more fun.

If it feels challenging.

OK.

Is it worth it?

Ask yourself that.

Is it worth it for me to let go of this thing I'm so entrenched in?

I really believe.

I really believe that this is this problem is who I am.

You're so invested,

Then you can stay there.

I know there's a part of you which doesn't believe that.

Which knows that you're a part of the star.

That's what I'm trying to invite you towards.

If you let go of this level of your beliefs,

Of believing stuff,

There's this that you can feel.

I'm not saying it's easy,

By the way.

It can be.

Can be.

Perhaps in this meditation,

You more relaxed.

Maybe you felt a bit calmer.

Maybe.

Maybe you didn't.

Let me just say,

Pick an example of someone that did.

Maybe you did.

Is when we slow down.

We're able to let that thing in.

So why did I call this session?

To enter a state where all mind problems disappear.

That's the state.

The state where you're letting in.

And it doesn't have to be just when you practice meditation.

It can be this practice that you're practicing the next time someone is bringing up tension in you.

If you're feeling tension when someone says something to you.

Well,

Ah,

It's time.

Now is the time for you to practice.

I'm feeling tension.

Shall I shout at them?

This is what they're making me feel.

Or,

What would happen if I let this go?

It's not even like,

I'm not trying to guarantee anything for you.

I'm not telling you this is gonna happen.

I'm telling you to try it.

I'm telling you to play,

Just like I said before,

Play like a kid.

Experiment.

Try it.

Because I know for me,

This has been huge.

It's a practice.

It's something I have to implement.

I'll be meeting like certain family members and they'll be bringing up stuff in me.

Don't know if you guys can relate with families.

Bring stuff up in me.

And I'll be like,

Ah,

Hmm.

And I'll just take one second to just notice there's tension inside me.

And I'll breathe it into my heart.

And actually that's the way to be free from all this stuff.

The way to be free is to let it move.

Because really underneath the surface of all of this.

If some of you guys are into like the chakra system,

Kundalini.

Underneath all of this,

Energy is trying to move.

It's trying to move and clear out all of these stuff.

All of these beliefs.

It's trying to clear it out.

The only thing that's getting in the way is us.

So this whole thing of letting go is actually an act of spiritual development,

Spiritual advancement.

The more you're doing this,

The less powerful these tension creating things will be over time.

Playing the piano.

You've got to grab a piano and start playing,

Start practicing it.

And then you get better.

This is a big but.

Now I just catch myself with a piano example.

But that's not to deter anyone and say,

Hey,

You have to be up here.

It's going to take you years for this to happen.

You're doing this anyway.

You're able to let certain things go.

You're able to do this.

This is just natural for you.

It's innate for humans.

So it's just honing into your God given abilities to already do this.

You know,

Like the rain.

The rain in England is known to rain a lot.

So many people are complaining about the rain.

Oh,

My God,

It's ruined my day.

What if you just let go and let the rain be there?

Why?

Why does there have to be this tension about what the rain did to you?

It's just there.

It's just it's just happening.

It's just happening.

Same as your thoughts and your tension.

It's just happening.

If you let it happen now that now the rain doesn't.

OK,

It's raining.

Oh,

OK.

I'll just do this instead.

Now the rain doesn't have an impact on me anymore.

Because I'm not not complaining about it.

I'm not trying to do something about it.

It's not in my frame of energy.

Seriously,

This is how you can treat all of the stuff inside you.

Over time.

You just let things happen.

Everything's happening anyway.

We think we have so much power.

To stop our thoughts.

It's like playing this game,

Which you're never going to win.

So why not just go with what's actually a smart bet?

Let's say.

Go with the smart bet.

You just say,

Ah,

It's easier to let go.

OK,

Cool.

We just do that.

We don't want to waste all this energy.

Maybe this helps is I notice something coming up in me.

I notice someone said something.

I want it to be a different way or whatever.

Some things happen and I want something to be.

I'm trying too hard.

I'm trying too hard.

I notice I'm trying too hard.

If I'm thinking too much,

That's a sign.

I'm trying too hard to figure out something using an analytical brain for something that doesn't require analysis.

I notice it.

So then I'll sit.

I'll just be like this.

I'll be standing there.

And I'll bring all of my awareness to my heart.

That's how it works best for me.

I'll bring all my awareness to my heart.

And I'll do this with clients sometimes if I'm in a session with them,

I'll just look down.

And I'll breathe.

I'll just be aware of my breath,

Let's say.

I'll be aware of my breath.

I'm not like doing some breathing technique right in front of them.

I'll just be listening to my breath.

Just be like this.

Listening and feeling the tension moving through me.

I'll be feeling tension move through me.

I'll be feeling the reactions.

I'll be noticing thought patterns.

They're saying this so I will say that.

Well,

Just like let's just keep it as I notice tension.

So if that helps.

When you shift your awareness from one part of the body to the other,

So the practice we did earlier was almost like a freestyle rap version of Yoga Nidra.

Anyone's done Yoga Nidra?

I've got a very popular one on my page.

I get a lot of messages about this one,

So it seems like you guys really like it.

Yoga Nidra is like a body scan and that's the mindfulness modern term,

Let's call it for it.

Body scan,

The secular body scan.

But it is a Yoga Nidra,

Which is a.

It's used to.

And.

Really confuse our minds.

That's the purpose of it.

It's the purpose of it is literally to.

Send our awareness to parts of our body so our mind is focused.

And the way I did it today was I just said random body parts based on my intuition.

Listen to my intuition point and I said,

Hmm.

Let's go here.

Let's go here.

It's almost like I was with you doing it at the same time.

So that was the practice and the way I did it,

It's like a freestyle,

Those kind of things.

So there wasn't I don't think anyone is like a specific routine or anything like that.

That makes sense.

Everything I've based I based myself on and what I'm doing with people is.

You're not looking for quick fix things or looking to go to the deepest level of someone's being.

To shift the way of being.

Because I've done all the quick fix stuff for myself and I realized it wasn't it wasn't making deep transformation.

Done everything.

So everything I'm I base my stuff off is really based off the.

The yogic wisdom.

Which is universal,

Actually,

Across.

Different religions,

Different practices.

It's just based off what I believe is true.

And if I can redirect people towards that depth,

The building blocks of all of life.

If you understand all of life.

You understand that everything works at the fundamental level.

Then the next levels are way easier.

How to find forgiveness whilst being on the receiving end of someone's scary outbursts.

They went from zero to 100 and it was alarming.

OK,

So I'll tell you my experiences with this from someone,

Me like me,

Who is very sensitive to energy.

If someone comes at me with.

Yeah,

What you describe like scary outbursts.

My default psychological patterns,

What I've been grown up with is to be scared and to try to make them feel better.

And then think a lot of myself and blame myself.

That's the side that's me just keep telling you the truth.

Right.

That's me.

I'm an open book.

That's what would occur if I base my life with my psychological patterns.

Which was what I was doing for most of my life.

I was just in that program.

Now.

I would do this is just me,

By the way,

I'm not telling anyone else what to do.

What I would be doing with that situation is.

What's really going on for that person,

You know,

To raise so much energy that they are being scary.

Something is going on in there.

Beyond what they're saying,

Something is deeply being disturbed inside of them.

That doesn't that that's not natural.

That's not how we normally are.

We're not we're normally in a state of well-being.

We're OK.

Right.

We're not constantly in scary outbursts.

So I would I would like really look what's really going on for them.

Because if you make it about you.

Then you blame yourself.

There's nowhere to go from there.

Apart from going into your own self.

And of course,

I'm not saying you're not I'm not saying you haven't made some of this happen.

We create other people.

How we're being.

Maybe you've done something to make this scary outbursts.

That's a possibility.

Look into that.

What have you said?

What have you actually done?

Like the truth of it.

How have you encouraged this?

In that part,

I've got to do that myself.

Myself own like I've done some of this.

And not from a self-loathing and blaming and judging myself,

Like just from a straight up.

I'm owning this.

I'm being honest with myself.

And then secondly,

Look at them and say,

Where is this coming from?

I would even ask them,

I said,

Where is this coming from?

What are you worried about?

What are you scared of?

That's where all these things come from.

Usually we're scared of something.

There's danger.

So we're in that primal mode of shouting.

There's a threat.

Something has been triggered.

So,

Yeah,

I know how you must feel.

Thanks for sharing that.

And I'm obviously what I'm saying.

I'm not saying it's easy,

But say,

See if you can go into that frame of being.

You can look at what's really going on.

That helps.

So I'll say is there a quick method to start reversing the pattern if you're not able to do it right away?

So.

It's funny because I talked about quick fixes,

But I know what you're I know what I know what you're trying to talk about.

What I would say is using the breath.

The breath has been so powerful for me.

Because if you're really using the breath,

The breath determines our energy levels ultimately,

Or we can use the breath to determine our energy levels.

That's why these days,

I don't know why I said these days I sound like a 50 year old man.

But these days,

There's practitioners who call themselves breath work practitioners.

It's become that popular that people have turned it into a real movement.

So if you're feeling uncomfortable in.

And you want to find a quick method and say the use of the breath is very powerful and it's actually one limb of yoga from my own.

So it's the part is a part of the part of the traditional yogic path to liberation.

But there's other parts to that as well.

There's the body using the body.

That's why there's postures.

How can you use the body to slow yourself down?

The breath meditation.

Your habits.

As long term,

But if you're saying like in the moment something's happening.

Yeah,

I'd suggest doing what I mentioned.

Slowing down and just listening.

What's going on for me right now?

Listening to yourself.

What's happening?

That's the only way for you to snap out of your habitual pattern or the spell,

Like I like to call it sometimes.

How to snap out of the spell is for you to be in a state of awareness.

Otherwise you're under a spell and you believe all your thoughts.

So I'd say breathe in the moment.

Listen to your heart area.

Listen to something inside of your body.

Let's just say your body.

And know that everything's OK.

You know,

Sometimes I've done that.

I've literally said to myself,

Everything's actually OK.

Everything's OK.

Everything's actually OK.

Because it's the safety threat that gets that sometimes gets triggered.

We feel like there's a safety threat.

We're physically under danger.

So I'd speak to the safety threat.

Let's let's use that as a quick method.

Speak to that safety threat to ensure yourself that you're OK.

Right now,

In this moment,

You're OK.

Right,

Guys,

I'm going to swiftly move on because we're running out of time.

So let me see what else.

Why is it we're going?

Why is it we go from being able to master telling?

No,

Sorry.

Being able to master letting go to feeling overwhelmed.

Yeah.

So why do we go from being able to master letting go to feeling overwhelmed?

Because that's how our lives can be busy sometimes and there's a lot going on.

So things are coming in from the outside.

Then we get so much energy being used on different things.

And then our bodies get drained.

So then it's much more easy to get into overwhelm because we're we're not our highest.

So there's a there's a whole load of things going on.

And all I'm going to say is it's natural that you can go from feeling overwhelmed to letting go.

It's just you have to keep reminding yourself and coming home to the knowing that you can let go.

Because if you're overwhelmed,

This is like you've forgotten.

You've forgotten your power.

Overwhelmed.

It's almost like a word used to describe.

I'm in over my head.

I can't handle this.

What if you could?

Or what if it was just a passing day?

What if you're feeling overwhelmed right now and tomorrow is going to be fine?

What if I told you tomorrow is going to be fine?

OK.

You know,

We think things are permanent as well.

So there's a lot going on here.

There's a lot going on.

There's a lot to cover in this session in the short 90 minutes we have.

But hopefully I've given you guys some flavor to.

Explore for yourself.

That's really what I want from these sessions for you to explore your life.

I'm not expecting anyone,

Including myself,

To be like,

Yes,

I just had this session and everything's changed instantly.

Maybe like someone said earlier,

This has been an impactful session.

Like who was that?

Someone said earlier.

Maybe it has been an impactful session for you.

Maybe it's you're not quite getting it.

And that's OK.

Almost give yourself a game.

Like I give games to my clients all the time.

Like you're playing the violin.

Next time you speak to someone.

Start seeing like just for just for one time,

Even if you just practice this once.

If you just practice this once and you've never done it before.

Go into this conversation as if this was your work.

As if you were being paid a million dollars just to practice this.

With your highest level of awareness,

Notice when someone says something,

What comes up for you?

Thoughts come up.

What bodily sensations come up.

And then notice when you say something back to them,

What comes up?

And just do that in the next conversation.

If you do that just as one practice,

Just as one exercise.

That means you're practicing what you've learned today.

And you deepen the experience.

So anyone is up for that,
